William came out to my house to check my air conditioner. He said my unit was still working fine and it did not need to be replaced at this time. He did give me some estimates on what units he believed would be good when I needed to replace my system. I liked William because I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. I also feel that the estimates he gave me were very reasonable. I would definitely use Done Rite in the future. read more

Awesome service. My AC was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. I called Done-Rite to have them come out to give me a quote, once I mentioned my wife was pregnant, the nice lady (Deann?) on the phone set me up with an appointment the next day, after hours too (due to our work schedule). The guy came out and a quote was provided the next day. Once we agreed to have them install our new HVAC, they brought over a portable AC that evening, after hours again! The HVAC was ordered and arrived 3 days after signing the contract. They came the morning of and had the HVAC installed within 2-3 hours. WOW! I've dealt with many contractors before and none were able to deliver in this short amount of time and the service provided, by bringing a portable AC before our new HVAC was installed. Can't recommend them enough! read more

I called early for a plumber. The lady on the phone was so excellent was able to make my appointment that afternoon. Told me what was going to be involved that the person which was going to be Anthony was would call me before he comes, he did, they sent me a bio on Anthony, which I was very impressed. Anthony came to the door with the biggest smile on his face introduced himself, called me by name very professional asked me what the project was going to be. I told him that I had a leak underneath my toilet. He told me what he possibly can do for it and that what could occur once he lifts the toilet it up he gave me at the base price if everything went well and asked if I confirmed the price and I did we went back. He pulled the toilet up and he said nope. All you need is the ring and tie it down and I was happy that it was going to be simple as he worked we talked. He's a very intelligent gentleman very personable and he sure does know his stuff it was a pleasure meeting this man. He cleaned up after he finished the job on his hands and knees. This gentleman washed part of my bathroom floor. I kind of giggle to myself first time I had a man on his knees cleaning the floor. The price was set. I paid him and wished him well. You cannot go wrong by getting Anthony with Done Right. read more

I had HVAC and Plumber technicians for "evaluation" or service calls for possible repairs at my mobile home. Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situations and provided understandable answers to my questions. As it turned out, the HVAC technician said I didn't have any problems. He took the time to check airflow throughout and even went underneath to inspect the ductwork. He also answered all my questions about my HVAC unit. He showed me Maintenance Plan options available through Done Rite Services - with no pressure to buy. The plumber technician examined the situation and suggested the "issue" didn't need an immediate repair. Had I requested a replacement of a section of drainage pipe, his estimate was 1/3 the amount of another plumbing company! Neither visit resulted in a charge! These were informative house calls and I am much more knowledgeable about both systems. I highly recommend Done Rite Services! They will be my first call for help with systems at my home! read more

A+ responsiveness, trustworthiness, value, and quality. I had Done Rite bid on a job against several others to basically add a duct in my home following some other construction. They had great responsiveness to my request for quote and were ultra professional. Not only did they do a fantastic (and clean) job, but they were the cheapest option also! Will be coming back for maintenance or any other HVAC needs. read more

I called on a Saturday after another company had come out twice during the week and was not able to diagnose the problem. William came out at 6 am on Sunday so he could diagnose when it was cold outside and the heater wasn't functioning. He found what it was and did a thorough job on the repair. He is beyond knowledgeable and kind. Both ladies I talked to from the office were amazing as well! It was very reasonably priced especially when they actually fixed the problem, unlike the other company. Thank you! read more

I needed to add a plumbing company to my list of contractors, Done Rite just filled that open spot on my list. I called and had an appt a few days later, Danny and Jackson diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly, and even gave me a few plumbing pointers. Reasonable cost, too! Thanks guys! read more

Doing demo work in our bathroom, the 20+ year old shower valve broke upon removal, causing water to drip inside the wall. Our usual plumber doesn't have Saturday hours, so we contacted Done Rite. They were able to get a technician to us in under two hours. We were impressed by... - the professionalism of the triage/dispatch staff - the texts informing us of our appointment time, the name and customer service rating for the technician, and a link that tracked the technician's ETA - the prompt arrival of the technician - the technician's professionalism in assessing and resolving the issue - the reasonable price We would not hesitate to use Done Rite for plumbing services again! read more

