Started out good but sadly we have had a leak from worked performed by him and he never returned to correct the issue. He charged more than originally quoted which was okay initially but never did the work right. We hired him to add additional drip lines to garden and front yard area. Some of the work was performed adequately but shortly after he left received alerts on water usage and realized there was a leak where he added the additional garden line. He never responded or came back to fix ever after charging $200.00 more than original quote. It has been over a month and haven't heard back from him. WARNING: Don't pay them cash upfront, and make sure you get a dated and itemized quote where they agree to show up on specific dates. They do great work whenever they decide to show up or return calls after they've been paid. Getting them to return to finish or maintain a project has been like pulling teeth. They stood us up again for the fifth or sixth time after scheduling a time and date for weeding and maintenance. The only reason they even showed up from the beginning after a no-show, was because I had left them a one star review on Yelp. I agreed to amend my negative review, if I were to give them a second chance. Otherwise, they were content with just leaving us waiting for weeks, scheduling appointments where they would never show up or just ignore our calls and text messages (even though I'd get read receipts that showed they had looked at the messages. Well, after a long multiple-month process of running around after them and crossing our fingers that they would show up the next time, the project was finally complete, but not with errors. We never heard from them again, after waiting around for weed maintenance. I wasn't going to mention this but the irrigation system they reinstalled for us broke within a few short days and they left us stranded with water pouring out of our house for over a week (with no way to turn it off) and an astronomical water bill. There have been multiple instances where they said they would be here in the early morning and they would show up at 4 or 5pm. Never again. read more
