ELDER ABUSE??? THE CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW JUST SENDS ME THROUGH THE NORMAL CHANNELS AND THERE'S NO OPPORTUNITY TO ESCALATE IT. SO IT WAS NOT HELPFUL. August 2025, 95-year old Mother-in-Law wanted land line and instead sold a second cell phone plus a Verizon internet box (plus monthly charge) to run phone and she already had internet through a different provider. And she unknowingly signed committing to 3 years (what 95-year old is going to commit for 3 years). We visited store today to help sort it out. Christian was helpful at the start but by end was insulting us (ex-"I wouldn't have let my mom go to the store alone in August if she was hard of hearing and almost blind" AND "I take no responsibility for what I said because I'm not your sales rep". my son, DIL and I (I'm a senior citizen) went in to up grade my very disabled DIL's phone as it wouldn't always work when she is at dialysis. And she was eligible for an upgrade. When we got the bill, her broken phone was used to open a new line that we don't want or need, her new phone had an expensive new contract listed and insurance that was never discussed. They saw a senior and a disabled in a wheelchair, and took advantage! I'm complaining directly to Verizon. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with so-called manager, Anjelica, after I had to come back to deal with an issue from a prior visit. I sat and waited for her for 20 minutes while she sat outside talking to her friends about a new car she had just purchased. After she finally came in to "help", she basically called me a liar right to my face, did absolutely nothing to help remedy the issue, and I left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have never dealt with such a rude, unprofessional person in customer service. If you don't like your job, find a new one! I will never set foot back in that store again. read more

I am very busy when in town. Phone sales are notorious for taking up hours even when you have everything ready in hand. Unless, you are helped by Tomas! I bought a new Samsung 24+ for my wife on 10 Dec 24 from Anjelica James. She gave me her cell number and said call at anytime if Ihad any questions. On the 11th I called and asked her to call me so she could help me on the settings on phone. For two days I never got a call back. I called her on the Friday the 13th. I asked if I could come in and get some help. She said she was too busy but could see on Saturday but anyone in the shop could help me. I went in to the shop in about 30 minutes. I took a seat waiting for help. She saw me but did not acknowledge me. When she finished with her client, she left the office and paced up and down talking on her cell phone for probably 30 minutes. Finally I got called by Mitchell who was very courtesy and helped answer my questions. Anjelica was supposed to call me on Friday to pick up my tablet. Mitchell found the tablet and set it up for me. I noticed after Mitchell called me up that Anjelica came back in and immediately called up customers waiting for help. It was very clear she ignored me and made no attempt to help. Recommend anyone going to this Verizon store DO NOT have Anjelica help you. I hate to be ignored but apparently she is only interested in selling phones and not following up with customers. read more

So walk into Cellular Sales at the Crossroads Shopping Center at your peril. We really appreciated the lapse in our internet service due to your incompetence and the hours of phone calls with clueless "technicians" at Verizon it took to mop up the mess you made. And they still wanted $60 more on top it, just to return us to our old plan along with default "no internet service" for days before the boondoggle was solved. After 20 years with Verizon I was forced to change carriers because Verizon couldn't solve the technical problem I was having. I couldn't take calls or make calls from my own personal residence and after many frustrating attempts at technical support I was forced to go to a different carrier. I was on a prepaid account and I moved to a different carrier on the last day of my billing cycle. Verizon went into my account and stole my money for the next month even though I was no longer a customer.After a number of attempts at the local Verizon store I got nothing but a deer in the headlights look and the promise that my money would be refunded to me which after two months it is still not the case. I tried to call customer service but as I had no longer an account number they just hung up on me... literally. How many times can a big corporation like this steal peoples money and then have no way for them to speak to anybody about having it returned... Pathetic... read more

This review is for the Round Mountain Nevada area. I have made numerous calls to Verizon along with hundreds of other people in the valley about the poor cell service that Verizon provides for our community. The service keeps dropping calls or delays in talking and emergency calls are dropped when calling for a ambulance or sheriff's office, people have had use other phones that were supported by either T Mobile, AT&T or Choice Wireless, there services are amazing compared to Verizo's which at one time was the best and for the last 14 months or longer Verizon has took a major dive in customer service, I have called several times and they say they are going to get on it but nothing changes for the good, just the worse, so if you ever go to Round Mountain Nevada I hope you do need to use your phone if you have Verizon. read more

