Andy's people are miracle workers: they've serviced us for 9+ years here in Saddlebrooke They did our somewhat complex front yard several years ago and just completed our VERY complex back yard : I had my doubts on whether they could do it but Alex, JB & Bronson came through with flying colors! read more

100% satisfied with quality, reliability, and professionalism of Dave's Irrigation. The estimate was easy to read and right to the penny. If additional costs were incurred, they were super quick to inform me and acquire permission to continue. My technician was knowledgeable, professional, on time and kept working on a complicated job until it was completed and I was totally satisfied. In short, I'd even recommend Dave's Irrigation to my mother---they are THAT good. read more

Had leaks in irrigation and had to turn it off. Had company scheduled to fix from 8-10 the day before I left for 1 month trip. No show. No call. Left me hanging. read more

I've never been compelled to write a review this negative, but Andy's Irrigation earned it. What started as a simple repair turned into a three-week circus of incompetence, miscommunication, and outright disrespect. My irrigation system was leaking, and since I'd used them before, I gave them another chance. Big mistake. It took them a full week just to send someone out for a consultation. Then another two weeks to schedule the actual appointment. When the supervisor finally showed up, he claimed the original quote was wrong--despite the fact that turf was discussed and photos were taken during the consultation. He didn't have the right materials, and worse, he tried to upcharge me for their own mistake. After wasting three weeks of my time, he shrugged it off and left. No resolution. No accountability. Later that day, Rebecca called me with a casual "I guess we need to reschedule." No apology. No urgency. When I expressed how unacceptable their service had been, she didn't even respond--she hung up on me. Yes, hung up. This company has clearly outgrown its ability to care about customers. They're disorganized, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. If you value your time, money, or basic respect, do yourself a favor and RUN from Andy's Irrigation. read more

Andy was prompt and professional throughout the whole job. They redid my whole irrigation and even fertilized the plants for me as a bonus. The property was left in pristine shape when they finished the work. They took the time to explain what they had done and show me exactly how to set the timers and stations. I would hire them again. read more

I called Andy's for a leak. They answered the phone and scheduled the appointment for two days later. The communication was excellent and the technician showed up on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. The cost was extremely fair also. I will use them again in the future. Highly recommend 10/10 read more

We had been using this company for our drip irrigation system for many years, and had been very pleased with the service and felt we were charged fairly. Recently, when one of our Hunter jar top valves would not shut off, the technician came out, diagnosed that it was "probably" a bad solenoid, but didn't have the part. He came back several days later and replaced the top only on that valve, which solved the problem. That took maybe five minutes at most. We were charged $108 for the valve, though only the top was used, plus $170 for labor. The Hunter jar top valves retail for about $18. I feel that marking them up to $108 when you're not even replacing the entire valve, but only using the top part is pretty unreasonable. And the labor? Five minutes cost $170 - what is that, like over $2K per hour? Seriously? This is not the same company that we used to deal with, and sadly, we will not be using them again. read more

I have relied on Andy's Irrigation for over 5 years now and their entire crew is incredible. They are thorough in their analysis of the problem, and they explain everything that needs to be done to make my irrigation system working to its fullest capacity. I have had them redo my entire front yard irrigation piping and lines, and they have fixed a few leaks over the years too in the older lines. They are always on time, courteous, and they take the time to answer my questions and offer advice about best times of day to have the system running. Thank you Mitch, Robert, Angel, Jacob, and Antonio for the amazing work you've done on my property! I highly recommend this company. read more

I'm so sad to write this because I had SUCH amazing experiences with this company in 2017-2018. I don't know if the company was sold, or if they had management changes. They certainly have new folks in the office and new field technicians because I never get my usual people that did such a terrific job in the past. Long story short. They just aren't doing the same amazing job as before. I called for a quarterly maintenance check and the technician spent MAYBE 5 minutes at my house (I KNOW it takes longer than that because I used to watch the previous guy do this). He seemed in a rush and not very thrilled to be at my house. The reason I needed the quarterly maintenance was that my plants were not looking healthy and watered. He basically fixed a sprinkler head (not related at all to the plants) and said I'm good to go. I'm sadly going to move on from using this company. They have done SUCH an amazing job in the past but I'm super unhappy with their work as of late. read more

