Everything was great using Pyramid Glass. Super responsive and very reliable. I've got zero complaints. I called Gene at Pyramid on a Friday and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule to get my bedroom window glass replaced on Monday. Price for replacement glass was fair. I will definitely reach out to pyramid glass and window in the future. read more

So get this Jean at pyramid glass apparently decides he just doesn't help people. I called to get a quote he came out. He measured it and when I called him back to have him do the job he just decided he doesn't do it get this because the window is up on the second floor so he just decides he doesn't do it in my that is horrible service that is very bad for his I could give no stars, I would not to mention he was very rude about it but hey, I guess when you own your own business, you can run it however you want, but I don't recommend anybody do business with this company read more

Had a window shatter this morning and they were able to fix it same day. Great service, nice, super fast! Had people out about 20 minutes and got a great value. Would highly recommend, very friendly! read more

Great service - very fast. They were here just about 5 minutes to measure and had the window created overnight and installed next day. They made a daunting project (for me) feel very easy. Would recommend to anyone in Tucson. read more

Great service, reasonable prices. Gene and his crew were outstanding. Highly recommended for your glass and window needs.

Had a bit of a mishap at the house. A bird flew into our kitchen window and it was smashed into pieces. Quick Yelp search and I choose Pyramid. A phone call, quick call back, set an appointment and they had new glass in real fast. Nice service, I recommend. read more

I got my windows done amazingly!! I called early in the morning and the phone only rang a few times before being greeted with a very kind and hardworking employee and not only were they able to get to me that day, but within the hour!! The end product is perfect and they took significantly less time to get it done since they come prepared and work together, I was extremely impressed with their work and their communication before and during the appointment regarding the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! read more

Needed glass replaced after we broke our window. Pyramid was fast to respond and fixed our window for us at a very good price within 24 hours of our consultation. read more

Super grateful for how quickly you guys responded this morning. Attempted break in at my place. Window broken, these guy got to my place and replaced the windows before the police got here. outstanding , professional and speedy service great job guys and gals. Will recommend to friends and family.

had a bottle thrown at our window which shattered it so called around and was told 4-6 weeks. we called pyramid and had it replaced overnight. Gene and his son Paul are the greatest! very professional . they took measurements one day and had it installed the next. will recommend them highly! read more

Eugene (the owner) was extremely rude and disrespectful, he provided a price over the phone with the size that I provided, arrives to do the job, looks at the window and doubles the price of the glass on the spot and tells me that I didn't give him the right size even though we discussed it multiple times. He is question as to why the price has doubled and again blames it on me for telling him the wrong size, says that I'm being rude and walks away and tells me the price is firm and to call him if we want the service. Literally one of the worst experience, this man deserves to be out of business with that kind of attitude! Nobody should request his services. read more

I was not pleased with the attitude of Mr. Gene. He did not want to work with me if I went through my insurance and wanted me to pay cash. I had told him I would have the insurance company reimburse me but I need an invoice, which he was not willing to provide and told me to find someone else and hung up. I am rating him on his social skills as I can not attest to his work. read more

Gene was berating his younger employee the whole time they were on the job. Horrible to witness and listen to. The job was done quickly and windows replaced Okay. when I inquired about a receipt Gene said "no receipt you will need to come by the office". Will not use again or recommend, bad vibes! read more

