It wasn't Nirmala's fault…read more I don't blame her, she doesn't run the place, but for the love of all that is holy in fast food, why does it take 15 minutes to get a biscuit and coffee when there are only 4 people in line? The problem was the process. If was almost aggressively inefficient. There was a dude in a green shirt who looked managerial but he wasn't doing anything so poor Nirmala had to take the orders, get the drinks and bag the orders. If you think you have time to stop here before your plane, make sure you have time. I don't know what would happen if there were 10 people in line! Another BK failure. :( I hear they are better in Florida.

A fast food restaurant in a major airport terminal must do only two things: it must have food, and…read moreit must serve it fast. This one does neither. On the weekday evening (7:30, not the graveyard shift) that I was here, the line progressed at the rate of about one customer every 4-5 minutes. They also ran out of buns, cups, and I'm-not-quite-sure-what-else. More incredibly, as they ran out of things, they just cheerily let the line build up longer and longer, making no explanation to anybody in line that they were out of food and it would therefore be unwise to spend time and money there. I selfishly award two stars rather than one because they gave me the last large drink cup, and the last hamburger bun.

It was convenient where you can order online with the QR code, but I realized that you get your food quicker if you order directly with the waitress (not super busy when I was there). The chips were cold and pretty sure the salsa is pace from the jar. I would skip that. The burrito itself is not terrible. It was warm with lots of sour cream and chunks of meat unevenly distributed. Overall, fine to consume but will not recommend. On the plus side, the waitress was really nice.

No straw though The only reason i'm taking a star off is that despite the store being mostly empty inside, the order took extra long to be ready even though I ordered again. I realized this was due to the long drive thru lines and those orders being taken care of rapidly. The service however was still nice and everything was fine but I did realize some people next to me were getting frustrated. Overall to me , it's not a huge deal and I would come back to this location!

However, when I finally got to the counter to order a McFlurry, the employee who took my order looked at me with obvious annoyance. I work in food service myself, so I understand that busy shifts can be stressful, but the way she interacted with us was one of the most unwelcoming customer service experiences I've had. To make matters worse, the McFlurry wasn't even mixed. They simply put Oreo crumbs on top of the ice cream instead of blending them in. Overall, the service and the quality of the order were both disappointing.

I got the bowl with white rice, jerk chicken, jerk chicken sauce, jalapeños, corn, and lettuce, and everything was really good. My husband got the chicken fajita, and he enjoyed his too. I also tried one of their refresher drinks. I believe it was the dragon fruit and pineapple one, and it was delicious! I asked the hostess about the sugar because I wasn't sure if the refreshers came with sugar or if you could adjust it. She explained that you can choose the percentage of sugar, so I went with the full amount... and yes, it was GOOD! The ambiance was a chill, laid-back vibe, which I liked. The only downside was the shared parking lot next to the restaurant had a pretty strong smell, so that wasn't exactly the best when walking in. Other than that, I had a really good experience and would definitely come back.
