To say the least, the system we installed was not easy to set up and only worked adequately for about a year and one by one the cameras started to fail. We Contacted Integra and the owner, Greg came out to the property, looked over the property and gave a reasonable proposal to install a new system. The system was installed on schedule and the reps went over all of the functions and helped us set it up on our phones so we could remotely view the property. We needed a cable line run to an outside wall and did not want to run it as the cable company…read moresuggested, on the outside wall. Ugly! Frazier and crew were able to run it through the attic and it was no easy task. There were areas blocked off in the attic and of course a fire wall. They managed to fish the line through with little holes to patch, which they did before they left. They also ran a cable line to our back patio that is virtually hidden all but 2 feet. The cost was very reasonable and even though it took a little longer than expected with the tricky attic layout, he did not increase his quote. Highly recommend Southwestern Low Voltage!

Although AVT was not the lowest estimate we received, we went with AVT because Mr. McCoy (owner) was so knowledgeable and assured complete satisfaction. Along the way, there were hiccups with delivery due to the COVID virus as entertainment components were scarce and unattainable. AVT found one of the major components we needed that was due to arrive at a vendor located in Phoenix, AVT made arrangements to secure that one unit for our project. After all other ordered components had arrived, our installation took place with ease. We now have a state-of-the-art entertainment system and we could not be happier. The appointment was confirmed through several emails from Sears and choice warranty. I tried to call to confirm basic information make and model of the washing machine with the hookup guys. I tried to contact this company for 5-day straight to no avail. I made arrangements to stay home from work so I would be available for the technician when he arrived at my home. During that time I continuously tried to contact the hookup guys. And was able to get in touch with Javier. I gave him my order number and he looked up the status. He then told me that he did not have a technician coming out that day. Even though he had all the information in regards to the case created. This guy had every excuse in the book as to why they weren't coming out, it was sears's fault, it was choices fault. They had no intention of even contacting me to tell me they weren't sending a technician. I wasted valuable time and money. They are supposed to arrive at my house tomorrow morning, and I have been trying all day to get in touch with them just to cancel the appointment as I no longer need their services. I'm trying to be courteous and let them know and I can't even get in touch with them. If you have a home warranty service, and they issue this company to you please take my advice cancel and request someone who is capable of getting the job done. If you are considering using this company on your own free will to have anything done, please reconsider.
