    This place really needs to work on customer service. The manager was so cocky. He kept calling me "boss," and if I asked him something, he would say I'm trying to "cook" here, boss. He didn't resolve my issue. He asked me to come back the following day. Luckily, I figured it out myself.

    VERIZON $200 GIFT CARD SCAM My husband and I recently switched to Verizon from T-Mobile. We were intrigued by the $200 gift card promotion that was being offered. The person who helped us, Evan, insured us multiple times that our GIFT CARDS would be mailed to us after 8 weeks and two bill cycles. He was very specific. We even clarified multiple times that that would be the case. Fast forward 8 weeks we are curious what's going on and reach out to text chat. We are told that we never were qualified for gift cards. That we only qualified for $200 rebates (to our bill) and we had to redeem a code by a now VERY past date. Upon discovering this we googled the issue and found out this EXACT scenario of being purposely lied to and then gaslit is being used all over the country. ITS A SCAM. DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON.

    Rude customer service agent Starbucks next door, waiting for coffee Drive thru says pull into first available space; guess what it's a "dedicated pickup" parking spot. Guy comes out, tells me to move it if I'm not a customer - really? When did people get so rude they thought they owned a parking spot on private property? Told him he didn't own the parking lot and get back to his minimum wage job; when did people in Tucson become so angry and possessive? Oh wait, they're NOT from Tucson

    Temporary 4-star, I'll explain…read more I've been using cox for two years now. I started a service line at address 1, on a fantastic promotion they were running. As of October, this year, I acquired address 2. Cox has been great to me so far, so I started a SEPERATE line at address 2 (using yet another amazing promotion). Up to this point I am now moving out of address 1. I saw on the website that we can transfer service to a roommate (which I have at address 1). Called them up, took a few tries, but eventually got WHAT I THOUGHT (and made sure to check) was address 1 disconnected and switched to the roommate. Went into my cox account to learn they switched ADDRESS 2, taking me out of my newly started promotion and still having me associated to address 1. With how long this has been taking and for it to mess up this bad, I am PISSED. Drove to COX on Campbell, took a couple breaths before I walked, and laid it out for Roxy (employee I was chatting with). Super calm, cordial conversation. And that's where we are at with 4 stars. Online COX customer service needs some serious work (i will avoid using it again). In-person, COX is amazing, super kind employees at every location I have been at, and really are looking to help. My case is still in process, but up to this point COX on campbell has been a 5-star experience with how my situation is being handled. It will be a certified 5 if they can satisfy this case.     Cancelled my personal account after 7 days. Ive been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years on my…read moremoms Verizon plan. I decided to get off my moms plan and get my own plan. From day 1, Ive had nothing but problems, CSR rep from another country deleted my account and my promotions, added a new account and someone tried to order a phone on my new account and Verizon didnt take responsibility for it. Also, my bill each day for the last 7 days with Verizon was more and more. Started out as 133.00, then 146.00, then 162.00, then 196.00, and finally 204.00 for a 1 line plan with no extras!!!! On January 18th, cancelled my account and switched to a different carrier. Was told by the CSR of Verizon (5th person), I could take my devices to the store where I made the purchases. So, we went to the Arizona Pavillions Cortaro location and it was there I explained about ALL the things I went through in the last 7 days with my new account. The CSR went to the "supposed" manager, Guadalupe, and she straight up stated she was not taking back the devices and it pretty much was not her problem!! She was overtalking both me and my husband when trying to explain everything that had happend and she was not willing to provide the "excellent customer service" that Verizon says they provide. She was resistant, rude, not helpful and could care less about my situation or what we had to say. She should not be in a management position, or any kind of higher up level, she is not for the customer, unless you are there to make a nice, big purchase!!! I will NEVER go to this location ever and BUYER BEWARE!!!! Verizon practices Bait and Switch methods. They are friendly and helpful when you want to spend money, but after, you are just another customer and could care less about helping you. Verizon will mess up your account, say they are there to help, but they dont even document your account. After only 7 days, I have switched carriers and will continue filing my reports to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission for Bait and Switch tactics, and the Attorney generals office!!!!

It only took a few minutes before Faith came over to help me with my T-Mobile Internet order. She knew exactly what we were doing, and when I showed my ID to verify myself, she thanked me for my service: I didn't even realize my Veteran status was on my RealID (I never look at the thing; I give it to others though - HAH!). Faith was outstanding. I got promptly and efficiently served, she ran over all the options, and I was quickly home and setting up my new internet gateway. She made me feel like I was a respected customer, got everything done in a prompt and professional manner, and I stepped out the store feeling like I had been well taken care of.     I was convinced to upgrade my surround sound, Internet, and connected devices. I turned in my old…read morerouter/modem for an upgraded one with an extender. However, the extender didn't work with the one they ordered me. On a Monday, the technician came in but couldn't connect my service. After disconnecting it, he couldn't reconnect me, leaving me without service for all my devices, which are over 30 in my home. This company uses call centers to service customers, and they're nothing but liars. They promised to make up for everything that happened and make it right. The technician came in on Friday and connected the SAME equipment that was here on Monday. I was down for about five days without service to my cameras and all my devices in my home, including my surround sound, TV, and more. I had cut the cord years ago and went wireless, so I thought everything was fine (my call initially was to figure out how to speed up the reaction of my)until I was convinced to upgrade I was told that what I had did not cover the amount of devices I had in the house. The solution Center they used were too busy to sell me more things that I didn't show interest in because they weren't fixing my problem or getting me connected. Just like the big outage that was read about, my outage was just as bad, but it was just my home. The technicians who couldn't service me lied because they know you can't trace them and they want you off the phone. They're in call centers in foreign countries with my card numbers and personal information. Who knows who's behind the phone? It could be a technician or our salesman, and they act as both and can't figure out how to get the systems up and running and you connected as a customer they guess they lie and want you off the phone and again it's a language barrier. I have nothing to say about this company regarding its services and its ability to service customers satisfactorily. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Look at their stocks and their decline in customer service. Their Board of Directors must be scratching their heads as their wealthy owners wonder what's going on with their company. They need to start listening to customers more. It doesn't have to be "the customer is always right," but Verizon is no longer the big dog on the block. Just like AT&T used to be the big dog in town, Verizon isn't what it used to be, and that's a fact. I see them going down, merging, being bought out, or just folding. They promised me twice that they would adjust my monthly bill this last month, but nothing has changed. There are a bunch of liars who don't keep their word to their customers, and there was no making up for the loss of my services monetarily. They still wanted my monthly payment though. If you're looking for an Internet provider I would look elsewhere there are better companies those that can service you hear on shore not offshore. Oh and good luck to you.
