So get this, even though Yelp is supposed to protect consumers from Loelectric Equipment's negligence and untruthfullness, it claimed no coverage for its "badge" member was possible no proof of cash payment from him was received! So to review, he issued invoice in writing and yelp messages assuring me Yelp knew I'd paid as invoice described in cash, but behind closed doors, Yelp said he never confirmed with them cash was received as invoiced. So my insurance must investigate effects of negligence on ptz cameras (he abandoned a cable that ptz cams became entangled in/preventing spin function), and cost to reinstall correct circuit breakers in tank less water heater. What a mess! And all he had to do to settle this with Yelp was say, yes, he paid cash, that's why I emailed him the invoice next day.

Brian and Chad have always taken very good care of me and one of my neighbors that I referred. I had a glass break sensor malfunctioning just after install. I called Chad and he came out that same day and replaced the sensor. I did a lot of research before signing a contract and realized that I wanted to go with the 2gig security system and called around to a few security companies that carried that specific hardware. Ameritech Security offered me the most amount of free sensors and the install was very clean. I realized that all of the local security companies use most of the same nationwide monitoring companies so the monitoring price was going to be the same regardless of whoever I chose. This past month I had a experience that prompted me to write a review of Ameritech. I was driving to work when the monitoring company called me and informed me that they had a monitored smoke detector alarming and they stated that they had dispatched the Northwest fire department. Within a few minutes of that call my neighbor called me and informed me that she saw white smoke coming out of my front door. I started heading home really worried about my two dogs in the house, by the time I got home Northwest fire was on scene and had put out the fire and rescued my dogs from the house. Due to the fast response of the alarm monitoring company and the Northwest fire department, my house had minimal damage and both my pets were safe. The firefighters told me that I was extremely lucky that I had a monitored smoke detector tied to my alarm system. They stated that normally when they get a fire call the house is engulfed in flames. I couldn't be happier with the system, Ameritech security and the monitoring company. For my wife and I the small monthly fee is well worth the peace of mind.

The last one was the second guy they sent out because of the system failing to communicate. I've been paying for service I haven't been receiving! I have an alarm because for me that Equals safe and sound. I also believe I should be receiving services I've been paying for. when I do get to talk to someone who will answer the phone instead of recorded message. I have asked for Mike to call me several times! the company sent two people out over like the past few years for the same issue and has never corrected the issue yet continued to charge me. has never called to try to correct the issue when I was with Dan ( the alarm company that sold us to titan ) he answer the phone and immediately resolved any issues or problems that might occur. what Dan did do was make sure your alarm system was working properly and the service was there. I find it alarming that an alarm company doesn't correct an issue ! The Alarm goes on it's alerting you you believe the alarm is communicating to inform the company to speak to customers or call authorities. yet it fails to communicate and has been failing to communicate!!!!! you never receive any responses or calls. we know why but it's never been fixed!!!
