We did check the carfax. One week after getting the car we were insuring the very expensive run flat tires and one tire was worse than the others. We called and no one will help us. I'm a teacher and I don't make a lot, every dollar counts. We also paid for the warranty. To fix the car is $9,000. The warranty covers $4400 and we have to cover $4,600. Make sure if you're buying from here that you take the car to get inspected on your test run. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Juke in October of 2020 and have put over $2,000 into fixing issues with the car. For instance, I had a blowout in May of this year and when I went to discount tire to purchase new ones, the employee asked if my car was a 2014 model because the tire from the blowout was from 2014. So... Apple Leasing is putting older, used tires on some of the cars? I had to get my front and back brake pads replaced. The window motor died. Blinker light went out within first 2 months. Constant issues with the car. Wish I would've done more research before purchasing from here and will not be a return customer. read more

We leased a V60 2017 Volvo from Apple leasing. The car had electronic problems that we took to the dealer FIVE times. The seats move back so my wife cannot reach the peddles, the mirrors move so you cannot see either side and we almost got into accidents twice. Apple did NOTHING, VOLVO in New Jersey did NOTHING. Lets start off by saying purchasing a car is not fun. I was browsing the internet for a car that would work best for my family and my wallet. I had considered leasing and so I submitted a request online asking about leasing a vehicle. Gary was quick about responding back to me and let me know which vehicles I should look at that are both what I need for my family and that fit my budget. We texted back and fourth for a few weeks until the right vehicle was there for me to test drive. Not once during that time did I feel pressured or bothered, he was very friendly and professional. I test drove a vehicle and decided that I wanted to take it home for my wife to test drive. They let me test drive the vehicle over night and into the next day. It was nice to be able to see if there were any problems with the vehicle and I didn't notice any at that time. My wife and I decided to move forward with financing so I text Gary again and started the bank negotiations. Gary got back to me and let me know what my financing options were and guided me with which one I should go for. The bank wanted me to put a $1000 down and Gary was able to somehow figure out how I wouldn't have to put a penny down. Carmax offered me 2600 less than Apple Leasing offered to pay. I left there not upside down on my vehicle and I didn't have to put a penny down. Incredible. One week goes by and I notice that there was something that didn't feel quite right with my brakes. I text Gary like we have been for the past few weeks, he referred me to Lambs and says to let him know what they say. Gary so kindly set up the appointment and all I had to do was walk in say Gary told me to come in. They checked out my brakes and both the brakes and rotors had to be replaced. They called Gary for me and he took care of the tab. Again, Incredible. Overall, I have never had a better experience in any purchase that I have ever made.
