Raul found a smart solution that avoided breaking the drywall and got the door hanging and sliding perfectly again. The office door was badly misaligned due to foundation settling. Raul carefully adjusted it, aligned it to the frame, and added a rubber seal to make it soundproof. The final result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The backyard door had a similar alignment issue. Raul trimmed and aligned the door properly and added a rubber seal so it now closes tightly and seals well.
