Came in and sat down. It's Saturday 10:30 am. I just want to exchange a flaky 5G gateway. Got checked in 5 min later as it was unclear what to do. Several other people came in after me and got checked in and served first. Took them About 20 min to get to me. All that time I am thinking why do these people that came in after me get help first? It's unclear how their queue process works. I think I for simpler stuff they try to get people in and out but for more complex stuff you have to wait. Kinda wish that everyone working here had the same skillset so you can get help in the order you came in. They could use more staff here. This is an Experience store so I would figure more staff. Finally got the gateway exchanged and when I went to setup it was user the wrong name. I mean I gave them my drivers license so they had no excuse. I don't want to go back to the store so I'll call T-mobile instead. And that was my experience. Need more expanded training and confirmation of setup. read more

Ramona and Zoey did an amazing job helping me find a product. They literally spent like 10 minutes looking at the website and you know making sure the product was in stock. They were so kind to me. They opened up so much. Ramona is just such a lovely lady she's so pretty and helpful and Zoe is just such a nice girl. She was just so kind and really went out of her way to walk to the to the aisles and look for the product for me made sure they had it in stock and I'm so happy that you had on side from Jayson Tatum in your store. I always get great service from the Experience Store. I was promptly greeted and checked in when I arrived. The store was a bit busy this Saturday morning. It only took a few minutes before Faith came over to help me with my T-Mobile Internet order. She knew exactly what we were doing, and when I showed my ID to verify myself, she thanked me for my service: I didn't even realize my Veteran status was on my RealID (I never look at the thing; I give it to others though - HAH!). Faith was outstanding. I got promptly and efficiently served, she ran over all the options, and I was quickly home and setting up my new internet gateway. She made me feel like I was a respected customer, got everything done in a prompt and professional manner, and I stepped out the store feeling like I had been well taken care of. HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered Wi-Fi got a $71 bill.. I didn't even hook it up because the bill was more than what they told me. I was told 3 weeks ago I'd get a full refund in 2-5 business days and I've gotten nothing. Called back and because I don't have an account any longer they couldn't/wouldn't help me with anything. I am 82 and not tech savvy! I needed a new phone and my old one had alot of issues! I hadn't closed tabs for 7 or 8 years and needed to get a password for my TMobile browser! When I walked in the door I was greeted by Cristin and asked what I needed! I laughed and told him I needed someone patient to deal with all my problems! He told me not to worry and put me on the list of people to be waited on! It was a big list with more people coming in all the time! He greeted each one helped the ones he could and added the others to the list! He kept an eye on who was being helped and notified the next two in line that they were next! He was fast efficient and personable and offered great customer service! I watched as the people ahead of me were waited on. I THINK SOME OF THEM KNEW LESS THEN ME but they weren't rushed and all their concerns were addressed! Then it was my turn! Jesus looked at my old phone (probably in horror lol) and told me not to worry after I chose the new phone everything would be transferred and I could keep my old number! It took a long time because of long term abuse but he got everything straightened out! He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions while he transferred all my stuff! We had to come back for the same service twice. The first time the clerk was distracted and did not provide a good explanation for accessing a hotspot, and the fact that we had to pay for that. So, we came back a second time, and Brent who works at the store we stopped in, on New Year's Eve, was so helpful. We walked away, feeling like it was clearly explained. Thanks to Brent. Bad customer service.... went in for a screen protector replacement a service I pay for by the way, and it seemed like no one wanted to help me they passed me on to someone else just for the associate to help an other customer. They are only interested in making sales and not helping with other issues....I never had experience anything like this before, they usually are awesome at this location. read more

if i could give more then 5 stars i definitely would. i had called around to ALL the T-Mobile stores here in Tucson. some knew what they were talking about and some did not! this one has the most knowledgeable associates working there. i had the pleasure to be assisted by Jesus. i called there earlier & he answered the phone & i could hear the smile on his face as he answered my question. i was then lucky enough to get him helping me when i went. he knows his stuff & he knows it well. he answered any questions i had & proceeded to assist me. also, i noticed, when i was waiting, that he paid attention to the people coming in (getting busy) & asked another associate to check them in & what order they came in. WOW!!! that's great customer service, whether anyone else saw it or not. KUDOS to Jesus for all his help and all with a smile. he's a keeper for sure. :) read more

The absolute worst service I've had in a LONG time ... the rep who checked me in would not listen to what I was trying to tell him about my issue; instead he surmised and made inaccurate assumptions which only compounded a problem I have had with T-Mobile not providing service that was paid for. I had the misfortune of having this same individual wait on me. When I asked for the name of his manager he told me that I would have to contact their 611 support to get a manager which I knew was a lie, he was being evasive not wanting the situation to be escalated. Over the years I have contemplated NEVER do business with T-Mobile again for a myriad of reasons but the treatment I received from the individual at this store SEALED THE DEAL ... my opinion has not changed, in fact it has been fortified. I found a solution to my problem, a work-a-round per se, but tell anyone who will listen about my tale of woe over the years, specifically the service T-Mobile didn't provide that I paid for, and my experience with their rep in the store as a cautionary warning. read more

Wow ! This is the T - Mobile on Broadway and Craycroft. My Mother went in there with questions and a very complicated issue that was time sensitive. Brent is truly THE BEST!Patient, kind, he really took his time to make sure my Mother received the solution to her problem. The resolution required different approaches. Brent's extreme knowledge, perseverance snd professionalism was truly impressive! Due to his excellence, my Mother was able to walk into her important meeting with the necessary information. Beware of 3ed party T-Mobile stores and ONLY do business with Corporate stores such as this one. We our in our 80's and have been paying over $300.00 per month for the last 2years and finding out things were added onto our plan we knew nothing about. Miss Mari at this corporate store uncovered many things for us and taught us we need the App and to check our plans to know what we're paying for. We learned 3ed party stores are NOT reliable in doing what they say they will do and if you don't call customer service from time to time, you could end up paying for unwanted items such as "Trackers" on your phone's plan. Someone added 7 of these on our plan @ $10.00 for each, every month. We didn't even know what these were!
