We visit Charlestons in BA regularly. Every time we go it's always good food and service.

The food was delish! Everything was fresh and very flavorful. Zach the bar tender was very profesional and all his recommendations were right on point. For appetizer we the artichoke dip which comes w/ chips, salsa and sour cream. It was awesome! I has the salmon Cesar. The salmon was cooked to perfection the cook it with I believe chives and aioli sauce (no fishy taste at all) the salad was cold and crispy and very bite was very flavorful, they add tomatoes. Cucumbers onions and restaurant made croutons. Half way through I was full but continued to eat & enlisted the help of my husband only bc it was so good & didn't want to leave it. My husband had the Ruben Sandwich which he loved. And yes despite how full we were we went for dessert. The bread pudding was absolutely delicious. We had to take half of it home bc we weee that full. The gentleman next to us ordered the pineapple upside down cake an he said it was amazing. For drinks my husband and I had the mule and a Merlot wine both very good. To summarize the food exceeded our expectation, service was great and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed there's two tv at the bar and the play low music so you can have conversation and still enjoy dinner. Spin dip is one of the best I've had. Felt like it was very pricey for most of the items on their menu. Split a burger. The only good thing about it was that it was cooked a perfect medium like I ordered but very bland and pricey for it. Service was ok. Dining room is nice but feel like it conflicts menu concept which it's all over the place too. read more

I've always been a big fan of Charleston's and frequently eat there for lunch or dinner with business accounts. Their prime rib, steaks, fish and rotisserie chicken are great, but my personal favorite there, believe it or not, is the fried chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce and BBQ sauce, Cole slaw and French fries. Seriously good stuff. The soups, salads, and sandwiches are always on point. Great wine and beer selection and desserts. I like the atmosphere there and they are always fully staffed with attentive servers. read more

I went here on a late afternoon. I ordered both the shrimp appetizers, they were good. I also order a steak but it came out a bit dry. Waiter was very helpful, attentive and quick. My chocolate martini was good as well. It is a nice restaurant overall. Will likely return and try something else on the menu. read more

Service is ok she seemed to not want to to wait on us. This place says fancy all over but casual attire is acceptable. We were seated as close as you can be to the kitchen so we got to see the goings on. The cook staff seemed to work really well together and they moved the orders anyways. The food was ok we were going to order the steaks but once we found out the size we opted to get the Canadian burgers. Both were fine and arrived about 15 minutes after ordering, everything went well but our server only came to our table 3 times once to order and once for drink then check. She never checked with us or asked how the food was. I give it a 2 because of the service and the fact she never said anything. Maybe because it was two guys eating together??? read more

We have been coming here since the beginning of 2016, when we moved here from Nashville. I think we have ate here at least 4 times a month. Since covid we have ate here more with pick up orders, but mainly door dash. I think over the last few months we have ordered here about 10 times through door dash, and ate inside about twice. So 12 times! So obviously this is our go-to place. My son is a huge fan of their chicken strips, Mac n cheese and croissants! My husband and I really enjoy the rueben sandwich, the oven roasted chicken, parmesan crusted chicken, shrimp cargot, cheeseburger, and shrimp scampi. Their pork chops are to dry, the Caesar salad has no taste, I had to add lemon to it for flavor. The prime rib sandwich is great, when the meat isn't all fat. Had a few episodes where we got mostly fat over meat, but when they do make it with "more" meat, it is amazing. I highly recommend asking for the bun on the side when delivered because by the time it get's to you, the bun is soggy. Now, the reason for 1 star. We had family in town for the weekend. They wanted to take me out for my birthday. I picked here. However, since I know how busy and loud it can be here on weekends and in the evening, I called and asked to speak with a manger. I wanted to enjoy my birthday dinner. I called and spoke with Joseph. Nice gentleman. Explained how my son has autism and doesn't do well with loud, and asked him if he could put us in the back where we had sat before. He stated he just sat someone there and give it to about 6:30-7pm. So we arrived at 6:30pm. We sat for 40 minutes, and they didn't look close to leaving. So I approached the hostess and stated that at this point, could we just get a table because my son was getting restless, and I knew if he didn't eat soon, it would be meltdown. She stated that they had been sitting there for 2 hours and would talk with the manger and get back with me. I waited, only to see over 6+ different customers be seated. after I asked for anywhere to sit at this point. The manager nor the hostess approached us to let us know what they would do now. At this point I reached out to Sergio at Villa and he said come on down he would get us seated ASAP and take good care of us. So we left! Now, both the manager and hostess had my phone number. No one even called to apologize. Working in the food biz, and owning my own company, this was handled POORLY! At some point of sitting there for 45-50 mins, and seeing that these people at the table were in NO hurry to leave someone should have approached us and said, "Since they don't seem to be leaving anytime soon, is there anywhere else we could put you so your comfortable?" Or at least apologize for the long wait. When my MIL went up to the hostess after we walked out, she stated they were rude and unhelpful and almost placed the blame on me. When it comes to poor customer service I loose interest! I don't think we will return. read more

