Fast, efficient, professional - and nice guys too! We had a palm tree pushing down our block wall so I called Chads Chippers (we had seen the truck in our neighborhood before). I also called another well known tree service but didn't get a call back, ever. When I called Chads, I got an immediate answer and a great quote so we set up date that worked for us. The next morning I decided to ask Daniel to come look at the tree to make sure it needed to be removed. Daniel came that morning and said it did have to go, so we were set. When the crew came and took the tree it was smooth sailing all the way. Very organized and skillful at removing the tree safely and leaving our yard as if there had never been a tree there. We had them leave the stump as a pedestal for our tiki. When I told Daniel I needed a small neighbor trim for my mulberry, he promised to stop by and do that the next time they were in my area. I have never had to have trees trimmed before, so I turned to yelp for ideas when I needed a large tree removed from my from yard I'm quartz hill ca. I had 3 companies give me estimates. I had called 5 , but 2 never called me back. Chads had the best price and I also liked the reviews they have amassed online on yelp and other places. I usually don't write reviews, however I felt the crew Daniel sent put to do my work went above and beyond. They not only cleaned up the mess they made but they also cleaned up a mess that I had made when trimming my bushes the prior week. I appreciate the fact that they even swept the sidewalk before they left, they placed every light and yard decoration back where they found it and left my yard perfectly clean. What a pleasure to share my experience with this locally owned and operated business. From start to finish, they were absolutely the best - prompt, flexible, pleasant, and thorough. I had made an appointment but when something opened up prior to my scheduled date, they called and offered me the earlier slot and were at our house within an hour. Theirs was an entire team of friendly, really good guys who obviously knew their stuff. And while the team was at work, one of the co-owners picked up a saw and spent some time just going around the yard touching up trees and bushes that had not been included in the original quote - which had been very, very reasonable to begin with. Two of our pine trees had large forked branches overhanging the neighbor's garage and we were all concerned. We found Chad's here on yelp and based on the reviews gave him a call and glad we did! Within hours he came out and gave us a very fair estimate and arranged to do the job as soon as possible (we were in the midst of a 40 mph windstorm). The next morning his crew came out, were friendly, fast and efficient and also very careful which was important to us. In short order the branches were safely down and chipped, they saved the large pieces for firewood as we requested and cut it into nice manageable chunks and put it over the fence for us. Our neighbor's split the bill and I think we all agree it was a relief to have the branches gone. Chad's did a very nice job with clean up, truly "no twig left behind". This company is beyond, they came to give me an estimate after their competitor came and left with an estimate to the tune of 22k (to cut down and discard 10, ninety foot pine trees) they gave me an estimate that was literally one quarter of the cost and offered to come the day after Christmas to get it done while I was still on break. They had the whole job done in three days and dispersed all the chopped up wood to my deserving neighbors for fire wood. This job was so Trying on them also because it was done in an easement on an angle but they never once complained. When they were done you couldn't even tell these giants once resided on my property. I love that I can actually see the sunset from my backyard, and my neighbors were so grateful that the pine needle Chaos was finally over. Great company I received an honest quote from Daniel very quickly, the work was done the following week by Matt and his crew as scheduled. I was pleased with the way my trees looked, they trimmed off a ton of branches and it still had great shape. These guys are really hands on and work along side their crew. I did not realize they were the owners until the work was complete and they walked me thru the completed yard and collected payment. My trees are more beautiful than ever! The yard was cleaner than before they arrived. Matt trimmed a cypress tree off my chimney at no charge, and did not mention it, but I notice and appreciate things like that. He and his crew came to our house today, (on time), cut down 9 - 30' Cypress, a lot of bushes, and another huge tree, who's roots were snaking across our lawn. They did an amazing job. They were safe, efficient, and true to their price quote. We highly recommend Chad's Chippers. We had to remove the Cypress because they were cracking 50' of planter bed, and a threat to our home. The roof was covered with droppings from the trees. When we had a new toilet put in our house there were roots coming up from the plumbing. Hence removal of the front yard tree. Add me to the loooong list of veeeeeery satisfied customers! These guys did a GREAT JOB at our home sitting on an acre of land in Quartz Hill! They pruned/topped our 50' tall (old growth) mulberry tree beautifully and removed 3 dead trees including deep stump grinding. They even cut the appropriate limbs into fire place ready fire wood and stacked on the existing fire wood we already had. The crew was fast, courteous and efficient. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves leaving clear level ground where the tree stumps had been and blew off our patio. Terrific service all around. I was one of those skeptics about writing a review, mainly because I didn't think those were real, until my experience with Chads Chippers Tree Service. I called at least 4 tree services before deciding on Chads. When I called he explained the importance of hiring companies with insurance and workers compensation as a home owner, and didn't clamor me like a used car sales man. I hired them to cut down and remove the stump of a 30+ year old fruitless mulberry tree in Lancaster. Their cost beat everyone; their work was fast, efficient, and the workers were polite. I found Chad's Chippers Tree Service on Yelp and decided to call based on the excellent reviews of former customers. I was not disappointed. Matt was prompt, quoted a fair price, and did an excellent job! They started in the early afternoon with the right equipment and crew for the job to take down a 50' sycamore, 3 small-med pines and 1 small-med mulberry. They finished by the end of the afternoon, ground the stumps the next morning and the place looks awesome! What I was most impressed with is their concern for safety since the trees were located in the front yard, near a busy street and close to the front doors of some of my tenants. Chad's Chipper's were fantastic! We had been hunting around for weeks to find someone to remove 6 tree's from our front and back yard. Thankfully we came across one of Chad's Chipper's signs around town and gave them a call. Daniel met me at the house at exactly the scheduled time to offer a free quote for the removal and stump grinding. We scheduled the work right away. We had a large tree that needed work and called Chad's Chippers after doing some research on local companies. They definitely lived up to their 5-star ratings! The owner came out for an estimate very quickly, and scheduled an appointment the next week. He also advised on the best approach to take (i.e., we were able to save our beautiful Sycamore instead of removing it.) We have 27 trees on 1/2 acre, so we need tree services every year or two. We sought some comparative quotes and decided on Chad's Chippers. The price was over $1,000 less than the first quote we got. This was a difficult job with four large trees to cut down (the largest was a 30 inch diameter Mulberry with a 70 foot crown, the tallest an 80+ft Lombardi Poplar). I had Chads come out a couple of weeks ago to remove two large palm trees from our front yard. They were on time and finished the job much sooner that I expected. I had some other work I had to do before I could have the stumps removed, and they said no problem that they would come out later and honor the price that was given. Sure enough I called them a week later and they came out took care of the stumps for that price. Not only do I think they price was the best, I had other estimates that were higher.
