I'm so glad I chose to get my mini split installed by AirZona Heating & Cooling. Juan came out and assessed the room in my garage's needs and picked the right sized mini-split for the room. He gave me several different options as for the SEER ratings and brands. He was very professional and patient answering all of my questions. They were able to install it on the day I preferred. Conrado, Diego and Juan showed up that morning and Juan took his time explaining the install to Conrado and Diego. I had requested that they didn't run the electrical lines on the outside of my house so they ran them up into the attic. My install was a bit abnormal in that the run for the refrigerant line was longer than the standard 15' so Juan came back the very next morning to finish installing more refrigerant into the system and get it fully up and running. Juan also spent a few hours adjusting the insulation above the room in the garage and took photos so I could see his good work. These guys didn't cut any corners. They were professional from start to finish. Their website is top-notch along with their vehicle wraps on their vans. They are doing a great job in this industry and it is nice to know I have them in my corner!

So, not only with Bills Plumbing, but I will also be yelping about many of the other companies I have found on YELP. These companies show 5 stars but do not seem to offer the service or return calls. After living in Tucson for 2.5 Yrs now, I am sick and tired of being treated like this by these so called "Professional" contractors and vendors. So, I felt I had to warn potential clients of what I am finding not only with Bills Plumbing, but other unprofessional contractors and Vendors that do not want to work or care about it. I have interviewed over 10 plumbing companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. Same with Cabinet companies, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. When I reached out to Bills via phone calls, and followed up with additional phone calls, never did I received a response. Also, what is is with the contractors and vendors the do not have an outgoing message to see if you are reaching the write company or not. VERY unprofessional. I want to know who I am calling. God forbid that they answer the phone with their business name. Just hello! I always ask, is this so and so company? I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept or of customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive. Very sad.

But I didn't really get the service we had hoped for with a gentleman named Matt W. He EXCEEDED all our expectations!! First of all he was thorough and explained what was going on which kept me from crying, and no one needs to see THAT! His eyes said It all when he first saw the 'issue' but found the problem quickly. And I wouldn't have found it on my own in a million years and I'm not a stupid woman either. Anyway, besides being efficient and very professional, he was a very kind man. He was very considerate of the house which meant a lot to me. He completely explained the situation and gave a few options for us to decide what worked best for us. He could have raked us over the coal$ but was a man of integrity and being presented with options and potential outcomes, we felt confident with our choices. He didn't leave until he was certain all our questions were satisfied. I hope the owner takes notice and when it is time for evaluations and treats him well. You want him to represent your company! Oh and I have to mention from the first interaction on the phone I knew I had the right place. Capri took the call and was very helpful and proffessional as well. She had me cracking up at the end. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!

We have used Silverado several times over the years for various plumbing projects that come up in…read moreour old house. This time my wife was convinced we needed a new hot water heater and we had some other minor leaky faucets and such that needed attention. So, I called and set up an appointment for the other day. There was a minor mix-up in the dispatch office on the morning of and the wrong guy with the wrong truck with the wrong orders showed up on time (that was nice). Several excited calls followed and then David showed at about 10 a.m. in the right truck with the right tools and the right parts to do the work. Removal and installation of the new tank went quickly as did the other plumbing issues. The point is, Silverado came through and took care of us while David was always friendly and polite. He worked quickly and expertly finishing everything it what seemed to be a short amount of time. Everything was cleaned up and it all works great now. Rates were reasonable for this market and cost of living for the new tank plus labor and few misc. parts. Highly recommend Silverado for your plumbing jobs.

I made a quick run to Ace to see if they had any replacement clips while he checked his truck for any spares. When I came back empty handed I found him using the one good clip I had from the second shower as a template to make a new clip out of wire from his truck. Instead of being stuck w/o water all day while driving across town to plumbing store to find the part, this guy had me up and running in 30 extra minutes.
