We needed an automatic timer for our existing drip irrigation, and Montana was there to help! Not only did he add the system, he went to each station to ensure they were working properly. He added lines where he thought we needed them, and plugged a few where plants were no longer present. He also added a line for us out beyond our yard for a water station for wildlife. So far deer, javelina, bobcat, and coyotes have been stopping over for a drink. We are very happy with the quality installation and value we received! Thank you very much for helping us out, and at a very fair price too. read more

Our house needed a full irrigation system replacement due to age and various leaks that had developed. We sought out multiple bids and Drip Doctor was the most reasonable licensed contractor. Don and his team were professional and the installation was done seamlessly. They also installed new landscape lighting in line with our drip. They installed a new controller and took the time to set up the schedule and get it set up on the wifi so we could control the drip from our phones. Our experience with Drip Doctor was exceptional and you won't find a more honest or meticulous team out there. They laid just under 500 feet of drip and landscaping line in areas in and out of planters and retaining walls. Other than the drip line working, I can't even tell that they were here because the ground, gravel, and plants were practically undisturbed. I would highly recommend Drip Doctor for any of your irrigation and landscape lighting needs! read more

Our HOA needed an irrigation system repair, and The Drip Doctor was recommended. Montana came out and checked the system after I told him the issue. He gave a very reasonable quote and did the the job on the spot, which saved money from having to do a second service call. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. Also, gave recommendations on watering schedule. I would definitely give these these guys 5 stars. read more

I used The Drip Doctor for my irrigation service. I paid via Zelle but accidentally sent the payment to the wrong phone number. I didn't realize the mistake until the company called me. Without giving me a moment to check my account, the representative kept pressing me aggressively, as if I were trying to avoid payment. She was a bully. I've never had such an unpleasant experience. There are too many courteous, professional companies out there--I will never recommend The Drip Doctor. read more

Excellent service from Montana- very professional and thorough! He explained everything and said it was the old, decaying pipes that was the problem- making horrible noises. He said I needed a plumber to solve the problem. I would highly recommend the Drip Doctor- they know irrigation!! read more

I saw how great the reviews were for the Drip Doctor, so called them to come out to fix a leak in the irrigation system. Montana, who had great reviews and was very nice, came out. The ground was wet around the valve box so Montana dug two holes, about six feet from where the ground was wet. He checked the water main and wrote on the bill "no leaks in poly. " He was here for a total of 35 minutes, charged me $175.00, and didn't fix the leek. I called the office to complain and was told he wouldn't do that. So, this 79 year old woman started digging. My son came down from Phoenix and helped me finish the digging until we found the leak by the valve box where the ground was wet. My son called a different company, and as it turns out, the roots on the 40 year old oleanders had invaded the water lines. The roots were cleaned out, pipes were replaced and fixed for $400.00. read more

Mark is a fantastic technician. Today, he fixed my two Rainbird main valves and repaired a number of leaks. Mark was on time and was very friendly and efficient. I felt the price Drip Doctor charged was very reasonable too. We needed a drip system for desert plants/shrubs, a garden, and 7 fruit trees. After many conversations with Don (who always returned my calls), we decided to go with DD. Impressively, they completed the bulk of the work on day one and wrapped it up by the next morning. The team, led by Montana and Mario, operated efficiently and professionally, offering valuable advice that we gladly incorporated. I won't quit my day job yet, but I see a side hustle coming with all the healthy fruits and veggies we're expecting. read more

I called on Drip Doctor due to some leaks. My previous irrigation company had come out when I called due to this leak and they said there was no leak. But when Tucson Water came out, they determined indeed there was a leak. Montana quickly fixed the issue, checked the rest of my yard and also fixed my lighting which had not been working for a long time. I was very happy with his service and he has a most pleasant demeaner. Five stars for the company. read more

I have written reviews before about The Drip Doctor and the great service I have received from Don (the owner) and Montana (his son), but today I had a special need which was expertly done by Mark T. I needed a filter installed in my line and Mark came ON TIME and took care of the problem. Additionally, Mark was efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable . He checked my entire system and made some necessary repairs that he discovered while we were going through the system testing. Thank you Mark and The Drip Doctor! read more

