We just purchased the house and it needs a new roof, but we can't replace the roof until the tree is trimmed because the tree envelops the roof. Explained the situation to them and scheduled a date - then they canceled again!! The reason for cancellation is because of storage damaged houses... which is totally understandable. I get that, but instead of moving his whole calendar down, they set us out another 2 1/2 weeks because he doesn't want to have to move his whole calendar down a day!
