He asked me to send a video of the door so that he could assess the problem. He said it was just an adjustment and it would not take long. Based upon that, I told him I would be home on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he could come at his convenience on any of those days. He was very agreeable and said that he would come and do the repair. He did not - no text, no call, no-show. I called him the following week and he said he could get to it on Thursday between 10 am and 12 PM. Once again, no text, no call, no-show. He wasted two weeks of my time. We had almost all our upstairs and downstairs windows replaced about eight years ago with vinyl replacement windows and have not been thrilled with them. The five windows that we had that were still aluminum and had not been replaced in our living room, we decided to just have the glass replaced and not go with vinyl. We called Coronado glass and screen. Armando came out the day after we called him. He seemed very knowledgeable and we saw that he had good reviews on Yelp. His quote seemed reasonable. Less than two weeks later, he installed our new window glass. They look fabulous and we are extremely pleased. Armando is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is getting new glass for their aluminum windows. He also was very neat and cleaned up after himself. It was a two day job, and on day one when he came to start on the window install, I asked him if he could give me a price on two new screens with frames for two of the windows that I want to open on occasion. When he showed up the next morning, he finished the installing of the windows and put the two new screens on. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing for the screens.
