The OG sandwich was a classic delicious chicken sandwich packed with flavor and a good aioli sauce. It was our first time and they hooked it up on sauces. We wanted one of each. While we didn't realize this was a good truck, there was ample parking right by the truck and a few picnic tables. The food took about fifteen minutes and we were given a little buzzer to call us up. Everything was so fresh and hot! The staff was extremely friendly! Prices are a bit steep since you don't get any sides with your sandwich, it's all a la carte. Best food in humboldt by far! Everything on their menu is delicious. My favorite is just the classic chicken sandwich... it puts any other chicken sandwich shop in the dust.
