Absolutely dreadful customer service. Called up there about a truck and spoke to a guy on the phone. Explained to him I really like the truck, I live in OKC and was hoping he could provide me some more information before I drove 7 hours down to check it out. At first he seemed willing to help me. I then told him that I have been seriously car shopping for a while and I have seen the exact same truck with less miles go for significantly lower prices, so did they have any wiggle room to come down on the price? He totally changed his tune. Pretty much snapped on me. Told me "I'm not trying to be rude but if you've seen it for less elsewhere then go buy that one. Why even call and ask about mine?" FYI to this guy, you're not in the right job. Saying "I'm not trying to be rude" pretty much always follows with something rude. Didn't need your sarcastic comment. Most car dealers actually want to compete for your business so I was trying to give you that opportunity. Glad he showed me his poor customer service prior to driving down and wasting my time with him. And very glad to not have given this place my business. I was very prepared to buy a 50k+ truck so his loss. I will gladly find another one. I was in the market at first for Cadillac CTSV and they had one. It was just out of my budget. Luckily I continued to look at the website and saw they had a lot of really nice cars. The one that ultimately caught my eye was a black 2018 BMW M3 Competition with 15,500 miles on it. In mint condition. I called and after a few days of texting and phone calls we settled on a reasonable price. I hoped on the next flight there from Louisville Kentucky, they even picked me up from the airport. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, filled the car up and I drove it back the next morning. My next vehicle purchase I will check with them first. They have definitely earned my business. Had an awesome experience with Kevin and with Jeremy. Purchased a 2002 Porsche Boxster from them recently and had it shipped to Houston. They were very professional and even took care of two minor issues with the car on their own dime. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a better experience with a dealership then with these guys, and I have bought cars all over the US. Normally, I personally inspect the cars but these guys have such great reviews that I took a chance and it was well worth it. Some of the larger dealerships like Autonation Basically leave you to your own peril, But this dealership was with me all the way from financing to delivery they were professional and offered the white glove service that all dealerships should abide by. Jeremy, the owner responded back quickly and was always one phone call away. Kevin responded to me even on his day off. Seriously, this type of service is unheard of nowadays. The workers are very friendly but to sell someone a vehicle they claim they went over with a fine tooth comb and clearly didn't is poor business to me. They were more than willing to allow me to travel to their business to sell me a car that was clearly damaged and the tires were crap. They said they checked them and felt they were in good condition, well no they weren't. I've only had my vehicle less than two months and there is no way traveling to and from work I made the treads appear and they are clearly worn. Yes they claim they did everything to help by reducing my purchase cost but the reduction I received doesn't cover the cost of what I'm spending on the problems with my vehicle. I won't purchase again from them not refer someone to them. read more

I am very dissatisfied with the vehicle I purchased from this place. Since taking the vehicle home I have had issues with it. First was standing water in floor pan underneath back seats which we discovered the next day. The thermostat housing started leaking. Now having issues with multiple warning lights and drivability issues. Clicking noise coming from dash area. Surely this was something that was going on prior to selling the vehicle. Car was suppose to come with limited warranty but finance guy checked as is on paperwork even after we discussed limited warranty and how much it covered. Even reached out to sales guy 2 days later and received no response. I believe in karma. Do not deal with this business. read more

Common practice to drive cars that are posted on your web site? I'm not sure that's true. I used to work for a very high end USED CAR dealership and we would drive the bottom of the barrel, strait off the auction assembly line as daily drivers. Not sure we were driving the Corvettes as daily drivers. I've been by twice to test drive or even witness the vette in the line up with no luck. Pre approved for way more than the corvette is even worth but I've only able to see it online. Any how.. very nice cars on the lot but not sure I want a car that someone's been dogging out or even using as a daily driver. Perks of owning a dealership, sure, I get it, but how bad are they willing to make a sale when the cars aren't there. Their availability and eagerness to make a sale makes me wonder how the customer service is after even buying s car. I won't ever know. Thank you guys for the revised review. You have earned every right to drive your inventory and are very upfront and honest about particular cars and it's whereabouts. I just don't think I'm willing to spend 40 plus thousand dollars on a daily driver that's having extra miles racked up on the car. I appreciate your friendly staff and honesty. read more

I appreciate the time and effort that they have put in to turn this situation around!! 2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe Premium The Price on the web site was more than the Price that was listed on a Craigslist add 21 days ago. The price "was" $20,495. As well as several other sites I found this car on. Which has now been updated after calling Scott to tell him I was not buying the car, and that I found the Craigslist add. I was trying to get the car for a couple grand less. The counter offer I was given was for $19,995.00 which is the Price listed on the Craigslist add I found last night. I had seen something similar to this "switch of the price" on a review from another customer so I searched this car. This is not good business in my opinion. You're not "doing me a favor" by countering my offer with a price its already listed for on another site. When I first inquired about this car on Monday morning I spoke to Scott. I told him I would try to get off work to come look at the car. I sent an email an hour later I was coming to see the car and left work to come see it. When I got there the car was NOT on site. Scott had to find out where the car was. The boss's wife had the car. He then asked me to drive with him to Leander (from Buda) to go get the car to look at it! This is not something I wanted to do, but I had already made the effort to look at it, so I agreed against my better judgement. We took another vehicle from the lot to go look at it. We ran out of gas on the access road of I35 several miles down the road in the hot sun. After getting gas brought to us I decided to go home, that this car was not worth the effort. Not once did anyone apologize to me for either of these experiences. I guess this is normal to them in the car buying process, but it is not for me, and I consider this extremely unprofessional. Scott, however called me and said he would go get the car and bring it to my house. This was a nice jester on his part. Although, had the car been at the dealership in the first place he wouldn't have had to drive it from Leander to Pflugerville, another situation of "you're not doing me a favor" the car should have been where it was supposed to be in the first place. read more

We found the vehicle that we really wanted on a Saturday. A call to Driven Auto Sales revealed it was still for sale. I called and spoke to Kevin, the salesperson we would end up dealing with, and explained it was a 2-hour drive for us to get there and to let us know if anyone was interested to text us so we could turn around. When we arrived, Kevin was very welcoming and had the vehicle poised, polished and ready at the front of the shop so we could take a look. We decided that we wanted it almost immediately and took it for a short test drive with Kevin. Kevin is a really nice guy and it felt like we had got together with an old friend. We were trading a car in against the vehicle we wanted and started talking about price. During our dealings with Kevin, Jeremy came in and introduced himself and just like Kevin it felt like meeting an old friend. We discussed an issue with the windshield and negotiated a new one to be fitted before we traded. The price for our trade was very close to what we wanted. They had the vehicle ready for us on Tuesday and we drove back to do the trade. Kevin and Jeremy met us again and made us feel special. We met Mike to deal with finance portion of the deal. Mike is a wonderful man and worked his magic with the numbers that we were very comfortable with explaining many nuances in plain English. Mike, like Kevin and Jeremy was like an old friend, there to help. All through the process these points were very apparent: At no point during the process did we feel any pressure and did not feel rushed. We felt the people we were dealing with were trustworthy. They listened to us throughout the process. Kevin, Mike and Jeremy made the process quick and painless. All communication was quick and clear. We did not feel any games were being played. Our final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). Everyone we dealt with or spoke to were very professional and polite. Everyone were very attentive to our needs. Everyone went above and beyond and made the whole deal a very enjoyable process. This was the best experience we had ever had when buying/trading a vehicle and we will be looking to these guys in the future for our next vehicle soon read more
