Easy appointment set up to look at the job. He was patient and explained what the job would entail. He put his bid in writing and there was no pressure. We had enough time to make an informed decision. He and his crew showed up within the window of agreed upon and finished 2 days earlier than the promised completion date! The crew was polite and punctual. They were careful and made sure our outdoor furniture were out of the way. The clean up at completion was very decent. Eddie made sure the our irrigation system was working properly and did a walk through with me prior to taking the final payment. Let that sink in: I was considering paying this company $80,000, and this is how I was treated. It was arrogant, cruel, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be chastised or made to feel "less than," especially while dealing with a life-altering medical crisis. In a final attempt, I asked for a referral, and they gave Braulio's info and high praises. They were right! Braulio answered all questions in a very knowledgable manner, gave the second lowest price out of six bids, and was the most professional across the board. Even hitting a snag with the project, which is not uncommon in construction, he made sure there was communication, follow through, and resolution. I couldn't ask for anything more. He did a great job and at a reasonable price. Even with me being a bit of a control freak, Braulio never missed a beat. We made sure that there was clarity on what I wanted, what he could provide, and if it was a good fit. This project was for cutting back my block wall and widening the gate opening, as well as using a composite material for pickets versus wood. We are very pleased! We have already discussed that we will call on him again when we are ready for our paver/gas firepit addition.
