    No salt fries

They made my fries with no salt as requested and then let me know that they were no salt as they handed me the bag. Great service, and the fries were good.

Food: - shroom burger: 0/10, no sauce, two pieces of tomato + lettuce, not even wrapped - same price as the one that has a bun Service: - order came out fast - everyone was busy Ambiance: - close to B terminals

This review is for my experience in the Shake Shack in terminal 4 of JFK. This is the smaller one of two , and does not have sitting area, just the ordering tablets and pick up counter. I was impressed by how Quick my order came out and it was as good as any other Shake Shack location. I did notice that they have Higher prices and they do not accept coupons because it is an airport location. Great for a quick pick me up when in a rush.

Chicken shack with onions, pickles and tomatoes + side of hash brown tots with cheese ~$20
    Kiana M.

Decent prices (considering the airport inflation)... The chicken sandwich was pretty good. I also had the tots with cheese. Not too bad! Friendly staff. Long wait to get food once ordered tho. I recommend this spot out of anywhere else in the airport for food!

I remembered this restaurant from Chicago. Saw them at JFK International Airport in New York. Had to get us some burgers, fries, and drinks while we were waiting for our flight. You can order on a kiosk or at the counter. Food is cooked as you order even the fries are cooked to order. They also serve breakfast till 10am. Food was hot and fresh. Check your order when you get it. They tend to forget items. We were missing the fries. Other folks were also missing food items and had to return to the counter.

Just standing around , not bagging food . Nothing being cooked.

Food is cold, they have a bunch of staff standing around not doing a thing. Food sitting under a heat lamp pre made , yet it's slow. Expressed concerns to manager and was met with a distant look. All table were filthy. One of the 6 members of staff could have been cleaning . Really this falls to the management. Also you order on touch screen so really there was about 2/6 people actually doing somethin

Honestly- for airport food its not terrible. Service was quick which is clutch for a quick bite if you're tight in time. Food was cold. You'll see in the photos, my cheese didn't melt bc the sandwich was cold. The employees give off DMV employee vibes. The eating area was pretty clean. Granted I was there at 5am we were probably the first wave of customers. Not terrible at all. Flavor was consistent with what you expect from a shake shack.

Decent Shake Shack in JFK. Very fast service - easy ordering on the kiosk and the food came out quick. Not really anywhere to sit with tables which is a little annoying but otherwise the food is what you expect!

For being in an airport I thought this Shack Shack was pretty good. Prices were inflated but still wasn't THAT bad compared to other spots at JFK airport. Ended up getting a norms shack burger. It was small but it tasted good. The chicken shack sandwich was also pretty solid for what it was. The winner was definitely the crinkle cut fries. It was perfectly crispy and packed with a lot of flavor. No wonder there was a line at this spot because it's not bad and a great option for food at JFK international.

it's a shake shack at an airport it's going to take a little longer than normal. the menu is slightly condensed but they're not price gouging or anything crazy at least. if you're at the airport and want some shake shack it will definitely do

Located at Terminal 4 on the 3rd level, I was truly happy to grab a bite from here before my departure flight. There are self-kiosks to order from, and they were very busy. But my food came out quickly and everything was fresh and tasted great. The only thing is that they forgot to put fries in my bag but they remedied it right away after I let them know.

Ordered some fries here as a quick snack before my 6 hour flight. Placing the order was easy and quick since you just use the kiosks. I was nervous the wait was going to take quite a while because there were a decent amount of people crowding around the area. Since I only ordered fries, I think my order was actually made pretty soon and I got it within ~5-10 minutes, while others that ordered before me were definitely still waiting.

I came here twice while out of town and both time I was satisfied. Service was quick. Food was hot and fresh. The place was clean as well.

The service was exceptional. To put a cherry on top of this review, I would like to add that we asked for the manager and she came over to our table sat with us, had coffee, and we had a really great conversation about so many different topics. That really was impressive because it's so important for managers to know their customers, and to know the community that they are doing business in. One to the food, the jerk salmon was well seasoned, and well prepared. It was cooked to a great temperature and tasted really good. The chicken and waffles were well seasoned and the waffle was so fluffy and warm and nice. I really appreciated the fact that although it was chicken tenders, the batter was seasoned really well and you could taste something other than just chicken. lol. I would definitely return because I saw so many things on the menu that I would want to try. they also serve mimosas, wine, and lots of hot drinks and I want to try their mimosa flight.

I ordered and walked to another market to get some other items for my flight home. It took me about 10mins. When I returned, the order was still not made. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my order. The good news is that I was able to watch it be freshly made by the female staff. The staff was one older women handling everything on her own, ordering, cooking, preparing, restocking supplies, and fulfilling orders all by herself. The other female worker, a young lady, was in the back and only popped out once. When she did, the older female worker who was taking care of everything asked her for more pita bread and other supplies. The young female rolled her eyes and never came back after 20mins. The gyro was good, made well, and I was happy. They should offer pita chips and hummus as a side because $19 for a gyro only is very pricey.

That's exactly what it was. I ordered the Mediterranean Pita with falafels. The Tzatziki sauce was lacking the tzatziki. The pita bread was dry. It's tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. The cucumbers were hard and bland. Tomatoes were soggy. Purple onions were in huge chunks and very overpowering. Honestly, this meal was pretty nasty. My mom ordered the gyro and it was much of the same.

The hostess greeted me warmly and allowed me to browse the menu at my leisure without feeling rushed. The seating was spacious, and the self-serve bar area offered plenty of room. The decor and vibe evoked an early 60s charm, though the playlist featuring early 2000s hits was a quirky mismatch, yet, honestly, it grew on me and seemed to add a lively edge to the meal. The menu was straightforward, offering a tempting selection of chicken sandwiches and biscuit dishes. After some thought, I settled on the chicken ranch, it was ready in less than five minutes! The "Porch Sipper" drink was delightful; I ended up ordering a second, as its flavors transported me to open Kentucky fields, sitting on a wraparound porch on a warm summer day, savoring the music and gazing at the blue summer sky.
