We found out Russett sold to Rite Way as of the next day, so we would be dealing with a company we knew nothing about. First, RW was immediately responsive and scheduled an installation project manager to come out the next day. Dominick Stephens arrived as scheduled and discussed options, features, and prices. He was personable and knowledgeable, and made an excellent impression. We made the decision and RW was able to schedule the installation of our new unit the following day. Is that efficient or what!?! The two installers, Arthur Mejias and Henry Arroyo, showed up at 8:00am as promised. They explained the plan and we were thrilled to hear that they had A-frame ladders to go over the wall so they wouldn't have to keep traipsing through our house. That also solved our kitty problem: Oliver has never been an outside cat, but he thinks he would like to go out. So we didn't have to worry about him escaping. Very appreciated. They really knew what they were doing and were incredibly polite. They did a very professional job, including the sheet metal work in the garage. They finished the installation around 5:00pm and then showed us how to operate our fancy new control box. If we were to rate Rite Way on a 1 to 10 scale, they earned a 10 in all categories. We recommend Rite Way and the three employees who made the project happen.

The leak must have taken 10 hours to fix over 2 days but he did it. I decided to have them replace my angle stops and when they touched my old galvanized steel it crumbled in their hand. So we had to replace ALL the pipes. Luis was fabulous to work with. A gentleman and man of his word. Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare…read more Replaced my whole AC. Was at my house from 8am to almost 10pm. My husband had ti take off work and I had to leave work early because my husband had an appointment. A technician came out with an apprentice. The AC never actually turned on and they had to come out the next day because things outside weren't properly installed. The following Monday (exactly 1 week later), we woke up and the AC wasn't working again. Monday was also Labor Day so naturally, it took my husband 9 calls to get in contact with someone even though this company claims to be 24/7. The issue was, the thermostat wasn't properly installed which turned the whole system off. They didn't have another thermostat to give us, so they took reinstalled our old ones which temporarily fixed the issues. Next day, AC wasn't working again. This time it was a draining issue in the attic -my husband went up in the attic and drained it manically. Technician came out, actually broke it more (which we found out the next day) and left. This technician was at my house till 7-8 at night. Next day, AC wasn't working again. Still a drowning issue. My husband continued to manually drain it himself and took a video of the broke piping that wasn't previously broken. No technicians can come out till the following day. Thursday now, I leave work early for the technicians that are supposed to come 12-2... guess what, no one does. 2:15, I call for an update, 3:30 I call for an update. Technician finally shows up at about 530 -so again, I had to take off of work for no reason. Technician comes out, my husband shows him the video and guess what? THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX IT. So I waited all day for absolutely nothing. Technicians are supposed to come back out today so we'll see if this finally gets resolved. I'm not hopeful. Update: Company never called me to notify me when someone was going to come out like they said they would which annoying. When the technician came out, he had the correct fittings for the piping but he forgot a thermostat so he had to go get one at their store so that added another hour. All the technicians that have come out have been very nice. But that doesn't actually fix my AC. I feel completely ripped off. They replaced my whole system, just for it to take like 4-5 other visits to work . It feels like they're stealing our money. They never even give us the courtesy of calling to let us know when someone will be at the house if they're running late -they just expect us to be able to wait all day. Terrible customer service. Me and my husband are both active duty military so luckily we don't lose any money when we need to leave work early for these things but guess what? A lot of people do lose their income when they aren't actually at work. This company seems to have no sense urgency or caring of others to actually prioritize them and their time At this point, I want/expect a conversation with an owner or manager. I requested that one the phone and the woman said she'd forward me call to someone.. still haven't gotten anything from anyone. It's like they don't actually care. I'd like to know the average amount of apts it typically takes to install someones AC correctly and if it's always so many. I'd also like a discount because all of the issues we've run into have been absolutely ridiculous.

I didn't particularly like the guy with his up sell as to me needing some sort of sanitizing light in the blower cavity for mold. The estimate was way over the top! But he checked out all parts of the system thoroughly, said things were in order, and that was great. Then the summer visit came yesterday and don't know where the communication breakdown came but when i talked to the scheduler a couple of months ago and made the appointment, I immediately documented it in my Google calendar. Well, yesterday's appointment was to be between 8 and 10 AM. Then 10 AM came and went, and so did 10:30 and 11:00 AM. I called at 11:30 and was told that my appointment was late afternoon. I said no thanks cancel my appt and hung up. Within about 20 minutes or so I get a call from technician David, whom was told to call and report to my home. Very nice guy, we talked about the system, do's and dont's. He went outside and checked things, hosed out the inside of Condensor fan housing and the coils. He said everything looked great and we were done. Upon reading other reviews, it looks like most customers had a good experience, so I as well would say they are worth a try.

They were not only less expensive than all the others, whose prices were up to 90% higher than Twin Lake Air's bid, but dealing with them didn't involve listening to an up to one hour "sales pitch" as to "Why my company is so great". Clayton gave me a printed quote in one day that clearly spelled out what they would do. Twin Lake Air completed the job yesterday and all I can say is they did a wonderful, professional job, and the Goodman 17.1 SEER unit they installed is so quiet, it is hard to know if it is running. The microwave was only 5 years old so I didn't suspect it was causing the problem since I've had microwaves over the years that last 10-20 years. Volt came out and charged me almost $1,000 dollars to assess and supposedly fix the issue. (It was $959, just looked at my checking acct). He also told me he likely needed to come back out again and do a more thorough assessment of the electricity which wouid be another $1500-$2500 since they "could not guarantee the issue would be resolved long term". I declined to agree to this and now realize I was being set up. The breaker started tripping again that very week. After thinking it through, I wondered if it could be the microwave itself. I called another company, Modern Electric out of Green Valley. They literally took less than 10 minutes to evaluate the problem--it was simply the microwave. They charged me $125.00 for the visit. I'm so fuming mad at being treated so dishonestly by Volt Electric. There should be a way to turn them in for this dishonesty and I might just do that to the registrar of contractors. I am not a person to leave bad reviews, but this is a serious breach of ethics by this company.
