About a month after driving it, the paint on the bumper and fender started peeling, which I found strange. When I reached out to them, their staff was extremely rude, evasive, and dismissive, insisting they had nothing to do with it and that it was my job to ask if the car had been wrecked -- which I actually did during the purchase. The salesman falsely claimed later that he told me. I took the vehicle to a trusted body shop, and that's when everything came to light. The entire front clip had clearly been repainted poorly, without proper primer, and that's why the paint is peeling. The bumper had glue and zip ties instead of proper clips, and worst of all -- the airbags had previously deployed and been repaired, something they absolutely knew when they sold it to me. They intentionally hid this major damage from me, banking on the fact that it wasn't reported to Carfax. It's a textbook example of how some dealers manipulate the "clean Carfax" label. I even tried filing a lawsuit, only to be told I couldn't because I unknowingly signed an arbitration agreement required to buy the car. This is not just shady -- it feels like fraud. They sold me what was advertised as a premium vehicle, fully aware of its condition. I still don't know if my airbags even work properly. Please be very careful if you're considering buying from them. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

I always ask for a printed copy of the Carfax, & I take pictures of the VIN # from the vehicles dashboard AND the drivers side on the door frame to make sure they all match AND I get the accurate Carfax & inspection letter for the vehicle I inquired about. It was a frustrating process as there was a lot of inconsistency with the information we were given about the vehicles. 2 out of 7 used dealers in the Austin area were the only ones that were ethical, professional, patient and not deceitful. This is not 1 of the good places. We inquired on a 2019 Nissan Sentra at this location, but felt that we were not being taken seriously by the man assisting us, Iman. I asked for a printed copy of the Carfax & inspection, & took it home telling him we'll return to test drive it because it was getting late & I had to get back south. At home, I saw that the VIN # that I took of the car's dashboard was not matching the paper work (Carfax & inspection). It belong to another car of the same year, make & model, but different VIN number!!!! SUPER SHADY!!!!!! Again, understand risk for buying a used car, it's up to the customer (me) to look at red flags, like this major red flag!! We did end up buying the best option available with the least shady actions from the owner/seller at a local used car dealer off N Lamar. I DONT recommend this location!!

From the moment I found the exact make and model I was dreaming of on their website, I knew I had to act fast. Calling them up, I was immediately greeted by Duane, whose friendliness and personable approach instantly put me at ease. This being my first time buying from a dealership, I had my reservations, but Duane made the entire process feel straightforward and honest. What heightened my sense of urgency was hearing through the grapevine that someone else was interested in the same vehicle but wasn't ready to make the purchase. Knowing this, I felt an immediate push to secure the vehicle that very day. This sense of competition added an extra layer of excitement and determination to my car buying journey. The excitement to see the car in person drove me to make a 40-minute trip north, and it was worth every second. Upon arrival, my decision was cemented - I had to have that car that day. What impressed me the most was the transparency with which Duane presented my financing options, a refreshing change from the usual sales tactics. During the inevitable wait for bank feedback, Janie's thoughtfulness in offering snacks and water was a small but significant gesture that made the experience more comfortable. Then, Juan took over to discuss the next steps, insurance, and warranty details with such clarity and openness, it reassured me I was making the right decision. Despite the dealership nearing closing time, and my needing to manage logistical hurdles to drop off my mom's car and return, Janie and Juan assured me they'd wait, no matter how long it took. This level of commitment and understanding from a dealership was unexpected and deeply appreciated. My mom, too, was delighted by the kindness and professionalism shown by Janie over the phone. Finalizing the paperwork was smooth, filled with friendly banter and laughter with Juan, marking a perfect end to the day. I can't express enough gratitude towards Apple Leasing for their genuine approach, making sure their customers are not only satisfied but also well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Their willingness to go the extra mile, ensuring we didn't have to juggle multiple cars home, was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. This was by far the most comfortable and reassuring dealership experience I've ever had. It's why I've never made a purchase until now, as most dealerships in the past seemed shady. I highly recommend Apple Lease Returns to anyone looking for a seamless, honest car buying journey. I'm over the moon with my Q50 and only wish I could personally thank everyone at the dealership one more time for their incredible service and support.

Drove it home thinking I had bought a brand-new, clean vehicle through the Audi dealer network. Later, when I took the SQ7 to a reputable Bay Area paint protection film / customization shop, they stopped work and showed me that the rear tailgate appeared to have been previously damaged and repainted. The car is metallic black, but the rear tailgate appears to have been painted in a completely different black finish. It does not match the rest of the vehicle. What makes this even more concerning is that the vehicle's MMI/head unit still shows Audi North Austin as the dealer wallpaper, the vehicle came from Audi North Austin before being dealer-swapped to Audi Palo Alto. Audi Palo Alto only kept the car in the showroom till they sold it to me. From what I can see, this vehicle appears to have had prior damage and poor repaint work before I ever purchased it -- and none of that was disclosed to me as the customer. That is unacceptable on any car, but especially on a brand-new luxury Audi. If Audi North Austin had knowledge of this damage, then they should have disclosed it. If they didn't know, then they need to explain how a damaged and mismatched vehicle moved through their store and into the Audi dealer network as "new." Either way, this is not how a premium brand dealership should operate. Now I'm left dealing with the fallout, while everyone points fingers and avoids ownership. That feels like a shady business trying to pull a fast one, pass the problem along, and run from accountability. Vehicle: 2025 Audi SQ7 Audi case number: 07488900 Audi North Austin, do better. Customers buying brand-new vehicles deserve transparency, disclosure, and accountability -- not a damaged product passed along like nothing happened.

Back in 2010, I wrote, "To be honest, I would rather have a tooth pulled than deal with a used car salesman." Well, at Apple, there is no tooth pulling! There's no high-pressure sales approach here. Every vehicle on their lot is high-end, clean, and mechanically sound. They offer fair trade-in values, include a free drivetrain warranty, and provide a very reasonably priced extended warranty plan. Best of all, they don't tack on any of those unnecessary add-ons you often see at other dealerships. On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. Bailey (finance) made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, and she offered an extended warranty at a price I felt was more than fair. Pro tip: Check out their inventory, but be aware it tends to move quickly, so contact them online to verify that the new-to-you vehicle is still available.
