It happens, however, one would hope that quality would be paramount for that price. Instead, it seems the outdoor roof was an afterthought. They did not secure the nails on the underside, so the high winds that went through the area ripped the roof off easily in Jan 26. I called them initially January 16, 2026. Spoke to "Nique". Nothing came of it. Called again Jan 28, same drill. I called again in Feb. and again in March. "Ricco" advised me that they were swamped, and "April" would return my call. When she could. So they were very quick to do the work and get paid, more than estimated by 20%, but completely incapable of dealing with the bad workmanship that they provided. Also, they really weren't interested in the fact that the monsoon came and went, and my outside kitchen was exposed all this time, and now is exposed to the relentless sun. Patrick, who sold me this deal, is long gone, and the people now seemingly couldn't care less. They are "swamped". Bad business. The work still is not only not done, but not scheduled. Customer service is simply not in their wheelhouse.