I am so pleased with the services of Andy's Irrigation.  From the very first meeting of Randy for the estimate (highly competitive) to the completion of the project, everything ran smoothly.   They give reminder calls, easy to work with for rescheduling (I needed to reschedule twice) and Randy is excellently skilled.  The value for the work that needed to be done was absolutely on point. Because of all the aforementioned things and Randy himself I will absolutely utilize their services again (because we all know irrigation challenges are plenty here in Tucson!).   I will request Randy because honestly, I can't imagine working with anyone else.   HIGHLY Recommend! read more

Andy's installed my irrigation system 10 years ago. I have since referred them to several of my friends who are always pleased with their service. In those 10 years, my system ran smoothly with minor incidents of only cracked irrigation tubing that I was able to repair myself.... standard in sunny AZ. For the first time, I had a leak at an irrigation head. I called Andy's and they came within a week to diagnose the problem and fixed it on the spot!.... And the price was right. Great service and very accommodating! I will continue to recommend Andy's to my friends and gladly use them for all my future irrigation needs. Thanks, Andy! read more

We have used Andy's Irrigation for years, for leaks and a new irrigation lines after 20 years of being in our house. They are always prompt and helpful. Robert always comes and helps us out and checks to make everything is working just right. Thank you! read more

Andy came out to give a quote on irrigation work. We got the quote but he gave no details on the work and blew us off when we asked for those details. He was also rude to my wife. There are lots of good irrigation companies out there, give them a call and give Andy's a pass. read more

Good diagnosing but bad (costly) execution. Mitch reinstalled two of 3 irrigation boxes carelessly so the boxes aren't centered over the valves. As a result, any future servicing will require digging the box back out to be able to reach the valve screws (waste of time and my money; they have a high hourly rate). Mitch even noticed and said that he did this wrong but did not offer to fix the problem! I later had a different person from Andy's Irrigation come out to diagnose a leak; instead of replacing the line that was leaking he put in a patch (still charged the very high rate); when a place within a foot of the patch leaked a day later, I replaced the entire length myself. They sure know how to keep themselves in business but nothing value-added for the customer. read more

I've used Andy's Irrigation for several years. Robert does thorough investigation and repairs. He found a busted valve regulating my drip system that unbeknownst to me was leaking quite a bit of water into the valve box. Explained everything and replaced. Found and addressed some root incursions that could have become bigger problems. Did some tweaks to increase pressure to the pipettes. If you use them regularly for msintenance, it seems they schedule very quickly for emergency repais, gushers, obvious leaks, etc. Reasonably priced, and friendly. read more

Reasons for 5 star review: 1. dedicated person answering their phone 2. quick scheduling within 24-48 h 3. technician is always on time 4. very reasonable service charge comparable or less than other irrigation companies 5. thorough and professional Having lived in Tucson more than15 years now I've not been pleased with other irrigation companies in town for being deficient in one or more of the above criteria. Andy's meets all of them. I'm very happy I found out about Andy's Irrigation (on Yelp!) and will continue to use them. Highly recommended. read more

After getting an email from the water company that my water had been running for 3 days, I was able to see that the irrigation system was the culprit of the problem. Andy's Irrigation came out to do an estimate for repairs and then sent a crew out a few days later. Everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in their service. I highly recommend this company and will use them for ongoing maintenance. read more

I was so impressed with Andys. Antonio did a terrific job revamping my drip system. He was quick, courteous and efficient. They will always be my go-to for irrigation issues. B Petersen read more

These guys are as professional as any firm I've dealt with. They quickly came out and diagnosed our problem. They made an appointment to come back in two days for the repairs and did everything our system needed at a reasonable cost. And most of all, Alan explained everything he was doing and how we should go forward with setting our timer, doing regular maintenance, etc. They get my highest possible recommendation. read more

Eddy showed up and went right to work. Eddy was able to diagnose and devise a fix. He had practical solution to solve our irrigation leak. Had an appointment scheduled. No one showed and no one bothered to call to say they weren't coming. Very unprofessional.