Be aware. We were unaware that Charlestons have gone to an online waitlist which allow online users to get ahead of those waiting in the restaurant to be seated. Basically you are now making reservations thru Yelp that takes precedence over walk-ins. So if you plan to go to Charlestons, you are now forced to download the Yelp app to see where you are on the waitlist. You are in the restaurant, have checkin, and are still behind on the list to those who have not even arrived at the restaurant. read more

The food was disappointing. We were looking forward to a good meal and the meal was just mediocre. The carrots were not done (hard) not caramelized. My husband and I ate at Charleston's for the first time. They graciously open the door for my wheelchair and sat me in a very spacious and comfortable place in the restaurant. We were very impressed coming in the door that the parking lot was so clean and spacious, as well as very aesthetically pleasing with the landscaping. Mostly what caught my attention was the amazing smell of the restaurant cooking as we entered the doors. What made our visit so amazing was our server Shelby. She was so knowledgeable about the menu and truly helped us navigate what would be appropriate for my meal plan. The food was outstanding. She made our visit so special with her attentiveness, pleasant smile, and true eagerness to serve. It is amazing when a server can anticipate your needs and truly make your dining experience amazing. We also were visited by Julie the restaurant manager who inquired about our dining experience. We had pleasant comments including how wonderful Shelby served us. It's so amazing when you can see a staff truly supporting one another. I highly recommend this restaurant not only for the quality of food, but the impeccable quality of service. read more

I've been to this particular Charleston's a few times now and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere for a date night with my husband. I usually get the Cesar salad (my fave) and a steak. It's always really great and the service has been excellent. My one complaint about this location is the booth seats are very high to the table and tightly spaced to the table. This made it hard to sit at the booth while 8 months pregnant. They were great about moving us to a table instead. Just keep that in mind if you are heavy set or several months pregnant to ask for a table instead of a booth. read more

Party of 16ish for Birthday celebration. Had reservations for 4pm. Not very accommodating for such a large party. Was rushed from the moment we arrived. Told we needed out by 6pm. Moved some of the guests from a table and tried to squish us all together. So we had to ASK for a table to be added despite the obvious cramp they caused. Skipped one entire end of the tables when taking appetizer orders. Did NOT get asked if we wanted dessert & it was an obvious birthday celebration. No acknowledgment of the birthday lady. Main Waitress was decent. Manager needs to learn some customer service skills. Food was good, but no food is good enough to ruin a birthday celebration. Charleston's has lost our business. I do not recommend this restaurant for anything after the way we were treated, especially a special occasion. There are too many restaurants in that area to settle for this less than mediocre service and treatment. read more

One of Broken Arrow's culinary gems tucked away behind Los Cabos and near the Bass Pro Shop. This place is great for a special occasion or date night. We recently ate here to celebrate a few milestone birthdays in the family, and they worked very well with us to accommodate not only our party size but the variables that always pop up during such events. The service is always top notch and friendly as well as prompt. I recently tried the catfish here, and I was wowed! I know, you don't usually get "wowed" by catfish, but it's also so hard to find GOOD catfish. They are doing it right here. It came out crispy, hot and it was a huge cut of fish. A few other things I have sampled here that are equally as amazing are the ribs, mashed potatoes, honey glazed carrots and, OH, pro tip, you can get the chicken fried chicken in lieu of the chicken fried steak. It's not on the menu, but a waitress once let us know it is available. It can get very busy here during prime rush hours, so be aware of that factor. read more

Decided to splurge a little and try out Charleston's two weeks ago. Great ambience and customer service. I found their Caesar salad a little bland. My husband ordered the 14oz slow roasted prime rib and thought it was ok at its price point ($29). I decided to go with their fresh fish of the day which was barramundi ($30). I don't think I have eaten barramundi before even though I eat a lot of fish. Again, I thought it was slightly bland which is pretty unusual for me because I rarely add any salt to my dishes when I eat out. The skin was soggy at the bottom too. I would assume it should be crispy because I usually eat the fish skin off my fish. Our waitress was very attentive, and she knew I was not very happy with my food. Her manager even came over to offer to replace it, but I declined her offer because I was already half way through my dish. All in all, I don't know if I will be back again. read more

I really like their food. Way better than Outback Steakhouse. They got rid of the only 2 things I would eat when going there. I LOVED the bourbon mushrooms. - well, until this new server brought out a bowl that was floating in thick grease & cold. I couldn't even eat a whole. Straight up nasty but he argued with me about 'they were supposed to look like that'. Uh, no they weren't. And they don't have any chicken dishes that I like if they have any at all.
