Marketing included extensive photos taken at the office building. Every car will take a different amount of time. The LS500 is a huge and interesting sedan that doesn't appeal to everyone, If you have a hyper-popular car, expect Daniel's team to sell it much, much faster. Receipt of funds was easy- Daniel provided a check to me once the buyer's funds had cleared Signature's account. And after getting quoted for how much dealers are willing to pay for the car I'm down over 20k on what I bought the car for from him. Please bring a mechanic or someone to inspect the car he is selling you. Out of many used cars I have owned I have never felt this cheated out of money.

I knew the cost and the breakdown, had the window stickers for the two cars I was deciding between, and was ready to drive the hour to Austin to check them out and decide. I left the house having researched the vehicles and confident that their quoted offers were the best I had seen to date. Got to the dealership and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jake Hudson helped us out with the vehicles. No hard pressure sales techniques. No attempts to upsell. Just gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for us. I already knew the cost and what was on the vehicle ... so when I made my decision. Paperwork was straight forward and Mike Escalante, the finance manager, put together our paperwork. He was great to work with. Once he knew what we cared about and what we didn't ... he answered our questions and made several suggestions that were huge benefits for us. He owned the same vehicle we were purchasing, so he was very helpful and also gave his personal insight as an owner. I have bought numerous vehicles over the years. I usually do internet research and prefer to negotiate the specifics of the deal before I get to the dealership. Some places try and get you in ... and then try and figure out how to add in the costs to maximize the dealer profit to your detriment. Many try and get you into the dealership and then play the game where the salesman goes back and forth to the manager while you just sit and wait. This was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. In the past, it took months of negotiations with multiple dealerships to get to a good deal. Because of Mazda's approach ... and the professionalism and approach of their folks, I was able to get everything I needed within 1/2 day and the vehicle was purchased by that evening. They say all of their techs have senior experience, and they were able to get my car in quickly- some other garages have wait times of up to a week. I checked their hourly rates, they are in line with other garages I have used in the past. They seem to have a very smooth and efficient system set up, they handle a lot of cars with the large garage space they have, and they do a good job communicating and providing updates. Convenient location for South Austin customers. They even sent me a follow up message after the repair- that was a first for me! I would recommend this garage for service and repair work.