My dog got startled Friday evening on 10/2/20 by something in the yard. I think he stepped on an Agave Cactus. He crashed into my living room window and hit it so hard, it shattered into spider web cracks. My Bulldog is 75 lbs. I called Gene at Pyramid Glass & Window early Saturday morning and left a voice mail. In about an hour, Gene returned my call and I explained what happened and that I needed the window replaced. Gene scheduled a visit for Monday morning, was on time as he promised, and gave us an estimate for the tempered double pane window. He said it was a custom size large window, 6ft. by 3 ft., and would take a few days to make. On Wednesday afternoon, Gene called me and said the window was finished and could they install it on Thursday. I agreed. On early Thursday morning, Gene called and asked if they could install the window earlier than scheduled, which was great for me. The installer showed up on time and did a very professional job! Cleaned up the area well and was very friendly. We live west of Tucson near the Sonoran Desert Museum so it was a bit of a trek for them to drive out here in the desert, but they did and honored everything they said they would do. 5 stars all the way around!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Pyramid. I have used them twice now, and both jobs were completed well under the timeline promised and at a very reasonable price. You won't have to sit through an agonizing lecture about their products either (as with a certain window company). Pyramid is quality without the hype. Gene was professional, friendly, and efficient; he listened to our wants and assessed our needs quickly and accurately. We had a hard time finding windows with narrow enough frames that would work to replace our very narrow 10" high clerestory windows in our 1965 Mid-Century Modern home, but Gene came through. I wish we had gone to them from the start. I just hired them again to replace the glass on two older windows that had lost their seals, and once again, I was seriously impressed. You won't find a better glass and window contractor in Tucson. read more

Excellent customer service, super fast response, great price and all around good guys. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Gene and his team are amazing. They did quality work and everything was done very quickly. He was very responsive and helpful. My family had 13 windows replaced and are happy customers. They have a warranty and told us to call if we had any issues in the future which is indicative of quality work. Would highly recommend pyramid glass and window for any glass/ window needs. Excellent customer service and work ethic and hope to work with this team in the future. :) read more

Gene had horrible customer service. He came off extremely rude. Refused to replace my windows (without even looking at them) after I'd told him several times how difficult it is to open and close them. He sent his guys out to give me a quote on a Friday. They told me to call on Monday. Called him on Monday (today) and he continued to refuse to replace (or fix) my windows "cause it would be a waste of money". While I respect him looking out for my money, I'm not calling and asking for his services if I'm not willing to spend MY money to fix my windows. After he finally agrees to give me a quote, he asks me to call him on Thursday for the cost of repairs "in case he forgets". If you want my service, act like it. In my opinion, this is horrible customer service. My advice, LISTEN to your customers when they call requesting your services. Respect their decision if they choose to "waste" their money on your product. read more

Gene and his crew showed up on time and were expedient with the installation of our windows. They even went the extra effort in reenforcing our new sliding glass door with new trim to make sure the door was secure. Over all they installed three south facing windows which have made a huge difference in cooling and noise reduction. I made an appointment for Gene and his crew to come out and install a new sliding glass door. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Pyramid Glass & Window was also very affordable for this blue collar family. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows installed. read more

They are good people who they to care for your needs to the best of their ability. Tip call ahead they can be out on a call.

I broke my bedroom window...complete accident....:-) anyway I called Pyramid and they immediately set up an appointment. They showed up on time, very courteous and got to work. They worked quickly and quietly and were finished in no time. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them for quality service. read more

Today, 4/15/2019, I had a window gasket repair. Gene was able to repair instead of replace the gasket with a relatively low cost. He was on time, repaired it by his truck, and reinstalled the window. Gene also gave me advice to help the window glide easily. Gene, with his helper Paul, are honest and pleasant. I will positively call them for any other window problems in the future. read more

Great company! Offered us same day service, but we requested next day. They were punctual, efficient, and very friendly. The cost was more than reasonable. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends and family. read more

Awful. Came and repaired/replaced one of our custom windows and got silicone glue all on the edges. Stated we would need to take the glue off in 48 hours. Being a first-time window repair for us we didn't know if that was the norm. After looking at it and trying to take the glue off it looked terrible with hole in the repair. We called to see if they could come by to take the glue off at their convenience and they said, "well we are not in the area, and typically we don't do that." Nuff said. read more

Nice job, arrived early and fixed my window in under an hour. Seemed a little pricy to me, but then again this is the first time I've needed a window repaired read more

Very prompt and friendly service, price is great too. Will definitely be going back here for all of my window needs.

Great guys ! Came out within a hour of calling them , they got straight to work and my broken window on my house was repaired before I knew it ! And the price was up to 40$ cheaper than the other guys ! read more
