The toilet was installed as requested. Problem solved. They're a bit expensive but the work is always quality.

They've been out about four times too fix my brand new cooler, said the last guy that it had a small Freon leak and he would buy a part order apart that was maybe 3 months ago he said that Freon should last for a while well now it's leaking out in August 84° right across and I have it set at 78! Hopefully they come out on Monday a message was left for them and they can fill me back up with Freon but they need to put a whole new unit on there and they're trying to tiptoe around that. The old air conditioner we had worked much better no problems for many many years. read more

I gave Done Rite Services a call for my annual review of my HVAC unit and, as always they responded in a timely manner with professional people. Thank you Chris Chairez for your patience, your timeliness, and your expert work at making sure my unit was up and running for the summer. The pictures prove that what he did was spot on. I'm sorry I couldn't have offered him some of the ribs I was cooking in the backyard but they weren't quite ready yet. Perhaps next time Chris!!! read more

We requested a Backflow test, guy came out was here 5 minutes told us we failed sent me an invoice for almost $800 for rebuild. Never explained to us why we failed. Called another company and they were out in half an hour and we had a small leak, the guy fixed a gasket, ran then test, and we passed. Charged us $62 for the test. This second company went above and beyond. I wanted to try this new company Done Rite. Because your territory manager was so nice and said y'all were a great company. I felt really great about it, until the day of. Won't be recommending. read more

I had Done Rite Services hardwire the EV charger for my partner and install an updated electric panel (with labels). This time they installed an exhaust fan in the master bedroom. The electric work and job in the bathroom was superb! Sergio and his teammate did a great job making sure everything worked like it was supposed to. That day they finished I had to leave and didn't get to look at the work until I came home. At first I was disappointed that the dry walling looked unfinished, but learned Sergio was planning on coming back out to make sure the dry wall matched the walls, which was put into the calendar without notifying me. I definitely appreciate the thoroughness! I think Done Rite could communicate a little better about but their technicians' work is great. Thank you Sergio and Josh! read more

Thomas just came out and we had a five year slow drain he took the time to do it right !! Thomas Bohlmann had to get a longer snake to 100 feet to clear out all the sludge and roots or whatever I was so worried that I was going to get overcharged that I waited . But it's nice to have a local company do the right thing read more

We had Done Rite install our new A/C and furnace in August of 2025. Brandon and Diesel came out to do the installation. Diesel primarily worked outside on the new A/C and Brandon directed his attention to installing the furnace. I don't believe I can remember anyone coming to our home who was more courteous or more considerate of our home. We are very pleased with the installation from beginning to end. read more

This is the second time we have called on Done Rite, and their company is perfectly named. Today Sergio Dominguez and Josh Bricker arrived well within the promised two-hour window. Both young men are knowledgeable, professional, personable, efficient (and cute). They quickly solved our electrical problem. I will always call Done Rite for electric, plumbing, or HVAC work. Calling Done Rite when you have a service problem would be your smartest move. read more

They corrected an issue created by a handyman. They know there stuff. They are very reasonable and on time.

I'm a home inspector and I have worked with Done Rite in the field and I've had them help me with some plumbing and HVAC projects personally. They are always professional, qualified, timely, and reasonably priced. read more

They will over charge you for everything and claim more than they actually did. They charged me an hour for the service and the service person was here for 27 minutes (7 of those sitting in his van). Charged a level 3 diagnosis for taking photos through the top of the ac. I'm not sure what a level 3 is but he claimed that the issue was due to the frozen areas and wasn't able to do much more but also suggested another $650 in repairs without providing details on why that would help. You can't tell me that the service person was busy, you scheduled it for an hour after I called (made false claims there as well). Last, this lovely place called me 4 days after sending me the invoice trying to collect a "passed due" amount on a Saturday directly after Christmas. read more

I've worked with Done Rite Services on various project over the years, I find them to be professional and knowledgeable about the issues at hand. This time my HVAC unit was acting up in a big way, which took quite a bit of trouble shooting to determine the problem over the course of a few days. William Cohen was the technician that came to the rescue, he did a fantastic job finding the problem, great attention to detail and was diligent about fixing the issues. His expertise was greatly appreciated on this project! I want to send out a big thank you to Done Rite, I'm very pleased read more

UPDATE 9/23/2025: We have continued to use Done Rite as our go to for plumbing/electrical/HVAC, and are continuously happy with their service! This week we had Gustavo come fix a plumbing issue (a broken PRV) and also asked him about several other plumbing related issues/questions we had while he was there - he was super patient and knowledgeable and just great! He's a perfect example of why we keep coming back to Done Rite - I hope to continue to patronize them for years to come! read more

We had a newer house and we had some problems. Our hot water wouldn't come on our sink. Only Tom came over in addition to fixing the sink. He increased our water pressure and fixed an outdoor Spicket. He was quick knowledgeable and professional since when we're new to the area. He told me how bad our water was. He didn't try to sell me a water purifier, but he did tell me if you go buy one we would love to install it he is a pro. Thanks for everything Tom. read more

