Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. We waited about 40 minutes for our food, which was already frustrating, but the bigger problem was that our order was incorrect. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the mistake until we got home, making it impossible to have it corrected without another trip back. Even worse, 2 of the 3 dishes we ordered were so bad that we barely ate them. My family and I have eaten at dozens of Thai restaurants over the years, and I honestly can't remember a single time we've ever left a Thai dish unfinished--until now. The ingredients didn't taste fresh, and the flavors were simply unpleasant. The dishes lacked the balance, freshness, and authentic flavors we typically expect from Thai food. Between the long wait, the incorrect order, and food that was largely inedible, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. We were genuinely looking forward to trying Kim's Thai Food, but unfortunately, we won't be returning. read more

Have had some decent meals here at times over the years, they are capable of making good food. But it's very hit or miss, mostly miss, and they've missed bad enough time after time that I finally won't be back. This was the final straw. Most recently we ordered the Thai fried rice and chicken satay, on Thursday December 4, 2025. It went into the trash. Smelled bad, tasted very un fresh. The chicken skewers clearly weren't cooked fresh, they were dry and stale and disgusting. Like reheated leftovers from days ago. I'm insulted that they even thought they could get away with serving food of that quality. Flat out disgusting. The fried rice smelled awful, the eggs in it tasted noticeably un fresh. Only took 2 bites before I tossed it. To make it worse, before I realized how unfresh the food was, my 2 year old daughter ate a single bite...and now she's sick and still throwing up 2 days later. Which is the final straw in why I will never eat here again, and will tell others to avoid it as well. Im very upset with this business and whoever is running that kitchen. Might go have a word with them in person to put a face with this review. Should go without saying, but don't serve people stale, nasty leftovers at a restaurant. Everything should be made fresh to order at that cost. I hate giving bad reviews to family businesses, but somebody needs to bring this to their attention. Food is fresh and delicious. It is great to have this as an option here. Try anything on the menu and you won't be disappointed.

Where do I start? All the appetizers are delicious. My coworkers and I are here last week and just had to come back this week for more! The staff are friendly, the food is hot and fresh and delicious. We ordered the garlic chicken, tom kha kai, red curry with chicken, pad Thai, prawn, spring rolls, egg rolls...so good. Firstly, last thing you'd expect is to be kicked with so much authentic rich delicious food in this small town. But that is why you don't judge a book by it's cover. This place was recommended to us by the innkeeper of the cottages next door and rightfully so! Few downsides; very long wait. Approximately 25-30 mins after ordering our food to go. Also prices were pretty steep all things considered. REBUTTAL! The long wait in this case meant made to order. Added freshness to every bite. And the prices were offset by pretty generous portions! So personal recommendations... Red Curry with chicken and Tom Kha Kai with pork instead of chicken! Both sauces were creamy and thiccc! And my boyfriend raved over the sesame chicken wings. read more

While ordering I had to clarify more than 3 times that I did NOT want onions or carrots in my food, I paid $35 for one meal and waited 30-45 minutes for my food to come out and it was chalk full of onions and carrots. I ordered the crab fried rice and there's more crab shell in the food than there is crab. It's absolutely disgusting, and really disappointing because their food used to be really good. Now it's just greasy, full of shells and other things I didn't order. read more

Very good food. I've had Thai up and down the state of California. Lily's Thai is as good or better than most places!

It was 111 degrees today. We didn't feel like cooking. We ordered Ginger Chicken and Pad Thai. Both entrees were absolutely delicious! The food has fresh ingredients and both items were cooked perfectly and didn't taste oily at all. Thank you Lily's Thai Kitchen for an amazing meal. Lily's is a very good Thai restaurant. The food was delicious and large portions as well. The staff is really friendly, and the restaurant is spacious. It is casual, which is perfect for Willow Creek. Our meals were prepared quickly and cooked to perfection. The only slight downside was that the prices were a little on the high side, although is very expensive nowadays anyway. I will return and look forward to it. read more

I love having such delicious, authentic Thai food all the way out here. I've dined here several times & been happy with the complex flavors and veggie options. However, this last time I ordered the green curry for take out. Though it still had plenty of flavor, it was very watery (more like juice than a soup) and there was no eggplant. The quality isn't what I remember from a year ago. Hoping it was just an off day, but this time it wasn't worth $20.
