If I had to leave a one word review it would be "Excellence". I had 11 cypress tree/bushes removed. Ant's was very communicative and pleasant to work with in the estimate process and the price was beyond fair. They arrived to the minute i was informed of the previos night and the job was done to my expectations. Where they went above my expectations was in the cleanup. Not a stick left behind and completely blown off. The back and front yards never looked better. I highly recommend Ants over the other (highly reviewed) estimates I received. Professional, Personal, skilled and clean. What more could you ask for. read more

Not a thorough job. About half the yard trash was left, including small stick branches. Although it was a small yard, it didn't look a lot better afterward. read more

Tried to reach them twice. They never responded. Eventually I found another vendor who did a great job and I have now used him twice and sent others to his business. read more

Fast and quality work, answered my request pretty fast as well. Will be using regularly for my landscaping my from now on

Big Ant is awesome. We needed a good "winterizing" for our trees and shrubs which hasn't been touched for at least six months. He's courteous, quick, and knows his craft. He taught me some things I didn't know about my own yard and trees too. Very fair pricing and outstanding value. He's now on speed dial for our place. read more

We had an amazing experience with Big Ants Landscaping! From the moment I reached out about tree trimming, they responded quickly and professionally. Anthony and his team even came out early on a Sunday morning to get the job done--which was so appreciated! Despite the distance to Casa Grande, they offered a very reasonable price and stuck to it. Anthony took the time to explain why they were trimming the way they were, shared expert tips in case we wanted to maintain it ourselves later, and even gave us a quote for future services that was super fair. They were on time, worked swiftly, and did a thorough cleanup--you'd never know tree work had just been done. Most importantly, Anthony helped ease my husband's worries about trimming our front tree so much, and the result gave our yard an amazing curb appeal. Highly recommend Big Ants Landscaping for anyone looking for professional, friendly, and reliable service. We'll definitely be calling them again read more

Excellent service at a fair price. Great communication. The team was on time and cleared a front and back yard of over 13 trees. I had already cut down a couple of sumac trees, myself but all of the small suckers came back and were 4 feet tall. Big Ants Landscaping cut down all of the trees and ground all the stumps with a stump grinder so I don't have to deal with the trees coming back. read more

Anthony and his crew did a great job removing the oleander from our yard. He was super communicative and helpful.

Worked through the rain to get the job done right! Prompt communication and friendly.

I needed to get my front and rear yard cleaned up and also repair some irrigation lines that had broken. Anthony responded right away and came out this afternoon and repaired the lines and cleaned up the front and rear yard including some dead bird removal. Anthony responded quickly on Saturday to my Request for a quote. He said he would come over Sunday to check out the project and write up the quote. On Sunday he messaged me that he was still on a job site and asked if I would be okay with sending him pictures and he would put a quote together. I sent the pictures and he asked great detailed questions about my vision and got me a quote within 2 days! His quote was very reasonable and he came out with his team the next day and completed everything within 2hrs! Anthony was going to help with an irrigation issue and explained to me that i would need a specialist to come out. He adjusted the invoice to remove his irrigation fees which I felt showed a lot of integrity. Highly recommend Anthony and his team and will be using them for future jobs! read more

Great service from Anthony and his crew. We agreed on the estimate for the work to be done. Anthony and his crew showed up early on the scheduled day. I had just one overgrown tree in my front yard that needed to be heavily trimmed. The work was done very quickly. The entire area was cleaned after the work was completed. Fast & efficient. The work was done in maybe 1.5 hours. I will definitely be calling Anthony again. read more

Anthony is awesome! I almost gave up looking for a landscaper after spending two weeks getting bogus quotes, being told my sago palms needed a tree specialist, or flat out dealing with no-shows. Then I decided to try Yelp and I found Big Ants Landscaping. I'm so glad I did. Anthony responds super quickly, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and his quote was more than reasonable. He showed up the next day to do the work with his crew, and he did an excellent job. He made sure to keep me in the loop all along the way since it was our first service and he wanted to make sure the yard looks how I like it to. And it looks exactly like I wanted it to! I am so happy with my courtyard especially! I knew I let my sago palms get out of control, but I had no idea they could look as good as they currently do. And all the other trees and bushes are back to perfect, too. The crew cleaned and tidied everything as well, including under some bushes that became too difficult for me to access. I look forward to working with Anthony for more landscaping needs in the future. I know he'll always have my yard looking great, especially once we get into the maintenance phase. I also want to say that Anthony is also just a really nice guy and so super easy to do business with. I really appreciate how easy going and kind he is. I get nervous with people a lot, but I felt comfortable with Anthony right off the bat. I recommend Big Ants for any and all landscaping needs. read more

