He showed up exactly on time and went to work right away, and he straightened up our kludgy cable box, making it nice and tidy. Rick and his son also set up our TV in the garage by drilling a hole and running a cable to our TV, which now we have several places to watch local channels. I can't express strongly enough in this space how pleased we are with his awesome service and the value we received. Oh, we also saw him pulling some weeds from our gravel... no extra charge, lol. If it is any indication how happy we are, we are having him back to install some in the wall speakers for us! Thank you Rick!

He was very responsive to all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything. When he came out to do the job he spent a lot of time ensuring everything was working properly on all televisions in the house. If you need any home entertainment installation or repair, Rick is the smart choice.

First, I've waited over a month before posting this review to make sure the TV did not fall down…read more;-) Needless to say, it has not. I did not have an easy installation to do. I recently had tile and a mantle installed around my fireplace. For my 75" TV and soundbar this left very little clearance between the ceiling and the mantle. I had made measurements previously, so I knew there was room, BUT I had not taken the location of where the TV attached to the mount into account. Making a straightforward install was not going to work. However, the guys doing the install came up with a clever solution and I am very happy with the results. I definitely recommend these guys if you need a TV installation.

Ultimately, viewer, you must decide for yourself. Mark You mention…read morestriving to provide great service. In my view, great service means going above and beyond -- even in what may seem like the smallest details. That is often what separates a good business from one that truly stands out. A seven-day guarantee may work in theory, but for small business owners like myself, flexibility matters. I operate a transportation service, and my schedule doesn't always allow me to address technical issues within such a narrow window. A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.

I desperately needed a company to help my mom navigate the issues with her iPad and was hoping to find a mobile service. He was so helpful and was even willing to do same day service, pick up and drop off. I initially thought she needed a new battery. But When he got to her house he noticed her settings were off and this was likely contributing to her battery and charging issues. He fixed them for her and left her his contact info.
