On the rare occasions when I've had an issue with my order, a team member or manager has stepped in quickly to fix it without any hassle. Most recently, D'Asia (I may be spelling the name wrong, my apologies) helped me along with her manager. She was patient, kind, and kept reassuring me that everything would be taken care of, which I really appreciated. It's also a super convenient location near a lot of offices and businesses, so it's a spot my coworkers and I visit pretty often. Because the service is usually good here, I don't mind trying new menu items when they come out. I recently tried the spicy caramel Korean shake and was honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed it because who knew a spicy milkshake could work? Clearly, not me lol. Seating can fill up quickly since it's such a popular area and tourists stop by frequently, and the wait can sometimes be a little long. That said, ordering ahead or using the kiosks makes things much easier. What's there not to love about Shake Shack? You can't go wrong with a Shackburger, fries, and a shake. I've been to a lot of Shake Shacks and this one was one of the nicest ones I've been to. It is located inside the mall near Columbus Circle. The seated is a little limited for a busy lunch crowd. The inside of the restaurant was clean. The service was quick and the food came out fresh and hot. I had their Shackburger. The potato bun was soft. The burger had great flavor with their shack sauce. I shared a serving of fries and also split a strawberry shake. The fries were piping hot and slightly crispy so they were extra tasty. This was my first time having the strawberry shake. 4.5 Honestly, surprised no one has reviewed this location yet as they've been open for a bit. Located inside the Columbus Circle building on the 2nd floor, this is one of the nicer Shake Shacks in Manhattan. It's not very large with only a few tables but it is pristine and was hardly ever busy the few times I went after work. You can order at kiosks to the left of the entrance or at the counter. They had staff greeting customers, helping at the kiosks, delivering food at the tables and cleaning up. It was great. There were even staff walking around checking in on diners. During my last visit, I ordered the Black Truffle Burger, Truffle Fries and small soda. The burger had Gruyere cheese, truffle sauce and crispy fried onions. I loved the crispy fried onions which gave the burger that nice crunchy texture. The truffle sauce smelled heavenly and was not too overpowering. The fries were perfectly fried, topped with cheese and came with a side of truffle mayo. The truffle mayo was really addicting, and I dunked both my fries and burger in it as I ate. So good! It's nice eating at this location as it (usually) isn't overcrowded, providing a more comfortable setting to enjoy a burger and fries after a long day. Okay, I finally tried the Dubai Shake Shack shake after three failed attempts at other locations. Here's the problem: it's actually sooo good!!! The pistachio and knafeh is perfect with the crackling chocolate shell. It was worth being at Columbus circle by 9:45am! Super clean store front and the workers were just as excited for me to try it. Stopped by this location today for lunch around 230pm. I ordered on the tablet and grabbed a table, it was a bit crowded but i was able to get one. Staff brought my food to me and it was made perfectly. My cookies and cream milkshake was to die for. They came by to check in and make sure everything was good. I should have known better than to ask our friends to meet us at this location. It was going to be chaotic, full of tourists, and lackluster food. There was not enough seating and I felt like a vulture waiting for someone to get up from their table. Our friend's order took a long time to come out, and our order was wrong when it did come out. The other day, I stopped into the new Shake Shack at Columbus Circle, to check it out. I frequently shop at the Whole Foods (on the ground floor), so the idea of a Shake Shack nearby - on the second floor - was definitely a joyful one! And it turned out to be even better than I thought it would be! Yay! The staff was nice, the place was clean, the line was reasonable and the food was delicious. I ordered a Veggie Shack plus French fries, and everything tasted fresh and on point. My only complaint was that the music could have been a little softer; yet - to be fair - I'm sensitive to sound, so maybe it was just me. I didn't bring it up, as others around me didn't seem bothered by it. On a whim I ordered Shake Shack through Uber eats and according to the app, the truffle burger was the most liked burger on the menu. On top of that, it was bogo free so couldn't resist. I decided on the truffle burger, 2 of them, wrapped in lettuce, with a side of fries. It didn't take long for my order to be prepared and it was made just as I requested. As far as the taste of everything, let's just say you couldn't pay me to order it again. The burger patty itself was thin and definitely well done. The outer edges were dark brown and crispy which might actually appeal to some taste buds. There was the overpowering pungent black truffle sauce on the burger that had a heavy mayonnaise undertone to it that I just couldn't stomach which caused me to toss the entire thing out half way through. The fries were nothing special either, just regular crinkle cut fries with a pinch of table salt. If this meal is indicative of what Shake Shack has to offer I'll pass in the future, no matter how hungry I am or how good the deal is. read more

Hadn't been to shake shack in a couple of years but needed a quick bite on the way home. Ordering system was a bit frustrating since they don't have enough number cards. I found myself waiting by the kiosk for a couple minutes looking around for a number card when finally an employee came back and replenished them. I don't know if it's typically like this but it seemed very short staffed. Nobody was at the front (hence why I wasn't able to get help with the number cards). Food also took a surprisingly long time to come out. The staff were friendly and the food was the expected quality. I received an incorrect order from shake shack and unfortunately if you try to call the store, the managers do not pick up the phone. Therefore I went in person to the closest shake shack, with the bag and the food. The manager really couldn't care less about customer service. I'm not sure how she made it to the position of manager. I was told since I had ordered it from a different store they couldn't help me. I think that's incredibly short sighted. The service was absolutely horrendous. Me and my friend were waiting for a seat and as someone left we were about to sit down after they threw out their garbage. However all of a sudden a worker pushes us aside and says to a lady that just arrived through the door that here's her seat when we've already waited for a while for that seat.