Anthony and his crew did an excellent job for us in cleaning up our large parcel in NW Tucson! We presented them with quite a mess of overgrown Palo Verdes, Creosote, and other desert brush, cacti, & grasses. They arrived exactly on time and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Anthony would have us review each section cleaned before moving on to the next area needing cleanup. If we saw anything needing additional touch up he and his guys addressed it then and there. Anthony and his crew not only did an excellent job cleaning up our parcel, and carting every bit of yard waste to the dump, they also encountered and removed three substantial rattlers! Big Ants Landscaping rates might be a bit higher, but was worth every penny! Our thanks again to Anthony and his entire hard working crew for making our parcel easier to walk around and navigate safely, in addition to really improving it aesthetically! - SLC, homeowner read more

We have used Anthony's service twice now. Both times he has been very responsive and has been able to service quickly. They did a great job both times. read more

Anthony from Big Ants was awesome! I put in a request for an estimate to trim our two huge mesquite trees and a smaller tree. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I spoke with Anthony (owner) of Big Ants Landscaping and told him I needed a couple of trees lightly trimmed and some shrubs that needed shaping. I explained it was not a large job, but he assured me that no job was too small. He came out, gave me and estimate and the following day was able to do the work. He and his crew did a fantastic job and we couldn't be more pleased. His prices are more than reasonable and his attention to detail is rare these days. Anthony is very courteous and responsive. He was "on time" for our first appointment and within a day provided a written estimate. He is knowledgeable about plants and irrigation. When I returned to Arizona I had an overgrown yard in need of serious help. Anthony responded to me promptly and came to give me an estimate. He explained exactly what he would do and how he would clean up the yard. He managed to work within my limited time frame. It was not inexpensive. However, Anthony brought a crew of five men. They worked for more than ten hours and finished in ONE day. They hauled away the dead cacti and debris. Everything they cut down is gone; no little bits and pieces left behind anywhere. And they left the yard looking amazing. Through the entire process Anthony was professional and courteous. He was prompt (When he said they would arrive at 6am, they did!) and offered ideas for the future. This was a big job and I am completely pleased with the work done by Anthony....Big Ants! HIGHLY recommend. read more

I called Big Ants for help improving the health and safety of my elderly loved one's yard. And they did an amazing job. They went above and beyond, trimming mesquite trees with care and clearing all debris from the yard. Ant himself is great to work with. I had Big Ants remove my overgrown weeds and spray weed killer. Anthony worked with me to accommodate my schedule and needs. He gave me a nice and small appointment window and actually arrived a little early! It's really nice to be able to rely on a service company that doesn't make you clear your entire day's schedule and then show up late. Very refreshing. The cost was a little over the average quote that I got from others, however the others didn't include weed killer and had planned to only use weed wackers. But due to my yard type the weeds had to be pulled instead. So all in all I think that I got a pretty decent deal. At the end of the day, the yard looks great and is weed free! Thank you Anthony. read more

Responded in a timely manner and arrived as scheduled. Worth the cost. Service was outstanding.

Anthony and his team did a great job cleaning my yard. I needed a palm and some cactus trimmed, an agave removed, and general tidying as I have a large eucalyptus and several mesquite trees that make quite a mess. Anthony was professional and quick to respond to my initial inquiry. He was able to accommodate my job quickly and he and his team were on time and got the job done fast! Adding a few before and after photos. I wish him luck as he expands his business and works on his goal to open a halfway house. Thank you, Anthony! read more

Anthony and his team did a great job cleaning up our yard. We had just taken ownership of a rental house and when we came in from out of town, the yard was a mess. Anthony came the day we called to give an estimate and then was even able to start the job that day. Then he came back the next day and finished it. He did a big yard clean up as well as removed an unsightly planter! We were super thankful for his hard work and great clean up job! read more

I had a mess in the easement behind my property and called Anthony for an estimate. His estimate was fair and he came to remove brush, weeds, small trees and a lot of junk. I added a little extra work last minute and he was totally accommodating. It was really cold this morning when they arrived and after a few brief instructions, I went back into my warm home and the team went to work. A little over 3.5 hours later, they were all done. He comes across as a totally fair and honest man. I have already hired him to come back and six months to keep the easement free of debris. I highly recommend him read more

The tree and bush in my front yard had gotten quite overgrown, and my builder-run HOA started threatening me over it, but, due to my poor health, there was no way I could realistically tackle them myself. I called Big Ant's, and, after describing the situation, he gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone, and was able to come out the very next day. Anthony and his co-worker arrived right at the time we agreed upon, which I've found to be rare these days - they did a great job, my front yard looks nice and trim again, and the cost was exactly as quoted on the phone.