We recently purchased a home in Oracle that required some plumbing and electrical work. After researching online, I found that Done Rite Services had some of the best reviews. Dustin is very professional and highly skilled in all the trades. In fact, he just assisted us with hooking up a natural gas grill today. In the course of turning the gas water heater back on, he noticed that the circulation pump was unplugged. We didn't know what it was so he educated us on its use. What an amazing experience! On a previous appointment, he installed this lovely foyer light. I highly recommend Dustin and Done Rite Services. read more

Absolutely brilliant! I highly recommend Done Rite! Not only did he arrive promptly and complete the job for much less than the previous quote, but he was also a pleasure to work with. Great service and a great person! read more

I had an excellent experience today with Done Rite Services. I needed AC repair as well as some plumbing help. They answered their phones early (730AM). I was able to schedule same day repairs. Friendly staff that have great communication skills - hard to find these days:). Prices seem on par with competitors. All and all a good experience. Will use them again when needed. read more

My moms toilet broke and was leaking water all over. Done rite was able to come right out to help us. Mike was extremely friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. He was able to fix the issue for us very quickly and at a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends. read more

Service, quality of work, and value for the money were extraordinary. This company has well-trained technicians and does an amazing job

First and importantly the office customer service deserves a five star rating. I promptly received a reply to my request for a quote, then we set up a service date and was notified with reminders. So why did I give a two star rating? Well, why send a technician to my house to review the service I needed, be told I would receive a quote upon his return to the shop, then never receive a quote after waiting three days? I estimated this project would cost $3000 to $4000. Certainly this is something any plumbing company would be willing to take on. Oh well their loss since I chose another company for my project. Follow up review. Jordan call me today to apologize. He then sent me via email a quote. read more

Our AC went out unexpectedly yesterday. We called Done Rite since we have family that have had positive experiences with them and they were able to send someone out promptly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were back today to fix it. They were honest and up front and didn't try to upsell or overcharge us. I would definitely use them again! Shout out to technicians Tavian and Todd for promptly fixing the issue! It's refreshing to know there are still honest companies out there! read more

I had a leak under my mobile home. I thought it was likely in the area of the toilet in my master bath. They send out a plumber who took a cursory look. He saw that I had galvanized pipe with some rust on it and said that was the problem. He claimed to see water leaking from it. His said the only option was to re-pipe my house at an estimated cost of $7,000. I got a second opinion from another plumbing company who confirmed there was no leak in that area. In fact, the ground under that area was completely dry. This plumber took the extra time to really look for a problem and found my shower pan was leaking on the other side of the bathroom. While my galvanized pipe should be replaced at some point, I feel the plumber Done Rite sent out saw an opportunity for a $7,000 job that would not, in fact, resolved my problem. read more

Long overdue review for this company that we have used on numerous occasions. They did our whole house (kitchen, great room, floors, painting and plumbing and electrical) remodel. They are always on time and very professional. Todd oversaw everything that was done by his employees. Robert and Matt went over and above in their respective fields. They did such a great job we had them back for the master bathroom remodel. Again, they were impeccable in doing the work and were always friendly and respectful. Great company. My husband and I would call them for help with anything big or small. My thanks to this team for stellar workmanship. Richard and Pamela Hegyi read more

Marc was amazing. Timely, good communicator, simple fix and reasonable price. Will use again

After assurances that they would come look at my sprinkler heads for replacement, they called me back on the day of the appointment stating they won't work on sprinkler heads that are on an irrigation system. I waited 10 days for the appointment. So I can't comment on their services except that the people on the phone are nice enough, if uneducated on their company policies. read more

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced on a tight time schedule. Done Rite came 20 minutes early for their appointment on Saturday when I asked them to come as soon as possible. They did the whole job for half what another contractor had bid without fees for Saturday work. They needed to replace the shut off valves and went to the hardware store to get the parts they needed. They got the job done quickly and I am happy with the work. I do have two points of constructive criticism (I gave them 5 stars but no one is perfect). 1) They did not vacuum under the sink after the job so I had to clean after he left. 2) He took the box from the faucet I purchased so I do not have the warranty information or even the model name and number of the faucet. It was an expensive Kohler faucet so I would expect it to have a warranty and that info should be left with the homeowner (especially since I was the one that purchased the faucet). Overall I am very happy with the work that was done and extremely happy that they came as soon as possible and got the work done quickly. I will definitely call them again. read more

INCREDIBLE! On time, professional & Knowledgeable! Fair price. Patient & kind to the elderly couple who live in the house!

