After taking my previous laptop in for service and learning it was fried, I decided to purchase a refurbished laptop from them. After a sleazy sales pitch, I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop for around $600. I have had refurbished computers in the past and have never had an issue with them. I have to have it plugged in at all times while I am using it. Might as well be a desktop from the mid 90s. It is an extremely frustrating machine to use.
