Went to look at a car today at Motion Classics and was helped by Eric. From the pictures in the listing the car looked like it was in great shape and he made it seem like it was in very good shape through the wording of the listing. When I drove up I immediately noticed a large dent in the back of the car that I never saw in the pictures. I also drove the car and quickly was able to feel that there was something wrong with it and it was not driving correctly. After I left I pulled up the listing and zoomed in on the image that showed the area of the dent. The car had been photoshopped (very poorly by the way) to look like a dent was not there. You can see the photoshop job in the image clearly. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

Guys I've been searching for the right deal on an Audi RS 7 for a while now. As luck would have it I found an RS7 Prestige about 30 miles away in Austin. The car is great, every upgrade possibly imaginable and in immaculate condition with a slight 1/4 of an inch scratch on the side panel as it's only defect. I got an immediate response after an inquiry online from Eric the owner of Motion Classics. A couple texts later I was on my way to see the vehicle. First of all I appreciated Eric's concern for myself in regards to social distancing and masks. He was also punctual and on time to our scheduled appointment even though it was last minute. I've never had such an easy and pleasant vehicle purchase in my life. I think the entire transaction took maybe one hour including test drive and a few distractions talking about our college sports days. I appreciated his matter of fact and get to the point attitude. No BS, just what you see is what you get and trust me there was a lot to see with this machine. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle as I'm new to the Audi. After the purchase he took time to sit with me and go through the seemingly unending upgrades and features. But here's the best part. I made it about 20 miles down the road heading home before I pulled over for gas and I could not figure out how to open the gas panel to start pumping. After reading the owners manual and watching a couple YouTube videos I was at a loss. Even though Eric already started heading home himself he turned around and drove the 20 to 30 miles in rush hour traffic to meet me at the gas station. It was a simple fix and user error of course. This is the type of customer service you don't see very often these days especially after a transaction has been completed. I just completed my second transaction with Motion Classics and both times it was how car buying/ selling should be. I originally purchased a 4Runner from Motion Classics to have a 4WD vehicle around. It was listed at a fair price and he made the buying process fast and easy. I joked to Eric that buying a car shouldn't be that easy! A few months go by and my Audi S4 had turned into a garage queen so I opted to sell it. I went to Carmax and they offered me bottom dollar despite it being in pristine garage kept condition with nearly all of the service records being done by Audi. I decided to reach out to Eric to see what he could do. Once I dropped the car off, he did everything from getting it showroom detailed to handling the loan paperwork. I don't think I'll ever go to another dealership again, not when there's guys like Eric and Seaton running a high quality business like Motion Classics. And the funny thing about it is, I didn't buy an expensive car from them at all. And they treated me as if I was buying a Tesla! That was really awesome.