The company is extremely responsive. I had some plumbing issues in my house and also I had a leak. Initially, they gave me an appointment for a week away but when I explained the leak, they immediately scheduled a service for much sooner. Jordan and his employees are kind and friendly, and their work quality is great. read more

Super happy with their service. They responded to my request quickly, and got me on their schedule right away. Their new text system is awesome- not only did it send me a text when they were on their way (right at the beginning of my two hour window), it had a pic and bio of my technician. A super professional and safety minded first interaction, really a nice touch. Darren was polite and competent. Unfortunately the dimmer I'd purchased didn't work properly after install, but he came back to resolve the issue and patiently waited as I ran to the store for a replacement. That's real professionalism, and greatly appreciated. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are always professional, techs are extremely qualified, honest, dependable, and their pricing is always fair and a great value. Highly recommended! A+++++ read more

I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. Excellent service - keep up the good work - and I will be using you all from now on. Thanks again for the excellent work. Kishor Shrestha read more

We had a slow drain problem off our laundry room. We tried Drano with zero success. We searched Yelp* and found Done Rite Services. The Done Rite technician, Danny Sharp, analyzed the problem, snaked out our entire drainage system, tested all drains for drainage, and gave us some tips on how to keep these drains running and prevent clogging. He was very pleasant, professional, and from my wallets perspective, reasonably priced. We've had problems with another highly advertised plumbing and drain company in the past so we decided to try Yelp* for advice. Glad we did. Done Rite Services has definitely moved to the top of our list on who to call for plumbing services. read more

Wow. This is an A+ company. From start to finish...starting with the initial contact through to the quote and then the fantastic team that completed the projects. They were all extremely professional. What I really appreciated was the knowledge and courtesy displayed by the team that came to do the work! They also did a great job keeping us informed as the project progressed. Definitely recommend Done Rite Services for your electrical needs! Specifically recommend the team of Marc Riesgo and Anthony Ramirez! Thanks team! read more

Several phone calls later.... I am still waiting for the water leak repair estimate via email. No, it is not in my spam mailbox. I do not know what is going on over there, but my time is finite, and please get your act together! UPDATE: Cary, the owner, has since reached out to me, and we scheduled an appointment with Dustin and his crew for the repair. They were prompt, courteous, and made the repair in good time. I like the fact that the office texted me a photos of who was coming before that person showed up on my doorstep. We are happy with the end results, and despite the initial snafu, we are going to recommend Done Rite. 5-stars. Keep up the good work! read more

Appreciate their speed. And presenting the products they have. And the price ranges they offer. Their estimate represented the price that I ended up paying. we are sitting cool now for the summer. There are two air-conditioning units. We had to replace on this one house. Which, had we gone with other companies would have been financially devastating. Like I said, I appreciate their ability to work with us, and present viable options in replacement our air conditioning units. read more

Done Rite is reliable, reasonable and responsive. We use them for two properties here in Tucson and appreciate the entire team.

The job was easy and quick. the only thing was I was quoted $100.00 for the sewer camera job (less than 20 minutes) but the technician charged me $150.00. read more

I had an issue with my A/C unit not cooling which was really fun during 109 degree days. I found Done Rite Services on Yelp so I reached out to them for help. Our A/C went out Saturday evening. By the same time on Sunday our house reached 92 degrees indoors due to a heat wave. It was either flee to a hotel, or try to see if it was repairable at an affordable price. Jordan arrived as scheduled just 2.5hrs later. He was friendly and approachable and our A/C was working in less than an hour. The good news was that our A/C could be repaired. The bad news was that because our HVAC system was 28yrs old, it could go at any time. Due to health issues, I need reliable climate control. So, I asked him how much a new system would cost us. Without sales pressure, we got an estimate for a new Grandaire 3.5 ton split air system to review at our leisure. He also spent a lot of time explaining what each line was in the invoice, and the benefits of the additional futuristic Remi Halo LED air purification device. We would definitely call Done Rite should we ever need plumbing/electrical/HVAC service again. We're also seriously considering having them install a new HVAC system once we review several other bids. Jordan, you represent yourself and your company very well. Thank you for saving us on a Sunday evening. You're our HVAC Angel! :) read more

They came out for the estimate very quickly, but never (yet) followed up with an estimate. Ten + days out. ‍

Great experience overall really responsive and got a technician out ASAP. I was having issues with my mom split and they fixed it same day
