First, I've waited over a month before posting this review to make sure the TV did not fall down…read more;-) Needless to say, it has not. I did not have an easy installation to do. I recently had tile and a mantle installed around my fireplace. For my 75" TV and soundbar this left very little clearance between the ceiling and the mantle. I had made measurements previously, so I knew there was room, BUT I had not taken the location of where the TV attached to the mount into account. Making a straightforward install was not going to work. However, the guys doing the install came up with a clever solution and I am very happy with the results. I definitely recommend these guys if you need a TV installation.

The above link he sent to indicate it was ok and our discussed time was set. To clarify, emails followed so he knew what my use of link meant. Sad part, some KJ reviewer recorded this outcome in 8/2023. But then, TTG turned all wordy about how some evil competitor out there done did him wrong, "but it's suspicious that you may be connected to another company and are trying to bring down my rating for whatever reason. I really hope you find happiness in life and stop trying to find it by maliciously attacking small business owners." So caveat emptor, folks, definitely not professionally behaved. If unlicensed, all he had to do was cancel by email reply, easy peasy. TTG was contacted to estimate outdoor IP camera installation & network re-configuration btw. By phone, he sounded competent and refreshingly slanted in favor of open source architecture, my preference. But in practice, a no show loud & clear.

He did not finish installing the system, nor did he even start on the two cameras. Only one of the eight door sensors for the security system was correctly installed. The other sensors were either incorrectly installed or not installed at all. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company. When I finally did get a response, they offered a 20% refund ($65.60) on the $328 job. Two cameras were not even touched ($229) and the $99 security system was not functional. So I paid $262.40 for nothing!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm stunned that this company has good Yelp reviews. Our home warranty company wanted to send some sketchy installer to install a new built-in oven so…read morewe asked if we could find one on our own and if they would pay use and they said yes. So, my husband did some research and found MM installations--they have great reviews on Thumbtack, are accredited with the BBB who gave them an A+, and they have a contractor's license--so far, so good. Plus they don't repair appliances--they just install them, so they're an expert in this area. The reviews and BBB were spot on. Roberto the owner was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and called us before he came. He and a helper expertly removed our old built-in oven (haul-away is part of the service) and put the new one in so well it looks like it was custom built for our kitchen! We were worried at first because our original oven was so so old and we thought the new one (which was a different brand) woudn't fit but Roberto knows how to do any work or tweaks needed to make the unit fit correctly. We're so pleased with the work and the professionalism and would use him again!