This is the 3rd time Done Rite has been to our home. We decided to replace another water heater after one (of the same age) had leaked last fall. We called Done Rite to do the work. They set us up for service in just a few days. They have a great service; we got a text telling us who our service person would be, when they would get there, and a link to follow the service vehicle. Mike and Jackson arrived; they have both been to our home in the past so it was nice to see them again. They replace the water heater in a short amount of time. Two days later we noticed that the water heater that they had replaced last fall was not working; the pilot light was out and we couldn't get it to light. We called Done Rite and they were out to our house, on a Sunday, within a few hours. It turns out the igniter was defective. Anthony told us he would put a request in to the mfg. to replace the igniter. These people are exactly what you want when you have water problems. read more

I highly recommend this company -- they have so far completed two projects for me and I'm ready to call them to replace my bathroom sink and shower/tub faucets. They are reliable, on time, absolutely super communicators, and they do superior work at reasonable prices. I trust them implicitly -- they're my "go-to" company for plumbing needs. Recently Thomas Bohlmann repaired 2 leaks under the sink and replaced my disposer -- true to the company's high standards, he was on time, did a great job, and left the work area clean. Thank you, Done Right! read more

Tavian Anderson came to service my hvac today. I had been cleaning the unit & it came on suddenly & sucked up my cleaning cloth. He took care of the issue immediately. He was professional friendly and knew exactly where to look. This is my 2nd time using this company & the service people are highly trained. Their service call is 150.00 which is standard & worth the peace of mind. Highly recommend the company & Tavian. :) read more

I finally have a company I can refer/recommend to others! Couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. They are super easy to work with for scheduling and the 2 hour window makes planning a breeze! I've had 4 electricians come out and they have all been pleasant and knowledgeable! They didn't rush through the job and took the time to address the errors done by a prior company! I appreciate them so much for doing it right! read more

I've recently had HVAC work by William and electrical work by Sergio and been so happy with both. William is thorough and takes his time with his work. And Sergio came last-minute to do some electrical while I was simultaneously getting drywall work done. With both services, the technicians have been prompt, professional, and gone into detail to explain everything. Best yet, the pricing is fair - I've price checked against several companies - and I feel they are trustworthy. I will definitely use them again! read more

William is the best , we have had him since emmco and he is the only guy we want coming to our house. Full of integrity and a kind soul. Thank you for sending him. I am the GM of a plumbing company in atlanta (remote) and if I could have 5 guys like William I would be a happy man. You are fortunate to have him. Oh, and my wife 100 percent trust him, which is super important to me! read more

We have had several big plumbing issues since my last review as we have a 1950s build house. Recently our water heater started leaking. Done Right came out quickly and tried to work a fix. Sadly as the heater was old, the best option was to replace which they did shortly after. 3 months later a part of the heater failed. They came out same day and replaced it. No cost. Right now we're in the middle of a renovation and down to one bathroom. That bathroom is now having problems (great timing!). Done Right prioritized us due to only having the one bathroom, and they came out 3 times so far to try to fix it. We have a new plan and they'll be out in the next few days to do it, but they've walked me through every step and so far I haven't paid a cent because the problem isn't resolved. Despite them spending probably 4-5 hours here this week trying to work a fix. We will keep using them as long as they keep providing us such good service. read more

I got 3 estimates for installing a water softener and ended up choosing Done Rite for the job. It helps that their estimate was the lowest, but they also gave me confidence in their skills. A few days later Elijah came out and did a great job on the installation and initial setup. Sean accompanied him and repaired the drywall related to the installation and another area with water damage from a previous roof leak. Both men were professional, personable and hardworking. I am very glad that I chose Done Rite. read more

Anthony did a great job, installing a kitchen faucet. very professional and personable. give him a raise...

We have used Done Rite now several times. They provide excellent service. The technicians are always prompt, friendly, and professional. They walk us through options when there are choices, and are always happy to answer our questions. This is a great company. It's good to see how they are growing as we now see so many of their trucks on the road. Great services like this sell themself by word of mouth, but we are happy to add to the long list of satisfied customers here on Yelp! read more

From Savannah in the office to Anthony in the field, they took very good care of my needs. Savannah was as sweet and friendly as anyone could be. I called in the morning for a clogged bathroom sink and wobbly toilet and she got me an appointment later that day. Anthony called to see if he could arrive early, and did just that. The text message when he was on his way helped me get my dogs put up. He took the time to explain step-by-step what he was doing and what he expected to achieve. He cleared the drain in no time and then shimmed my toilet to stop the wobble. Told me what to watch for and they went on their way. First time using this company and I was quite impressed. Will definitely call them if I need them again. Oh, and the price was quite reasonable. Very happy! read more
