A recent monsoon storm split a major limb of a mesquite tree with the limb resting on top of our shed. Within 30 minutes of submitting a request, Morales Landscapers got back to us a very reasonable quote for cleanup of the damaged limb vs removal of the entire tree. House sitting this winter in Tucson and the home I'm staying at needed serious attention. The home was overgrown and dead cacti everywhere. I called them and got his wife, Josie. She was attentive and listened to what was needed. She asked if I would text her some photo's and she promptly called back with an estimated bid. I told there will be more cleanup needed and she had her husband Jorge come out and give a bid. He showed up the next day and looked at the property, gave a bid and told me it will be done next week. He and his team showed up the following Tuesday. They were here for a good 7 hours and got the job done. The property looks great! This company is incredible. I called them yesterday and spoke with a very helpful woman who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She encouraged me to send pictures to save time with estimates. Within MINUTES, I received an extremely reasonable quote. Expecting to wait weeks for an appointment, I was delighted when she said "tomorrow morning between 7-8". Crew showed at 7:01 am, and started right away. We had branch removal, weed removal, and spraying. Our yards look INCREDIBLE. So happy. Will use again and would recommend to anyone. read more

So much for "free estimates in person" a quote from their website. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that it would be $25.00 to come out and give us a quote for weed and cactus removal but would call me later as she was driving to set a time. Of course she never did as I told her we would not be paying for a quote as we also live within their zone on the yelp map. We have an acre lot and also wanted to find somebody for monthly maintenance as well. Just be careful as their pricing and business information do not add up. read more

I wanted to give Morales Landscaping a five star review but just can't. Waited to write hoping that they would take care of unfinished work that we had talked about doing and pick up of a large pile of branches and yard waste that they said they would do , but couldn't finish because their truck was too full to take it all! They responded right away upon calling, came right away to give an estimate and completed 98% of the work within four days. They were friendly and efficient and overall did what we asked, except for the final 2%. We paid in full which was a mistake, over $1300.00. Now I'm stuck cutting up and disposing of numerous branches etc. that were left behind and removing more cactus that I had asked them to do. I have called them numerous times and spoken with his wife , who is very pleasant, to no avail. At one point she said he would come out on the following Saturday but of course they never showed up. Needless to say I'm disappointed. Wont be calling them again and you should consider not calling them either. read more

I've changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars relating to the service and follow thru. Haven't been able to establish routine maintenance between the 2 times we have used them. Some areas have been missed in regards to weed removal. Overall the yard looks good but I wish the service and follow thru was better. read more
