Next time, I'd definitely ask them to hold the basil aioli and give me good ol' mayo instead. Sometimes you just want your BLT to taste like a BLT. Despite a few misses with our lunch, I can appreciate what Trinidad Bay Eatery has going for it. It has that nostalgic, homey feel of a longtime mom and pop spot, and judging by the number of people waiting to be seated, they've clearly built themselves a following. Would I come back? Yes.
