Purchased a Mazda with their internet sales team yesterday. Can't say enough great things about the dealership and everyone I dealt with. Dustin Walton responded to all of my questions succinctly and transparently. Zero hard pressure sales. Just info ... and provided faster than I could have imagined. No push to get me into to see the sales team. Just great info and the most competitive prices and largest selection I found in Texas. I knew the cost and the breakdown, had the window stickers for the two cars I was deciding between, and was ready to drive the hour to Austin to check them out and decide. I left the house having researched the vehicles and confident that their quoted offers were the best I had seen to date. Got to the dealership and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jake Hudson helped us out with the vehicles. No hard pressure sales techniques. No attempts to upsell. Just gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for us. I already knew the cost and what was on the vehicle ... so when I made my decision. Paperwork was straight forward and Mike Escalante, the finance manager, put together our paperwork. He was great to work with. Once he knew what we cared about and what we didn't ... he answered our questions and made several suggestions that were huge benefits for us. He owned the same vehicle we were purchasing, so he was very helpful and also gave his personal insight as an owner. I have bought numerous vehicles over the years. I usually do internet research and prefer to negotiate the specifics of the deal before I get to the dealership. Some places try and get you in ... and then try and figure out how to add in the costs to maximize the dealer profit to your detriment. Many try and get you into the dealership and then play the game where the salesman goes back and forth to the manager while you just sit and wait. This was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. In the past, it took months of negotiations with multiple dealerships to get to a good deal. Because of Mazda's approach ... and the professionalism and approach of their folks, I was able to get everything I needed within 1/2 day and the vehicle was purchased by that evening. I relocated recently and brought in my Mazda 2025 CX-5 for an oil change. I was greeted right away by friendly staff and "Cujo" the sweet dog behind the counter. I waited inside the lobby and it didn't take long before I received an email with a video of what they'd done. One person was so helpful and so nice, KC. He took the time to explain everything, verified coverage and he was very professional. His wife is a nurse like me and he gave me a hug before I left. Have came here for service on my car over the last couple of years. Easy booking online for service appointments. They are normally moderately busy and appointments are a good idea. Upon arrival they are fairly prompt on getting you before you get out of your vehicle. They review what services will be completed and I opt to wait in their lobby. Which is quite nice. They have a back area without a TV, narrow but quiet. Then the main waiting area with the TV, coffee/tea service, water and a few light snacks. Enjoy they text you a video link of the review of the car and recommendations. I needed headlight replaced and talk about some work! They had to take off the wheel well to get to the headlights! And both were replaced. They even sent a video of the old vs new bulb. So much fun! The dealership is always clean and tidy in the service area, waiting area and showroom floor. I also love seeing the beautiful doggie (I believe a doodle mix?) when I come in. Such a sweet doggie. Makes for a nice surprise if you are a dog person. read more

I contacted this dealership multiple times for help with maintenance questions on my 2012 Mazda MX-5 Miata. I sent two messages to the service department regarding maintenance/coolant/radiator service and received no reply. I also contacted the parts department asking about the correct Mazda coolant/radiator fluid and also received no reply. On the contact form, I selected email as my preferred reply method. There was a phone-number field, but it was not required, and the form specifically allowed choosing email or phone for a response. I was not asking for anything complicated or unreasonable. I was trying to confirm the correct maintenance information and parts/fluids for my car so I could handle the service properly. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts through both service and parts, I still have not received a response. That lack of communication is disappointing, especially from a dealership service/parts department where customers are supposed to be able to get accurate manufacturer-specific information. read more

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! My daughter purchased a used car from them last year. First, thankfully we had a mechanic check (almost) everything before she purchased it. Things they had checked off as fixed were not in fact fixed, including an oil leak. It took days to get things corrected, and they signed off saying they had put new tires on it. Now, almost a year later, we're told by a tire store that they in fact only put one new tire on the car, and the other 3 are almost bald. If I could ZERO I would. We purchased a 26 CX50 hybrid at Roger Beasley Central and traded in our Mustang GT to do it. I'm leaving this review on South as well because we originally went there before ending up at Central. They earn the 0 award as well. Had $16,xxx in equity in the Mustang. We made it extremely clear multiple times that we wanted to put $6750 of that equity down on the new car and combine it with $3250 in rebates to make it an even $10k. That would leave us with a $9,xxx equity check. Instead these people flipped it around applying the $9,xxx towards the new car leaving us with a far less equity check than we wanted. They even went back and reviewed tape/ audio of us saying what we wanted to do repeatedly. I even have a signed receipt saying we are owed the $9,xxx. To make up for it, Jordan Taylor offered us some all weather floor mats The CX50 had ALL WEATHER FLOORMATS already. So then we started working with Jordan to purchase either a CX30 or Mazda 3 hatchback at a "good deal" to make up some for the CX50 screwing. After going back and forth for a month trying to figure that out, all he could do was get us an approval for 18% . Fast forward to today 7-25-26. We have now purchased not only one, but TWO 26 Mazda 3 hatchbacks at the 2.9% finance rate through MFS. These were purchased in Conroe TX at Gullo Mazda. I scheduled several services with my service advisor, Chelsea Hayes-Do. I had asked her to list the services for my 2014 Mazda 5 that she would recommend. I made an online appointment for the services that she recommended. Chelsea met me at the car, reviewed the services, and procured the shuttle to take me home. During the services, the tech noticed a worn transmission mount. Chelsea informed me, and I approved the replacement of the mount. When the services were done, Chelsea got the shuttle to pick me up. He met me at the service desk when I went to check out and we talked about upcoming maintenance that should be done on my next visit. No pressure to do add items to the list, just gave me options for the next visit. He even put my latest inspection sticker on for me! Friendly, professional, made me feel like a valued customer. This is a warning about purchasing a warranty or any vehicle from Roger Beasley Mazda. I was originally quoted an estimate of $5,000 and all repairs were not covered by the full coverage warranty we purchased through the dealership. Alana, reportedly tried to get the warranty covered but the request was refused. This experience has been horrible and all must be aware of this scam! Plus they charged me a diagnostic fee of $225!!
