I have had nothing but good experiences. Brandon is very patient, professional, he absolutely responds quickly and is very easy to get a hold of. For the money, we have absolutely gotten great service and he takes the time to explain things thoroughly. There is no upselling or pressure at all and we are allowed to build our system piece by piece instead of all at once. I highly recommend!! read more

My home looks great service they provided. The contract was well written and all items were completed.

Brandon was very helpful from start to finish. He gave us different options and also ways to save. We're very happy with the system and highly recommend his company for a security system. read more

This review is long overdue. We found out about USAB from a friend, and selected them to install our home security system when we moved to Tucson five years ago. USAB provides exceptional customer service, something that is so rare these days. I was reminded of this today when I had a small problem with our control panel. I texted Brandon, and he replied almost immediately and was able to solve my issue remotely. Our system performs very well, but on the rare occasions when we have had minor issues or questions, Brandon has always responded very quickly to our texts or phone calls, even on weekends. USAB may not be the best-known name in the business, but their service is second to none. read more

This review is for the initial communication, assessment, and setup. I am a new customer so can't yet comment on the on-going service. My tenant had an intruder and wanted a security system installed immediately. US Alarm Brokers was quick to respond to my inquiry. They were professional and prompt. They had someone come out within a day or so for assessment and then they did the install on a holiday because they knew my tenant was anxious to get the security! My tenant is very happy, as am I. Thank you! read more

We purchased a home that previously had a wired alarm system. Over the years we talked about having it updated and activated, but never did. We finally made the move and called a few places. US Alarm was one of those. They gave us a lot of information over the phone, but also offered to come out and do a more extensive survey. We were happy with the no-pressure sales and options that were provided. We found that having a security system is affordable and can be customized to our needs. The system was installed less than a week later. Professional all around, customer service top-notch, walked us through everything and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Great value, great product, great company. Service after the sale is assured as well. Highly recommend to anyone for their home or business security needs. read more

Recently had a security system installed by US Alarm Brokers. All the five-star reviews are spot on-Brandon is fantastic to work with! He called me back right away, and was out the next morning to set up my alarm system. Excellent install and amazing customer service! The best part is there is no monthly contract - that means NO 2 or 3 year obligations (like some of the other alarm companies). What to expect: a local company that offers monitoring at a reasonable price with zero contract obligations! Pat yourself on the back for choosing this company - and the best part- there is no pressure or strong arm sales tactics. As a Realtor, I am going to recommend this company to all of my clients! read more

We wanted an alarm system that was both effective and easy to use, and Brandon provided all of that and more. If you're alarm shopping, look no further. You want the best? Choose U.S. Alarm Brokers. Brandon was available to take my call when I needed him, showed up on time for his appointment, thoroughly laid out all costs, didn't sell me what I didn't need, and made sure I knew how to operate every feature of my new system. On top of it, he is extra pet friendly and knew how to behave in front of two large breed guard dogs! I can finally relax in my own home knowing it's safe when I am home or away. I love all the features of my new system and have confidence in it's reliability especially with the cellular connection opposed to a landline or WIFI system. I shopped around and NO ONE compared to USAB in price, quality, customer service, reliability, and user ease. I can't thank Brandon enough for the peace of mind he has brought to my home. Thank you again! read more

I found US Alarm Brokers on Yelp. As mentioned by the other reviewers, Brandon and his company go above and beyond with their outstanding customer service. They do an outstanding job at a reasonable price. He is local, personable, and professional, which you will not find with the other security companies. I live out of state and appreciated having a local company and contact that knew the area and was able to recommend another local business for my needs. He helped me out with a pressing security matter for which I am truly thankful and grateful for. I highly recommend using US Alarm Brokers. Brandon, you are the best! read more

Excellent customer service. Brandon was very courteous and setup my alarm which is an older system that had been installed before I lived here. Replaced some needed components; tested out the system and walked me through the setup (including mobile app) and operation of the alarm. Thanks to Brandon's professional approach and work ethic I have one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend; five stars! read more

Hands down one of the best contractors I've worked with...maybe ever! Brandon, the owner, personally addressed my initial request, quote, and even did the installation himself! I shopped my new alarm with 4 different companies, and Alarm Broker's price was very reasonable, he offered the best equipment, and even offered NO CONTRACT for the monthly monitoring! The other guys all wanted 36-60 months! Why sign a contract if you don't need to? Brandon showed up on time, handled multiple special requests on site, and his work was so clean! Every wire was positioned perfectly, and every little detail was handled with pride and care! This company left me absolutely mind blown! While some of the other alarm companies offered a fair deal, US Alarm Brokers was no doubt my best choice! These company is amazing! I will refer them to everyone I know! read more

