So, not only with Bills Plumbing, but I will also be yelping about many of the other companies I have found on YELP. These companies show 5 stars but do not seem to offer the service or return calls. After living in Tucson for 2.5 Yrs now, I am sick and tired of being treated like this by these so called "Professional" contractors and vendors. So, I felt I had to warn potential clients of what I am finding not only with Bills Plumbing, but other unprofessional contractors and Vendors that do not want to work or care about it. I have interviewed over 10 plumbing companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. Same with Cabinet companies, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept or of customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive. Very sad.
