Don't use these people. I paid them $1800! I'm no tree expert so I called them. I asked them to fix my fig tree because a few of the thin branches were starting to touch the fence. They came and removed a very large branch on one side of the tree and after they left the tree fell on the fence because the other side was too heavy! When I told them what happened they said will charge to fix it! The owner is worse than the estimator who is trying to charge for fixing what they broke! Terrible company! The owner sent me this message after I left this review. Finest Tree Service - The tree they cut - Tree Services Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

John, the estimator, spent over two hours explaining how and what would be done to my two acacia and four citrus trees. He explained that because the citrus trees had not been taken care of in the past few years, he would prune the branches to open up the tree and would periodically come back to prune further in order to not shock the tree. Since I was not sure if there would be additional charges for the additional pruning, I emailed the company to ask and was not given a definitive answer. John said that when he was in my area, he would take a look at the trees and do additional pruning which I believe would have been part of the original charge, but I could be wrong about that. A down payment was made of 10%, a date was set. The crew showed up on time and trimmed the two acacia trees with no problems. However, the citrus trees were opened up but one of the trees was left long and two others were left too wide. John was contacted and was told how the job came out. When John came out to treat the acacia trees as planned no one was home, but nothing more was done on the citrus trees. He did not contact us to explain why the citrus trees were left as they were or if he would be coming back at a later date to do additional pruning or if there would be an additional charge if he did. John led us to believe he was going to personally prune the trees which did not happen. read more

Finest tree service is unfortunately anything but fine. Although they may provide good tree cutting services, the professionalism of their employee (namely John Fish) leaves a tarnished reputation for this company. John came out and gave me an estimate to cut the tree. I agreed to the estimate and paid a 10% deposit of $66. I then asked them to come by after 8 AM to start the work as there is an HOA policy for that time and I also don't want a noise disturbance for my kids and my neighbors. John then called me and proceeded to berate me in a very disrespectful way on the phone about how his price was contingent on a 730 start time and how he will lose money by having his guys stand around. I then emailed his wife, who is the secretary at the company (and the one who responds to reviews) to cancel the plan and refund my money. They refused and followed it up with prayer hands emoji telling me it sounds like I am having a rough day. A rough day courtesy of finest tree service. Take your business elsewhere. Somewhere where people at least have professionalism. It appears based on past reviews such as Jenna 5 months ago that the "aggressive man" running the company continues. read more

This is the second time we have used Finest Tree Service. I am so happy with the skill of the workers, the efficient use of their time and the extra mile they all went to make sure I was happy with their work. It's so nice that they bring their own chipper to dispose of the trimmed timbers. They trimmed all the trees and asked if they were the way I wanted them. They cleaned my entire yard of dry leaves from fall. To my pleasant surprise, they cleaned off my front porch! I will definitely be using them in the future. read more

My main issue is that I was not happy with the customer service from the admin assistant. She was dishonest in telling her boss she never spoke to me when I specifically called her, she said she would send me the estimate the same day, and I never heard from her. But that was fine but when her boss calls me (the owner) three days later and explains to me that his assistant never spoke to me or never heard from me (she is also on the same phone call - speaker phone), I respond that I did call and she then says "no I did not speak with you".....something was not right especially when I have the call on my phone call log with a 3 minute conversation to her office phone number. But I do want to say that I appreciate that they went out to my property the next day to give us an estimate, however I ended up going with another tree removal service. I could not morally justify the out and out dishonesty of the admin assistant. Im sure Finest Tree would have done a great job with the tree removal. Thank you for your consideration. I just had a large tree removed by Finest Tree Service. Their quote was better than others and I'm very pleased with the results. They took care of the entire tree including the stump. After they finished, they cleaned up the whole yard and took it all away. They were on time, efficient and did a thorough job. I'll definitely use them again. read more

I have used Finest Tree service twice so far to keep two large trees in my front yard trimmed. Recently, I contacted them to trim a fairly large palo verde tree in my yard. They provided an emailed quote within an hour of the call and we agreed on a service date. By the day of the service, the tree had dropped leaves all over my yard and I did not have a chance to clean them up before their visit. When I came back from work, the tree was perfectly trimmed up and the yard was spotless. I was very happy to see that Finest Tree Services was able and willing to clean up more than just any messes that they made. Will happily use them next time my trees need care! read more

Bryan Jackson and his crew arrived right on time, Thursday morning, October 1, 2020. They had every piece of equipment necessary to do the job, as well as a large crew. After accepting the bid we were scheduled 2 weeks out with an appointment time. The night before, I was contacted to confirm the appointment, but the time was moved up by 4 hours. We made room in our schedule, and were then unavailable at the new time. We met them upon arrival, but were not around when the job was finished to give approval. They did a second rate job, left several branches that very obviously should have been cut off, and didnt cut off one very large branch that we specifically asked to be cut off. We called to get them to come back and fix the problems, but were never able to properly connect. I received an invoice by email a week later, and a very rude phone call the next day asking when I was planning on paying that invoice. I would not recommend them tree services. read more

He arrived right on schedule and worked diligently throughout the day along with his crew to get the job done. Bryan did not try to hard sell me on unnecessary services. Instead, he helped come up with a longterm plan to maintain the property over time. We had an old enormous eucalyptus tree stump on our fence line that had sprouted 4 more trees about 10 years ago and was breaking the fence. Since we needed to replace the fence, the tree(s) had to go! I found Bryan here on Yelp, and decided to call him. He came right out and gave me a reasonable estimate, and even called the utilities for me, to be safe. They came and marked lines, he came the next day, exactly on time as promised. He and his crew had that sucker gone and ground to sawdust by noon! The stump had been about 3 feet across! He left the yard cleaner than it was before he came. The crew from this service were exemplary in all regards!!!! The owner came out to my rental at time scheduled, gave me a thorough estimate with details about work, and scheduled a day to do work. They removed the tree and ground down the stump while taking care to avoid any damage to structures nearby. They were very professional, arriving on time, and cleaning up. Eric, Eddy, Jesus and Johnny just finished taking down a 60 foot tree that was broken in half in a storm. They were so efficient and kind. They had to take part of the tree off of my tile roof so they cleaned off the roof and MY SOLAR PANELS! Then they cut up the tree so I could use it for my fire pit and cleaned up the yard when they were done. And they did it for half the price I was quoted from another company.
