We were thrown off a bit when we walked in, the place was totally empty and the man who very slowly approached us was wearing baggy cargo pants and a hoodie meant for someone much larger. For a Friday evening, it just seemed a little off. We ordered two #10 meals. They were massive portions, which we liked. My husband doesn't like shrimp so he gave me his. The sweet and sour was bland. The rice was overcooked and tasted a little old, but I liked the shrimp. The pork was weird, there seemed to be shriveled up bits of pork inside the breading. All in all it was mediocre. Wouldn't go back unless someone else was paying.

I ordered the appetizer sampler. For $13 I thought I'd get more than 4 thin small slices of pork, 2 frozen eggrolls, 2 frozen pieces of fried shrimp and 2 small cream cheese wontons. The only thing good in the sampler were the wontons. We also ordered from the combo option in the back page. We got the dumplings, chicken fried riced, and orange chicken. The dumplings were good. The sauce it came with was just soy sauce and chili. The fried rice, although a decent amount, was very greasy and seasoned with just soy sauce. The orange chicken was not orange chicken. The chicken was beyond crunchy. Like very hard when you try to stab it with a fork. The sauce was just sweet soy sauce. No sense of any kind of citrus. The order itself looked like a half order that they tried to spread out across the plate to look more full. The ratio of rice to chicken was very odd. The food was just not good. We should've known not to come when it was around 1pm and the place was completely dead. We were the only table the entire start to finish of our meal there. We will not be going again.

What I comnsider Chinese American Food. For example, Peanut butter Chicken is a dish I found here in Northern Claifornia. Chinese people don't use peanut butter in authetic dishes. It was delicious nonetheless. Found the skewer chicken odd, it was full of red dye. Offered sushi whcih wasn't bad. Stafff was very friendly and came often to clear dishes and offer refill on drinks. Staff also walked around to clean the food serving station, food station was clean. I would come back here if I was in the area again. Nothing really stood out as something I wouldn't want to dcome back but the food was decent for the pricwe. And given tthis is the only buffet in the area, if I can't make up my mind on what to have for lunch, this buffet would be ok on my mind.

Nice & clean inside + quick staff clearing your plates. Nice cold beers. The price is so good for what you get! We even got a senior discount for 60+ which is really nice they do that. So good, we went back a 2nd time on our very short trip to this area. Wish we had them where we live!

The couple that runs the restaurant are so hospitable and excited to share their craft. We live out of state and come every time we're in town! I was surprised to see people complaining about portion sizes or price - that's absurd. I can never finish my plate and it reheats like a dream. Please don't weigh the bad reviews when considering if you should eat here. I think those people are just generally dissatisfied with life, and it has nothing to do with the food. They probably don't even really like Thai food. Trust me. Go. Try new things you don't usually order. Ask for recommendations. It's all exceptional.

My husband said the Pad Thai was the worst he had ever had and it was the first time in his entire life he didn't finish or like a pad Thai. I tasted it. It was so bland and overcooked. The tofu should never have been placed in the box, it was so burnt to a crisp and inedible it was a restaurant worker sin that it was even served. The noodles didn't even seem like the right cook at all, and were very thin. The crab appetizer was super over fried and hard as rocks. The Moo Vampire was dry and small portioned, with just a touch of sweet with absolutely zero heat. This was so disappointing. It was just so flavorless and overcooked. Two stars for the nice people running it but the food was 1. This was my first negative review in quite some time but we spent too much money there on bad food not to let it be known.

Driving through Northern CA and did not expect such a filling and fun meal…read more This spot is definitely a Chinese, Korean, Japanese fusiony spot that I did not expect to find here. We ordered the Chinese Style Lamb Stew, Cheese Corn, Kung Pao Vegetables, and it came with a side of banchan. Every single dish here was absolutely delicious and piping hot! We ended up ordering a second plate of banchan because it was so good. The daikon radish had the most satisfying crunch and the others- cabbage and bean sprouts were very well pickled too! Cheese corn was sweet and honestly a good pairing with the very soury/ pickled soup. The kung pao vegetables would have definitely fooled me if I wasn't told it was mushroom. The batter holds on the oyster mushrooms just like chicken does. Well seasoned. Service was very impressive - there was a single waitress serving lots of tables. She had amazing recommendations and really seemed like she knew what she was doing. Very kind and attentive the entire time. Would love to return.

The pan fried chicken dumplings were from Costco, the spicy beef ramen left much to be desired and had an extremely dry egg. And then my friends chow mein came out half way through our meal (they forgot), had no veggies and was sweet?? They kind of attempted to fix it, so we were willing to let things go. That was one thing, then as we were waiting for them to pick up our card to pay, our server, Mira, loudly complained to her coworker about us sending the food back and how we were "pissed" (we weren't, until she started almost yelling about the situation to her coworker). Extremely unprofessional. Makes us second wanting to return in the future.
