The above link he sent to indicate it was ok and our discussed time was set. To clarify, emails followed so he knew what my use of link meant. Sad part, some KJ reviewer recorded this outcome in 8/2023. But then, TTG turned all wordy about how some evil competitor out there done did him wrong, "but it's suspicious that you may be connected to another company and are trying to bring down my rating for whatever reason. I really hope you find happiness in life and stop trying to find it by maliciously attacking small business owners." So caveat emptor, folks, definitely not professionally behaved. If unlicensed, all he had to do was cancel by email reply, easy peasy. TTG was contacted to estimate outdoor IP camera installation & network re-configuration btw. By phone, he sounded competent and refreshingly slanted in favor of open source architecture, my preference. But in practice, a no show loud & clear.

He worked efficiently, but asked us questions related to positioning etc. how it would look when he outlined it with frog tape on the wall before final mount. He honored all quoted prices when I spoke with him prior to hiring. The TV looks great on the wall, and perfect height for viewing. Will definitely hire again.

A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.
