From my initial inquiry, to the proposal to scheduling I found Kyle to be very communicative throughout. My calls, texts and emails were all timely which I appreciated. On the day of the install Kyle was on time (in fact early) and got started right away. We made an appointment for a week and a half later - that was the soonest there was an opening. Father and son arrived as arranged, and they worked as a team to get the electricity up and running to both appliances, as well as upgrading an existing socket in the kitchen. In all, they took a little less than an hour, and I knew more about what had happened when they left. I was thoroughly pleased with their work and attitude. Zimco Electric was recommended so I checked the Yelp reviews and Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Company has a spotless record. Kyle was able to give a good ballpark quote from the pictures we sent him so we knew in advance what to expect price-wise. His dad retired so Kyle is a one-person operation, which meant it took a couple of weeks to get on his schedule. Definitely worth the wait. Appt was for 7:30 AM, he showed up 10 minutes early. Took him less than one hour to move the wiring, install the outlet to a proper location on the wall, and he even did the drywall repair. Kyle cleaned up the space, which was NOT clean to begin with, and even took the bits of refuse out to his truck instead of asking to use garbage can inside. Final bill was $100 less than quote.
