Basically, a "taco omelette." it also came with jalapeños, but I put in the comments to please leave them out, and they did. To drink, I had a "Tutti Frutti", which was orange and cranberry juice, with Sprite. The omelette was very good. They were generous with all of the ingredients. I love a good "taco omelette", and this was right up there with others that I have had. The eggs were tender, the beef and the salsa had just a little bit of a spice, just enough that I knew it was there. I liked the sour cream And The lettuce and the diced tomato provided a nice "pop" of freshness. I loved the drink. The orange and the cranberry played very well together, and they didn't put in so much sprite that it watered down the rest of the flavors. The hashbrowns were OK, just generic restaurant hashbrowns, and I wish they would've given me a choice of the bread when I ordered. I would've mentioned it in the comments, but I didn't think about it. It was just your standard white toast. It was OK, but I would've preferred like a nice sourdough, or rye, or something like that. Everything was fresh, perfectly balanced, and done right: crisp bacon, well-seasoned chicken, ripe avocado, and just the right amount of dressing. No shortcuts here. What really set it apart though was the service. Attentive without being overbearing, everything came out on point, and you could tell they actually care about the experience.
