After waiting 90 minutes, I got a call saying their technician had overslept and offering another appointment next week. I called someone in the top 10 on Yelp, and they are coming today! They were also 50 bucks an hour cheaper and sounded quite qualified. The good news is the person on the phone told me I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee. I had to laugh; they canceled on me because someone slept in. There is no way I would trust a company that cannot hire competent people and then tell me I would not get charged lol.
