We have had several big plumbing issues since my last review as we have a 1950s build house. Recently our water heater started leaking. Done Right came out quickly and tried to work a fix. Sadly as the heater was old, the best option was to replace which they did shortly after. 3 months later a part of the heater failed. They came out same day and replaced it. No cost. Right now we're in the middle of a renovation and down to one bathroom. That bathroom is now having problems (great timing!). Done Right prioritized us due to only having the one bathroom, and they came out 3 times so far to try to fix it. We have a new plan and they'll be out in the next few days to do it, but they've walked me through every step and so far I haven't paid a cent because the problem isn't resolved. Despite them spending probably 4-5 hours here this week trying to work a fix. We will keep using them as long as they keep providing us such good service. read more

I had HVAC and Plumber technicians for "evaluation" or service calls for possible repairs at my mobile home. Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situations and provided understandable answers to my questions. As it turned out, the HVAC technician said I didn't have any problems. He took the time to check airflow throughout and even went underneath to inspect the ductwork. He also answered all my questions about my HVAC unit. He showed me Maintenance Plan options available through Done Rite Services - with no pressure to buy. The plumber technician examined the situation and suggested the "issue" didn't need an immediate repair. Had I requested a replacement of a section of drainage pipe, his estimate was 1/3 the amount of another plumbing company! Neither visit resulted in a charge! I called early for a plumber. The lady on the phone was so excellent was able to make my appointment that afternoon. Told me what was going to be involved that the person which was going to be Anthony was would call me before he comes, he did, they sent me a bio on Anthony, which I was very impressed. Anthony came to the door with the biggest smile on his face introduced himself, called me by name very professional asked me what the project was going to be. I told him that I had a leak underneath my toilet. He told me what he possibly can do for it and that what could occur once he lifts the toilet it up he gave me at the base price if everything went well and asked if I confirmed the price and I did we went back. He pulled the toilet up and he said nope. All you need is the ring and tie it down and I was happy that it was going to be simple as he worked we talked. He's a very intelligent gentleman very personable and he sure does know his stuff it was a pleasure meeting this man. He cleaned up after he finished the job on his hands and knees. This gentleman washed part of my bathroom floor. I kind of giggle to myself first time I had a man on his knees cleaning the floor. The price was set. I paid him and wished him well. Awesome service. My AC was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. I called Done-Rite to have them come out to give me a quote, once I mentioned my wife was pregnant, the nice lady (Deann?) on the phone set me up with an appointment the next day, after hours too (due to our work schedule). The guy came out and a quote was provided the next day. Once we agreed to have them install our new HVAC, they brought over a portable AC that evening, after hours again! The HVAC was ordered and arrived 3 days after signing the contract. They came the morning of and had the HVAC installed within 2-3 hours. WOW! I've dealt with many contractors before and none were able to deliver in this short amount of time and the service provided, by bringing a portable AC before our new HVAC was installed. We recently purchased a home in Oracle that required some plumbing and electrical work. After researching online, I found that Done Rite Services had some of the best reviews. Dustin is very professional and highly skilled in all the trades. In fact, he just assisted us with hooking up a natural gas grill today. In the course of turning the gas water heater back on, he noticed that the circulation pump was unplugged. We didn't know what it was so he educated us on its use. What an amazing experience! I had a leak under my mobile home. I thought it was likely in the area of the toilet in my master bath. They send out a plumber who took a cursory look. He saw that I had galvanized pipe with some rust on it and said that was the problem. He claimed to see water leaking from it. His said the only option was to re-pipe my house at an estimated cost of $7,000. I got a second opinion from another plumbing company who confirmed there was no leak in that area. In fact, the ground under that area was completely dry. This plumber took the extra time to really look for a problem and found my shower pan was leaking on the other side of the bathroom. While my galvanized pipe should be replaced at some point, I feel the plumber Done Rite sent out saw an opportunity for a $7,000 job that would not, in fact, resolved my problem. read more

First and importantly the office customer service deserves a five star rating. I promptly received a reply to my request for a quote, then we set up a service date and was notified with reminders. So why did I give a two star rating? Well, why send a technician to my house to review the service I needed, be told I would receive a quote upon his return to the shop, then never receive a quote after waiting three days? I estimated this project would cost $3000 to $4000. Certainly this is something any plumbing company would be willing to take on. Oh well their loss since I chose another company for my project. I needed a kitchen faucet replaced on a tight time schedule. Done Rite came 20 minutes early for their appointment on Saturday when I asked them to come as soon as possible. They did the whole job for half what another contractor had bid without fees for Saturday work. They needed to replace the shut off valves and went to the hardware store to get the parts they needed. They got the job done quickly and I am happy with the work. I do have two points of constructive criticism (I gave them 5 stars but no one is perfect). 1) They did not vacuum under the sink after the job so I had to clean after he left. 2) He took the box from the faucet I purchased so I do not have the warranty information or even the model name and number of the faucet. It was an expensive Kohler faucet so I would expect it to have a warranty and that info should be left with the homeowner (especially since I was the one that purchased the faucet). Overall I am very happy with the work that was done and extremely happy that they came as soon as possible and got the work done quickly. I will definitely call them again. read more

I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. Their new text system is awesome- not only did it send me a text when they were on their way (right at the beginning of my two hour window), it had a pic and bio of my technician. A super professional and safety minded first interaction, really a nice touch. Darren was polite and competent. We had a slow drain problem off our laundry room. We tried Drano with zero success. We searched Yelp* and found Done Rite Services. The Done Rite technician, Danny Sharp, analyzed the problem, snaked out our entire drainage system, tested all drains for drainage, and gave us some tips on how to keep these drains running and prevent clogging. He was very pleasant, professional, and from my wallets perspective, reasonably priced. We've had problems with another highly advertised plumbing and drain company in the past so we decided to try Yelp* for advice. Glad we did. Our A/C went out Saturday evening. By the same time on Sunday our house reached 92 degrees indoors due to a heat wave. It was either flee to a hotel, or try to see if it was repairable at an affordable price. Jordan arrived as scheduled just 2.5hrs later. He was friendly and approachable and our A/C was working in less than an hour. The good news was that our A/C could be repaired. The bad news was that because our HVAC system was 28yrs old, it could go at any time. Due to health issues, I need reliable climate control. So, I asked him how much a new system would cost us. Without sales pressure, we got an estimate for a new Grandaire 3.5 ton split air system to review at our leisure. He also spent a lot of time explaining what each line was in the invoice, and the benefits of the additional futuristic Remi Halo LED air purification device. We would definitely call Done Rite should we ever need plumbing/electrical/HVAC service again.
