I recently had tile and a mantle installed around my fireplace. For my 75" TV and soundbar this left very little clearance between the ceiling and the mantle. I had made measurements previously, so I knew there was room, BUT I had not taken the location of where the TV attached to the mount into account. Making a straightforward install was not going to work. However, the guys doing the install came up with a clever solution and I am very happy with the results. I definitely recommend these guys if you need a TV installation.