Nobody here knows anything about the verizon plans!! First, I was told all my plans included Apple Music, but I later find out it's only a month trial! Then, I was supposed to get a $500 verizon gift card each for 5 Bring-Your-Own devices. So $2500 total. I was told it would automatically show up in my email within 8 weeks. It not only never came but it turns out you are supposed to apply for this, none of which any of the 5 of us were ever told! And you have to apply within a month! I have proof in writing of them saying that the apple music was included and the "gift cards" would automatically show up in my email. Now I have to make a million phone calls to get this all fixed. This has been by far the worst customer service and phone buying experience of my life. If I could give zero stars, I would. How could buying a new phone be so difficult? Buyer beware - buy your phone and new service elsewhere. Ian, the "sales associate" literally did not get a single thing correct upon buying a new phone and signing us up for a new plan, including misleading us on important promotional details. Several weeks later and we are still working on trying to fix the bill. How is this a way to run a business? Throughout the process, Ian has been non responsive, operating as if we don't exist after he got his sale/commission, despite the countless errors and charges he added to our bill. The Cellular Sales corporate team has been just as bad, as weeks later we still have no solution. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: Thank you for the canned response to my review. If you would have read my review you would have noticed that I did contact Cellular Sales and go through the proper channels to resolve all the issues your team created, but have not had success now for several weeks. If you did care about your customers, you would go out of your way to personally resolve my issue, and see it through to completion. My partner and I went in to this Verizon store to switch to a family plan and add a line. We needed a new phone for the new line; we told the sales rep Matt that we wanted a free phone, or the cheapest option. Matt said that Verizon carried only one free phone. Matt brought one phone model to the desk and told us that we'd only need to pay taxes for the phone. We naturally assumed he pulled out the free phone. When our bill came, we discovered we're being charged $35 a month for this model. read more

I needed to replace my old I phone and was a little reluctant to go to an authorized Verizon dealer (rather then a Verizon owned store), but I took a chance and I could not have been more pleased. Cameron was fabulous and got me all set up. He could have sold me a more expensive phone but asked about my preferences and recommended a less expensive model. Went in the store to fix my son's watch yesterday... the young guy that helped me said my pin wasn't working. He told me that the watches were discontinued. I proceeded to ask what to do because I was paying for a service that I couldn't fix. He said you should go to craigslist. I asked, "is that how you guys do business?" He said in a sarcastic way, "mam, I'm just trying to help you, it's either $10 there or $80 here." I then asked, so I can order the watch in store for $80 today? He mentioned, we'll, I guess yeah but your account won't work so you need to go to a corporate store or call customer care so I can't help you. I then said in a sarcastic way back to him since that was the tone he had the whole conversation, "can't you help me call customer service here so I can take care of it now and you get the sale?" He slightly dated laughing and said, "yeah I guess o can do that." His attitude within. He 5 minutes I was there was awful (mind you, I was the ONLY one in the store around 6pm other than another employee). I told him I will just have someone else help me since he was so thrilled to, and he again laughed and said, "okay sounds good! Have a nice day!" If the sales at This store are low, it's due to customer service like this... Also, I called the customer care and the pin that wasn't working for his system, was in fact, the pin that I kept telling him to try.... not sure if there was a defect but, the customer service department over the phone took care of it and the sale was $289 (not $80)... he turned the conversation from me wanting to cancel into a sale.... now that is how it's supposed to be done. so sick of the entitled attitude of The millennials... This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had working with a retailer. We purchased 3 iPhones and 2 iPads. The billing was wrong from the start and 5 weeks later we are still working with Verizon AND cellular sales corporate to try and get our bill fixed. I was also supposed to get a 3rd iPad with a promotional credit and after a week of texts and trying to get it from the store, the associate said he would call me to complete the sale and ship it to me and that never happened. I escalated with corporate to try and get help with the billing and iPad we were trying to purchase and I am still waiting to hear back after weeks of phone conversations and emails. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. If you do come to cellular sales for a phone, check your bill and receipt thoroughly before you leave. read more

First question I asked I received a lie for an answer. E.j. I think was the next guy's name (not the liar) was all smiles til I decided to take some time and not buy immediately then he actually stoped talking. Didn't say another word. Called back to let them know about the lie and got ej and got treated like I tried to talk to the cool kid in high school. This place is disgusting. They should fire the staff and start from scratch. If I could give this business a 0, I would. It represents itself as being a Verizon store but it is, in fact, a third-party vendor. Our family purchased 3 new phones and 2 iPads and, despite what we told the sales associate, he added on services etc. that we specifically declined and failed to deliver additional merchandise that we ordered. He also misled us on the promo for the iPads. Ultimately, there will be no promo savings. These issues were not discovered until we accessed our Verizon bill on the Verizon website. When we tried to contact (text messages and calls) the sales associate and his manager, little to no responses were received (it was like customer service ceased to exist once the sale was made and we walked out of their building). When we contacted the corporate office of Cellular Sales, we were first told that they would not be able to do anything; we would have to go through Verizon (which is a joke during these "unprecedented times" because it is virtually impossible to speak with a live person!). After becoming adamant with Cellular Sales that it was their problem to fix because it was their sales associate who made the mess of our account, and after providing them with all of our issues in writing as well as all associated documentation, they relented and said it would take 7 to 10 days to research everything and get back to us. At the end of that time period, they came back and said it would be another 7 to 10 business days. Weeks have gone by and no satisfactory solutions. Extremely frustrating and I can't even count the hours we have spent trying to get the mess they made straightened out. Avoid this In response to the Cellular Sales auto generated reply advising that I can provide more details by contacting their customer service and reference case number 326658, they should have been smart enough to read my review and know that I already have a case number assigned--they need to reference case #00322441! read more