Really professional team!  Sammy, the estimator and my main contact, was an excellent communicator, sending photos and returning calls promptly throughout our job.  Tamara, the office manager, was very pleasant and efficient.  The landscapers followed directions to a "T."  I highly recommend them.  Thank you, Andy's Irrigation! read more

Due to recurring leaks, we needed our 11-year-old drip system redone. Alan as Estimator inspired our confidence July 14 in his knowledge of irrigation systems and expert evaluation of our needs. His estimate came in $1300 (32%) less than another company! Alan returned Sept. 2 to assess additional work we desired and added just $200 to complete the full job. Chris & Antonio came out Oct. 1 & 2. They both could not have been finer in their manners and in the pride they took in their work! Antonio is a craftsman with a rake; pulling back our existing gravel with minimal mixture in of dirt. Chris used a jackhammer to dig trenches for our new irrigation lines due to ground's exceptional hardness after months of scant rain. We requested a drainage trench be added to our yard on the south side where rain puddled. Chris & Antonio volunteered at no extra cost to pack the dirt removed from this trench and pack it into the existing landscape mound in the back yard. Chris even wrapped the new water pipes with thermo tape. End result: Andy's Irrigation did more work than the other company agreed to do, paid great attention to detail to insure we were well taken care of and pleased, and completed this job at an extremely fair price. We could not be more satisfied with their service! read more

Andy's Irrigation bid on a job for our HOA. We are not satisfied with either the timelines or quality of their work. After more than a week on what should have been a one day job, they are still not finished. They had to come back three times too re-glue leaking joints in the pipes they installed incorrectly. Perhaps worse, their bid included cutting one piece of concrete sidewalk. They first came without inadequate equipment and 8 days later they still have not finished cutting the concrete saying they have to get the right equipment and promising it will be done at the end of the week. It is not done yet. read more

I also had a stellar, 5* experience with Andy's Irrigation. Attentive, (yes)timely & professional response to scheduling/estimate/service & followup. Alan was an absolute pleasure to deal with offering service/information above & beyond. Congrats on providing such a GREAT service here in Tucson. read more

GREAT SERVICE!! Alan the technician was out within two hours of calling for inspection and repair of our drip system. Very courteous, knowledgable definatly calling them for follow up service and upgrades of my system. read more

I will echo what the first reviewer said, these guys are great. Whatever my irrigation system was watering, it wasn't my plants - it was perforated and clogged and the tubing was rotted. Andy and his team did a beautiful job replacing the valves, piping and tubing, reprogrammed everything, left the yard looking better then they found it. Reused the pieces that I had that were good. The crew was hard-working, friendly, and very careful. Since then they have been responsive when we had a few follow-up questions. Can't recommend these guys enough, they did an outstanding job, were a pleasure to deal with, provided a great value and have been responsive with follow ups. Our plants are obviously delighted too - everything looks great now. read more

I am completely frustrated with this company. We had them come out and asked them to repair our drip line. After he left we had more leaks than we had started with. They came out again, charged us AGAIN, and it still leaks. I don't want to contact them again because I'm afraid of what else will go wrong. read more

I choose Andy's because of their use of quality materials and their work ethic. These fine folks installed my irrigation system last winter. When I returned recently I noted a wet spot in the yard occurring at the same time a line was working. 1 call and within a day it was repaired with a good explanation for the issue. Mitch gave us a good refresher on how our system worked too! These guys are always responsive, polite to a fault, clean up after the work is done and charge a fair fee for their professional service. I will always use and refer them! read more
