Chris came today to install a new wall mount for our 55" TV. He was on time, very professional, efficient and friendly. The TV and old bracket had been removed to have the wall painted so this was basically a new installation. Absolutely PHENOMINAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! AN ETHICAL BUSINESS! WOW! I contacted Misael via email yesterday with exact details of what I needed done on the afternoon of 8/31/2023, after being ghosted by another Installer (I posted a review, so be sure to check it out). Misael responded last night, I explained that I was hoping to get this project completed in the next two days and he said he could come the following day. He quoted me a price via email, and he stood by that price upon completion of the project. Misael's quote was a FRACTION of what the other guy had quoted me, and now I realize the other guy was completely price-gouging me. Misael called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, and he arrived exactly in 30 minutes. I noticed that he paid attention to the No Parking zones in my tract and found an area where parking was allowed. I went outside and explained it is ok that he park in front of my home because he is Maintenance and will not be parking overnight. It was inclement weather and he and his Helper, Jose, needed to bring tools from their vehicle into my home. So he relocated his car to in front of my house. The reason I am mentioning this is because Misael paid attention to the No Parking zones and respected them, which is a Plus in my book. When Misael and Jose were grabbing their tool bag from their vehicle, I noticed they were grabbing blue booties to place over their shoes before entering my home. I explained that my floors were all tile and sealed, and there was no need for them to wear booties in my home. It further points out the respect these men have for people's homes. Misael and Jose arrived within my appt window of 1-3 pm, arriving at 1:45 pm. They both got to work building the TV stand. They were both a joy to have over for the afternoon, Jose even stating he had fun at my house before he left. LOL! Both gentlemen built my mobile TV stand, then mounted a 43" TV, a Belkin 3550 Joules surge protector on the back, a magnetic antenna, and a Bluetooth speaker. They made sure all screws were tight, the TV was level, and that ALL features, including the Bluetooth speaker, were working properly before they left. Initially, although plugged in, the TV did not turn on. Misael stated that the surge protector button was probably not turned on yet, he reached back, found the switch, and everything started working perfectly. Before they left I asked Misael if he could just put one screw into a drawer rail for me because it had fallen apart. I gave him the screw, but Misael said it needed to be re-inforced with two more screws, reached into his bag of tricks, found two additional screws, and secured my large kitchen drawer in place..now with four screws instead of two. When I asked him how much I owed him, he stuck with his original price. So I gave them a tip of which they both really appreciated. Also, Misael cleaned any fingerprints off of my TV, then gave me a bottle of screen cleaner with his business logo on it, and a micro fiber towel too! I cannot tell you what a JOY it was to have Misael and Jose here today! ALL of my projects are now completed because of them, and I am happy, happy, HAPPY! I was so happy, I gave them both HUGS! I gave them both a water bottle to take with them, then asked if they had any appointments after me and they said they were headed to the University of Arizona to do some stuff for the students! I can't RAVE enough about these men and they were a GodSend after what I went through yesterday! Do not hesitate; HIRE THEM! Misael says he installs ceiling fans too! read more

He did an excellent job of mounting our 65" TV on a swivel wall mount. His price was very reasonable and his work was neat and efficient.

Misael and Michael came to our house, removed one TV, moved another one from our family room to our exercise room, and then did a complete install of a large TV, soundbar, back speakers, and back subwoofer in our family room (whew!). This included running power from several outlets both vertically (though horizontal studs) and horizontally (though vertical studs), which involved a lot of wallboard repairs and repainting the drywall. They were prompt, efficient, very careful, and left with everything looking beautiful. 10/10 read more
