We requested that a Ring security system be installed, along with two cameras. Company sent out an incompetent technician who ended up having to leave midway through the job , saying he had to get to his other workplace. He did not finish installing the system, nor did he even start on the two cameras. Only one of the eight door sensors for the security system was correctly installed. The other sensors were either incorrectly installed or not installed at all. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company. When I finally did get a response, they offered a 20% refund ($65.60) on the $328 job. Two cameras were not even touched ($229) and the $99 security system was not functional. So I paid $262.40 for nothing!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm stunned that this company has good Yelp reviews. Please refer to the 1.11 star average rating from 122 people on BBB for a more accurate assessment of this company. read more

Not a good customer experience. Called and said I had two issues with laptop. Was told each would be billed separately so it would be better if I bought the one year remote tech help for $99.00 - it would be cheaper. Guy fixed one problem couldn't fix the other. Needed to send tech to home, that's another $94.00. I had no choice at this point, scheduled guy to come to home - they rescheduled him without telling me. I called and raised "heck" told them I wasn't going to pay for both services. After 10 days guy finally came and fixed my second issue (he was wonderful) and the company did not charge me the original $99.00 fee, but all in all if you don't live in a large city, i.e., Portland, Phoenix, etc., IMO this company does not have the staff to service your area. read more