It's no secret Tucson is a high-crime city, so I recently decided to invest in a security alarm system for my home. I read horror stories on big national companies (i.e. ADT) about their high prices and 3-year contract lock-ins, and I wasn't having that. I called up three local companies (U.S. Alarm Brokers, Central Alarm, and Young Alarm) to get quotes and recommendations. Brandon, who I believe to be the owner, showed up right on time and was very helpful with his recommendations and wasn't pushy at all. His company was flexible: you can pick a contract option with a higher monthly cost but no equipment charges, or a lower no-contract cost where you would have to buy the equipment. Having done previous research on security equipment, I really liked 2GIG - which just so happened to be U.S. Alarm Brokers' preferred vendor. Central Alarm's preferred vendor was some no-name brand (which might have worked fine), and Young Alarm's was Honeywell. I had been interested in Honeywell at first, but they seem to excel at hardwired systems, while their wireless systems seem to be an afterthought. I was really pleased with Brandon's installation. I didn't want a power transformer plugged in near the panel, so he found an outlet in the attic and wired it from there. He did a perfect job with it! Not an easy task with my house. The best part is U.S. Alarm Brokers uses Alarm.com to connect to the central station. This is a must for DIYers, tinkerers, and nerds like myself. I highly recommend U.S. Alarm Brokers to anyone in the greater Tucson area for their security alarm needs. read more

We were looking to change alarm companies and upgrade our system. After reading numerous reviews with various companies we decided to call US Alarm Brokers. I have to say this was the best decision we made. Brandon came out within several days of our call and met with us. My husband explained exactly what we wanted and Brandon listened and made suggestions. He never pressured us into buying equipment we didn't need and actually my husband wanted more cameras etc. Brandon accommodated our every need. He was neat, clean and very respectful of our home. He showed us how to work the equipment and explained the phone app. He also returned the several calls we made when we had questions. I felt bad calling with what seemed like a silly question, but he was right there with the answer and it was never an issue with Brandon. Customer service is just great! read more

Great customer service! Brandon was very accommodating with my schedule, efficient, very knowledgeable about what I need, did NOT try to make an extra dollar...in fact saved me hundreds!!! I now have a portable security system, that is easy to use, and that will travel with me throughout my military career. Highly recommended!! read more

When I happened onto USAB via Google search, I was suspicious of all the 5 -star reviews the company received. How can any company be that outstanding? Well, the reviews were all true! The Regional Manager, Brandon Mayfield, answered my phone inquiry with a clear overview of the systems and services that he could offer, and came to our house to nail down the best options for us. From the start, Brandon was on-time to appointments, quick to return phone calls or respond to emails/texts, and very, very helpful. He replaced out former interior security system, which had become just too pricey, with a more accessible system at much lower monthly monitoring costs. When we mentioned that we would like some cameras and motion sensors on the outside of the house, Brandon recommended some Ring products as a less-expensive option to the more commercial products that USAB carries. Although he does not usually install Ring products, he offered to install Ring products that we would buy ourselves, and recommended specific products. As soon as the products arrived, he installed them for a nominal charge and taught us how to use them. Brandon and his company truly represent the ideal of customer service, and I feel so lucky to have found them! read more

I'm very impressed with U.S. Alarm Brokers. Brandon came to our house to give us a quote on a Thursday, and came back the very next day to install the system himself as his techs were tied up for the next couple of weeks. Brandon was professional and courteous, and he clearly cares about his customers. We had a minor kink in the system after it was installed, and he responded to my very-early-morning e-mail within an hour, and was back to fix the problem the next day. You won't regret going with this company! read more

We have 3 locations with US Alarm Brokers. Brandon has been awesome and goes over and beyond. This is the most trusting company ever.

We found US Alarm Brokers on Yelp and contacted Brandon because of his excellent reviews. Our business was struck by lightening in a monsoon storm and our older security system was not working. When I called our old monitoring company and requested help from a technician, they never responded. Finally Saturday morning they quoted us $300 an hour to take a look, because it was the weekend. Needless to say we were not going to pay that crazy cost and we could not leave everything unprotected. When I called Brandon Saturday morning I was beyond grateful when he responded right back. He made and kept an appointment for later that afternoon. Thanks to him we were up and running by 8pm Saturday night. It really was the best customer service we could have asked for and with very fair pricing, he even waived the installment fee! We are so glad to have met Brandon and switched everything to US Alarm Brokers. Our emergency situation ended in changing to a company that we can have confidence in for the future. read more

We have had our security system for several years now through US Alarm Brokers and could not be happier with the service and staff. Brandon is always there when we have questions or concerns, he replies to emails and text messages almost instantly. He has helped us move the system several times with ease. It is obvious he cares about his company and makes time for his customers. Billing is really convenient, can be paid with one click on PayPal. Their prices are unbeatable, I know this because I shopped around. We will be customers of theirs for years to come! Very happy!! read more