They came out (on time) to give me an estimate. We set a date on which they returned, again on time, and commenced the work. They did a very professional job and left the premises clean. I had a couple of large planters I needed relocated. We agreed upon a reasonable additional price. They moved them and added their location to one of the stations. Overall, I would highly recommend The Drip Doctor. read more

I scheduled for an irrigation inspection with Drip Doctor. I recently moved to Oro Valley, and I wanted to make sure our system was running efficiently. Mark did a professional job on the inspection. Although I was happy with the inspection, I waited most of my day just waiting around... (scheduled was between 11am to 2pm. ) . Mark was a "no show", so I left the house, after 2pm. I found out later that he did come but late. What a waste of an entire day. Don't you hate it when that happens ! This all could have been avoided with just a little communication. I can not recommend this company. read more

I have used The Drip Doctor over the years for minor repairs on my irrigation system. I have always been happy with their quality of service. I recently decided it was time to replace my entire irrigation system in my front and rear yard. The owner Don is very professional and easy to deal with. He and is crew arrived at my home on time around 8am. The entire system was removed and replaced by 3pm. I was truly shocked by how quickly they worked and they left my yard looking like they had not even been there. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend. On a side note their water line is much higher quality than what most landscapers use. read more

Mark was awesome. He figured out what the problem was and cleaned and replaced a few parts. It's been a week and everything is still working great! I had 2 other experts come out and they both recommended replacing the entire irrigation valve system at 10x the cost. I've definitely become wary of professionals around here who primarily see dollar signs not a problem to be fixed. Mark and Drip Doctor fixed the problem in the easiest and least expensive way. Also Mark was friendly and explained what he was going to do and why. I don't think it's a coincidence that he also seemed to understand what he was working on better than the other experts who looked at it. Top notch service! I'll definitely call Drip Doctor the next time we have a need. read more

Montana took care of us. I could not be any happier with the service. I scheduled other companies to give me a quote but decided to have Montana get to work right away after he told me I didn't need a new monitor ( when the previous company told me I did). Montana found the issues and solved a few more within the first hour. the prices were lower than I expected and I saved money because they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I will use this company for all my irrigation needs from now on. read more

Montana was awesome fixing our drip system and I would highly recommend the drift doctor

We've had The Drip Doctor over several times for jobs big and small. They always do a great job and they use quality materials. Don, the owner, is very customer focused and if anything is amiss, he will make it right. While our most recent experience working with an employee named Montana was particularly good, we've never had issue with the work completed by anyone of Don's employees. We would most certainly recommend The Drip Doctor to our friends. read more

I had a horrible experience with my previous landscaper who told me they repaired irrigation systems. Two calls and $280 later I still had a large irrigation leak. I reached out to Don at The Drip Doctor and he worked with my schedule to get rock installed and sent Mark T. out to my home on Thursday ahead of the 3 ton of rock deliver to get my landscaping finished. From start to finish Mark T. Explained my Rainbird system to me. Advised me of my option to upgrade to a wireless panel in the future if I wanted. And promptly got to work on every zone in my system. He was friendly, joked around with me, and patched 3 major leaks that my former landscaping company failed to fix after 2 visits. Mark tested my system, assisted with timing the system to run efficiently, and was a rockstar. I appreciate truly appreciate you guys and cannot tell you thank you enough for getting me out of the sun twice a day watering my yard. read more

Great experience with this company and Don. I needed irrigation for my potted plants, upgrading my backyard lights (spotlights and ground lights)and also considering changing my entire irrigation since it keeps breaking and leaking and had it replaced in certain areas twice within 3 years. Pros: - Don was easy to talk to. Responds quickly. Explains the process thoroughly. - works with your budget. He gave me a couple of options to do with or without the whole irrigation system change. Got a good deal with changing the whole irrigation with a heavier tubing. Changed the pipes to copper to avoid rust. Changed valves to new ones. - his guys Greg and Josh were great, they were updating me while working - price is very reasonable - end product is excellent. Cons - I thought hard about this but nothing came. Exceeded expectations. I will definitely use this company again. read more
