Poor customer service and food is just ok. When asked questions about the menu to order for delivery, the woman on the phone replied with an irritated and often rude tone like I was making her life so difficult. So I tried to move past it and order the item anyway and she responded with and huge sigh followed by "I don't know what to tell you, make up your mind" so I replied to have a nice day and hung up. will never order from here again, even though I had only ordered here ONCE before and it was nothing to end my Saturday night on. Food was ok but not the best. Don't waste your time here. People that work there/own it are rude and we will never go back. You don't walk up to the table and take silverware away from a 2 yr old that is eating with parents sitting right there! The waiter/owner said he felt the child would cut his finger off...with a butter knife! He was cutting his chicken with it with help from Dad sitting right there. Seriously!? As I suggested to him as we were leaving, next time he should tell the parents if he has a concern over a butter knife and let the parents deal with it. You do NOT approach a table and take something away from a patrons child, PERIOD!!! He felt he did the right thing and proceeded to say so LOUDLY! No, very WRONG! I give it four stars because the fried rice needs a little bit more flavor, it was bland and the soy sauce that I usually put in my fried rice did not do much like it typically would. The problems others may have encountered in other reviews may be attributed to the staff being overwhelmed with orders. The food is good,and everything we saw inside was clean. First time trying it and it was just okay. My family and I called in a delivery order. They told us 45 min to 1 hr wait, which made sense because it was right around dinner time on a Friday. After the hour was up, I received a phone call saying that the food was just now on its way and would be 15 more minutes. It was about thirty. They did add two extra egg rolls to the order for free which was nice, but I did not enjoy them very much. I wasn't really sure what was in them, I was expecting more veggies but they had a bit too much meat in them. Other than that, my entree and my parents entrees were all delicious as well as the fried rice and dumplings that we ordered. I would recommend this place, but don't order if you are starving. I am confused at why this place has such amazing reviews. I am NOT a picky eater. I love General Tso's chicken from everywhere I have eaten Chinese food... which is a lot of different places from high end restaurants to fast food restaurants. But this place had the worst General Tso's chicken I've ever tasted. Their fried rice didn't have any flavor either. The General Tso's chicken tastes way too sweet and it tasted as if they added a bunch of sugar to soy sauce and thickened it over the stove. It did not taste like how General Tso's chicken was supposed to taste. The fried rice was not good either. Maybe other items on their menu might be good but the fried rice and General Tso's that I ordered wasn't. read more

Don't waste your money. I have never been in a place that the staff was so RUDE! Manager was yelling at me because I did not answer his question quick enough. WOW! (Literally was not even two seconds after he asked the question). The food is terrible. No eggs in the fried rice. It was just white rice with soy sauce on it. We have been ordering take out from Chang's for as long as they've been delivering...and we used to dine-in before that. UNFORTUNATELY I have been extremely disappointed in them the last several times we have ordered. After a very long day, I ordered dinner for my family. I decided to try the shrimp and scallops in lobster sauce. Bad idea. There was an abundance of soupy sauce that I ultimately had to drain off which left 6 small shrimp and 5 scallops along with about 2 ounces of shredded lobster meat (maybe lobster) and some veggies. My husband chose cashew chicken. Bad idea. There were 4 small pieces of chicken and a massive bowl of veggies and cashews that he deemed inedible. My daughter ordered sweet and sour chicken. You can't ruin that...so I have no complaints as far as my daughter's meal. Our total was over $42. We waited well over an hour and a half for our order (although the delivery driver was kind enough to call about 5 min before delivery and let us know he was going to be really late since they were busy). We were bummed out that they forgot to include the fried rice (seemingly sending 3 orders of steamed rice instead). What I can say is that regardless of how long it took or how bad the food was...it was hot. No cold food delivered. I always tip fairly...so rest assured...the kind delivery driver did not suffer from my frustrations. I am extremely bummed that our favorite local Chinese restaurant has gone bad. Sadly, my husband and I dumped out our food and made a quick run to Jack in the Box. read more

A nice simple place to eat. The staff is friendly and the food is good. They offer the typical Chinese appetizers and main courses. The service is quick. When we ate there, there was a lot of carry out business. They offer a wide selection of lunch specials which can also be had for dinner for just $2 more. Ok this place is nothing to talk about. Frankly it is a hole in the wall and the waitress has no personality was quite rude to be honest. Got my food to go and was so disappointed that the rice was rice with a little brown color. What happened to a little egg, bean sprouts and green onion that's what I think of. Not even complaining there was no meat in it which I have never seen before. YUCK! Sweet and sour chicken had no taste and the chicken was hard to find......never again and the food it is not any cheaper then anywhere else I have eaten with much better food. read more

Very upset , we had loved this place. Until yesterday we ordered our normal take out and the bill went up very high ( no biggie) we called to inquire and find out why . The lady was very rude and defensive on the phone for no reason, they raised the prices and now do a delivery fee which all we wanted was to be told about. She kept saying I'll cancel your order then and getting pissed and all we were asking was what the new prices were. It was by far the strangest convo i have ever had.
