He asked me to send a video of the door so that he could assess the problem. He said it was just an adjustment and it would not take long. Based upon that, I told him I would be home on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he could come at his convenience on any of those days. He was very agreeable and said that he would come and do the repair. He did not - no text, no call, no-show. I called him the following week and he said he could get to it on Thursday between 10 am and 12 PM. Once again, no text, no call, no-show. He wasted two weeks of my time. Now I'm starting over looking for someone to repair the door. I honestly don't know how these people stay in business. Don't waste your time.

In my opinion, they don't care about service and are money-grabbers, wanting to come out and sell you new doors, not fix them. Avoid this company, not professional.

When I spoke with the office, they were friendly and always helpful. I took a cabinet door to have a broken pane of beveled glass replaced. I even took an intact door…read morefor them to reference. I was very specific in asking if it would be repaired/installed in a like manner to match the original and was assured that it would. When I got the doors back after a couple of weeks and arriving home to rehang the doors, I realized the new pane was installed backwards and the glass in both doors had been siliconed into the frames. Only some of the sides were held with vinyl as originally used, not to mention silicone that I had to clean off the front of the cabinet door. I made another trip to have the glass installed correctly. This time the entire pane was siliconed into the frame in what I would consider a very poor quality fix and poor workmanship. There didn't seem to be much concern about the whole situation and in fact, I was only offered a half hearted "sorry" form one of the three individuals behind the counter as I exited.

We had several windows in our home, replaced by Vista glass 7 months ago. they ordered the wrong…read moresize glass for one of the larger sliding windows and had to come out and replace it again. A week ago one of the smaller solid windows developed a CRACK on the inside of the glass from end to end. I called Vista glass and they refused to cover it under warranty because it was BROKEN and they said that if it was a result of their workmanship, it would have cracked much sooner. They quoted me another $700 plus to replace a 32 1/2 x 32 1/2 inch window. I would not recommend this business because they did not stand behind their work.
