They make it impossible to cancel or even make payments in an easy, straightforward manner. Super frustrating. But anyway my service here actually wasn't bad at all, ashley helped me and was super quick and easy. I originally thought the person who set up my internet screwed me over, but I guess it's just a very very poorly designed system. I cancelled my home internet but still really respect the service from this place!

This situation has severely impacted on our ability to conduct business. Although I was informed that an external issue had been resolved, we are still encountering significant problems. As of this morning, none of our phone lines have dial tones. I spoke with Lauren earlier, and despite her efforts, she was unable to restore service. She indicated that a technician would be on-site at 10 a.m.--which means we will be without phone service for the first two hours of our business day. This is unacceptable. These ongoing issues have repeatedly consumed valuable time and resources, with multiple technicians both on-site and over the phone, yet no lasting resolution has been achieved.
