From the moment we walked in I was in "awe"! Maybe it's a Texas thing but there were no shortage of options to fill your time while you wait. From a gift shop to a cafe to a TV room I definitely felt catered to. Now fast forward to February of this year (2026) we moved down and our vehicles needed service from that long haul. Not only did they find more than we anticipated, but they prioritized it as if we were family, and kept us updated to the very best that they could! They provided a loaner without question and due to the delay in his vehicle being fixed; offered to wave cleaning fees if we needed to take our two large very furry dogs anywhere (which we did not). But as the proud parent of many pets and a 10000% animal lover I couldn't stop gushing over their large and multiple dog parks! All in all, as a luxury vehicle owner myself, Subaru in Buda is blowing the game out the water!

The used car sales manager Guillermo (who should be in a higher position) is the man who took care of my situation. I bought a vehicle that had a minor issue but Guillermo did not hesitate to tell me "drop off the vehicle and I'll put you in a loaner and we'll take care of it" and I was on my day within 15 minutes. He also kept in contact with me and updated me on everything going on. My vehicle got fixed and haven't had issues since. Would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! Guillermo needs to be promoted above peers immediately.

As someone who's not mechanically inclined, I had to put some faith in the seller, and thankfully Fabian didn't let me down! Yota has been more than happy to offer any requested maintenance pre and post purchase wherever they can. The way I see it, a dealer that isn't high volume relies on consistently happy customers, and isn't buying cars that they aren't confident they can sell!

He is going to take your monies that you pay for taxes, title, registration and float it. For me he did this for almost one year. I got my tags today, 2/5/25, I bought my Lexus on 2/29/24. Texas State Comptroller email is CID@cpa.texas.gov or you can call 800-531-5441 ext 3-8707. Now for the review. Like I mentioned earlier, I purchased my Lexus on 2/29/24. When I test drove the SUV, it was exactly what I was looking for and the price was not bad. On the day that I went to pick up the car, I was told as he handed me the keys, not to worry about the check engine light that was now on, that he would fix it. He had to order a part. The car needed to be inspected so if I could bring the car back the following week, the part would be there at the shop to replace, then issue would be resolved so the inspection could be done. The following week, I took the car in as he "had" the part and could get the car inspected. When I picked up the car 3 weeks later.... he said, not to worry about the check engine light, that after driving it for 300 miles it should reset itself. Well that day never came. Then the absolute bold face lying and lack of integrity became a weekly thing for me deal with. I could not get the guy to get my plates. I would call, oh the plates will be here on Wednesday. Wednesday came, no plates. OK the next week the plates will come. No there will be no plates, the paper work was done incorrectly. Had to get the person who sold the car to Alex to re-sign the paperwork, A month later, please come in and sign the transfer paperwork again. OK your tags will be here next week. Next week never came. The inspection was an issue, the car would not pass inspection due to emissions. They needed a new catalytic converter, then a new gas cap. He kept my car for a month. When I got the car finally he says to me, if the check engine light comes on, don't worry...blah blah blah. Sure enough, 2 miles down the road, the check engine light came back on. When I got the car home, me and my son in law, got under the car and low and behold, there was no new or even a used catalytic converter that had been replaced or even a new gas cap. Again, don't have inspection, so I cannot get the tags. Every 60 days I had to drive down to Yota Ranch to get a new paper tag. He was like bring the car in next week every single time we spoke. The whole purpose in having the car is to drive it, right, not to park it at the dealership. I am telling you, the man did not touch the car mechanically. No way. Now it is January 2025 and I still had no plates. Took my car in and left it for another 3 weeks. Came back to get it and was not fixed. Had to threaten him with a fraud report to the state comptroller to get the tags. Lucky him that there was a new law in Texas and he did not have to have an inspection any more. He offered to comp me the TTL money back but of course that was a lie but I got my car back and I got tags today 2/5/25 on a car I purchased on 2/29/24. For the love of God and all things holy, don't buy from this shady establishment. And trust me when I say he is evil. The guy is pure evil, just check out that horn on his head. You will then understand.

For the incompetent and ignorant salesperson who was rude I have attached a picture of my current bank account. If there is a manager reading this you should look at your cameras on Jan 30 Blue Chevy Silverado and train your salesmen not to stereotype customers. The next Monday we decided and ran through financing with another courteous employee whose name I did not remember. He never seemed in a hurry and instilled a sense of an employee that truly likes his job. As if that wasn't enough, you get to spend your first night in your new RV in their RV park adjacent to the sales area to make sure everything works and see if any other questions come up. They Clint Caraway, told me to bring it in as it was under warranty. I actually pulled it in on my lunch break and they fixed it and installed roof vent covers for me in less than an hour while I waited! I actually expected to drop it off and pick it up at a later date but their service really surprised me. We are very happy with our experience at Crestview RV and will be a repeat customer in the future.
