Additionally, his helper cleaned out the valve box, put rock it it, and made it look professional. The original installation was done horribly from a different contractor- but Cody was top notch and made it look better. Do not use this company! Monsoon Irrigation has done work for us and done a great job. We needed to have some sprinkler heads replaced and reached out to them. We had to pay half up front which we never had to do in the past and then they never showed to do the job, twice. All we asked is to have our deposit returned to us as they don't want to do the work. We can never get ahold with them as their mailbox is always full. Can not leave message and when we send text messages they do not respond. When I finnaly got ahold with Cody, I was told it would be sent to us and we still have not received it. Do not use this company. read more

The service requested, exterior lighting upgrade. The entrance door light fixtures were to be expanded with LED floodlight arrays. Cody showed up, queried project details in person, promised write up before departure, left card. This is where the five stars start fading. If you follow up on promises made from majority of businesses asked to do skilled work, too many opt for this kind of act: show then no show. The premise they express, not for hire, no obligation. But in the real world, transparency of operations matters. If you have no interest in outdoor lighting project, then go within and address this directly. Tell the inquiring customer F2F. What they do instead, is say to expect one thing while meaning something else. Hence, two stars removed for broken promise, and one more minus for referencing "confused" as source of unprofessionalism. My system was 1 year and 1 week old. It has continued to leak for a year despite having them replace parts. The unit ran for hours creating a lake in our yard. It didn't stop when we turn off the timer and we had to shut off the supply valve to get it to stop. When we called they told us it was under warranty, but now are charging a $95 service charge. The dude who came out noted extensive calcium scaling and the valve leaking like a sieve, but noted "these things always leak a little". When we turned the system back on it had stopped flowing. He did nothing and we are being charged $95 but the valve is still leaking. DO NOT USE MONSOON IRRIGATION! read more

I had my irrigation replaced by Monsoon Irrigation about 2 years ago. In the first year it started leaking I called for warranty service. First time they came out never stopped leaking called Cody he said his guys fixed it, this continued to leak and after the 4th visit I gave up. Do not use them I was told the guys knew what they were doing and Cody even got to yelling on the phone. I finally called Twisted Palms Irrigation and they were able to immediately see that the washers were pinched and the threading were the elbow was was still leaking. Finally it's fixed!! read more

Almost 4 years ago we had a Rachio irrigation timer and flow meter placed by this company, all to the tune of a couple thousand dollars. The flow meter now is not functioning and because Rachio discontinued the flow meter Monsoon irrigation is not offering any help despite numerous phone calls. We did not select this brand, this was on them, and their choice to not help with alternative solutions is ridiculous. They will leave you high and dry, pun intended. read more

Monsoon Irrigation installed an irrigation system for us 2 years ago. At the time there was a mistake made where they failed to connect a portion of our yard to the system. When made aware of this they were very good about coming back to resolve the issue. A few months ago I realized that there was still a problem with how the system was set up. They made an appointment to come out to work on the problem but never showed up the day of the appointment. I called several times and left messages, none of which was returned. I emailed them as well, also with no response. I was very surprised because up until this time they had been very good at responding. All the workmen were also very nice and very helpful. But this experience has certainly soured me on the business and I would not recommend them anymore. read more

Cody came and provided an estimate which was detailed and clear. I had to wait a few weeks for scheduling but with a temporary fix to the problematic leak, it was not an issue. We had an assessment done on our drip system by the owner of the company. He stated that there was a lack of water to our front line and stated the line was cut or there was not a proper line running and stated a new line needed to be placed. We got a second opinion and they unclogged dirt from the line and it works fine now. I was disappointed and didn't feel like we should pay for the poor assessment that would have cost us hundreds more. Their secretary was polite and stated they remove the bill and apologized. Then, 5 minutes later I get a call from the owner yelling at me, threatening to sue me, cursing and calling me names. I Paid for my faulty assessment after I felt unsafe. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and could not give me an explanation why his assessment was incorrect. Especially being the owner. I would not want this man around my home or family again, felt unsafe. He was not honest and felt misled. Do not recommend based on false assessment, recommending unnecessary treatment, and horrible customer service directly from the owner. read more

I scheduled an appt w/them to take a look at my drip and sprinkler system partial replacement and addition of second controller and some new values. Cody was pretty much on time. Courteous. Like him but then never heard back. I took a half hour out of my day to walk through and he never sent the quote. I called four days later and left a message no call back.
